13/11/2025: Exceptional variety, a wide selection of sweets, pastries, traditional savory treats, pizza, and freshly baked bread. The quality of the products and ingredients are among the best we've found. Absolutely recommended for everyone, whether celiac or not, for those who are lactose intolerant, and especially for anyone who wants to enjoy a quality product made with passion and tradition.

We had both the mate and land menus, and we couldn't fault anything. I didn't take many photos because, between the tasty dishes and the chat with the owner, it was a relaxing lunch. I especially enjoyed the cavatelli with sausage and eggplant and the prosciutto in red wine sauce. The whole thing was complemented by tasty sides and the dessert of the day. 04/06/2026: Exquisite lunch: for an appetizer, I had arugula and cherry tomatoes seasoned with a pinch of salt and Cominium oil to enhance their flavor, followed by zite with chili pepper and stellar cod, and a trifle made to perfection. Good value, located in the historic center of Sora. Highly recommended!!!

15/11/2025: What can I say? It was a truly exquisite experience, both for the excellent traditional Apennine dishes and the courtesy of the young woman in the dining room, in a warm and welcoming setting. We really enjoyed the taccunelle, a typical local dish. But also the exquisiteness of the dishes, which may seem simple but are fantastic, and which brought back memories of when I was a few years younger.

28/05/2026: This place was a real surprise, a beautiful journey into the past, very, very pleasant. The ladies who served us were initially a little too serious, but then they loosened up and we even chatted quite a bit. They showed great kindness and professionalism. I had an apple and cinnamon tea, delicious! A large slice of apple pie, very good. The price was more than fair. We will definitely be back whenever we can.

19/05/2026: Dropped by today by chance for my husband's birthday. Special amaretti for an art nouveau cafe across from the Fiuggi theater. Special mention to the waitress with her infectious smile and elegant black dress. She shared anecdotes about city life that made her a skilled tour guide; in doing so, she encouraged us to return for a longer, more invigorating stay. Congratulations for her professionalism and friendliness!

05/05/2026: It's an experience you should try, especially with friends! The pizzas are so varied, each one better than the last! I highly recommend this home-cooked experience, which also includes contact with the animals.

05/05/2026: A wonderful experience immersed in the country world. The place is country-style, with both the interior and exterior themed around the same theme. Decorated wood reigns supreme, with American-style designs and music. There are several rooms, some very beautiful, others more simple. Outside, there are various memorabilia such as wagons and boots, and period furniture. There is plenty of parking and services inside. Outside, there is a cage with real birds. Everything is designed to be a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back. The food is good, the service is quite quick. The only downside is the lack of table service, but that wasn't a problem, it's easy to get by.
