07/02/2026: A truly wonderful experience! We were greeted with great kindness and professionalism: the staff were attentive and helpful. The added value of this place is their focus on gluten-free products. They were perfectly informed, meticulous, and very careful about cross-contamination. They had separate spaces, making me feel relaxed and pampered. It's rare to find a place where you feel not just a customer, but truly welcomed and respected. Plus, for me, a celiac, it was a lovely surprise; they were fantastic. Highly recommended.

18/11/2025: Civico 5 in Alatri is one of those cafés where you immediately feel at home. It's a well-kept, welcoming place with a relaxed atmosphere. The coffee is truly delicious, with a perfect crema and just the right amount of strong flavor. The croissants and desserts are also highly recommended. The staff is friendly and quick, always smiling. Excellent for a well-made breakfast or a break during the day. Highly recommended! ☕✨

07/12/2025: Yesterday I went to La Ciociara restaurant in Amaseno (FR). In this small town, you can still enjoy local meat and truly authentic products. I tried the buffalo steak and the buffalo cacciatore stew for the first time: tender, flavorful, and truly unique. For my first course, I ordered fini fini, a typical local pasta dish, homemade, with a delicious ragù. The location is very vintage, with an atmosphere that seems to take you back to the 1970s, especially the bar with its period balcony. The dining room is filled with the aromas of the kitchen, and the rooms are spacious and welcoming. One thing struck me most of all: a glass partition separating the dining room from the kitchen, where a fireplace was lit and the staff warmed themselves by it. A simple scene that brought back memories of my childhood, when homes always had stoves and fireplaces. The cuisine is simple, homey, based on local products and traditional recipes. The only downside: I was served by two young men, one of whom was truly rude. Every time I thanked them for the dishes, he never responded. A detail, sure, but one that's out of place in a place so steeped in tradition. Recommended for everyone, including families with children.

Set menu, but you can choose quantities, local wine, cheap prices, home tastes. Don't let you fool by the ambient, that's also typical, you'll have the perfect Sunday launch with the speciality, roasted lamb and potatoes, I am feeling the urge to eat them again now that I am writing

From the hospitality of the very kind, polite and always smiling waiters to the food, everything was truly excellent, from the appetizer to the fusilli with caccio pepe and raw prawns to the dentex with artichokes on a bed of spinach. I am now a regular customer, compliments for everything.

17/08/2025: I stopped here while passing through, looking for a place to eat, and I saw "the cat." On the menu, I found a bison burger sandwich. I was curious to try it; I'd never seen it anywhere else. Simply fantastic! Very tasty. It was served with perfectly cooked skin-on fries. If I ever pass this way again, I'll definitely stop by. The atmosphere is very unique and pleasant, both the outdoor garden and the interior. I didn't see any parking, but we parked nearby without any problems.
