I visited Terra Madre in Alatri and I must say the experience was truly excellent. The quality of the dishes was very high, and every course surprised me. I started with a quail accompanied by roasted vegetables, tender and flavorful. Then came a special first course: spinghi with Pontecorvo peppers, burrata, tomatoes, and sausage—a perfect combination that highlighted the local flavors. The pumpkin risotto was also delicious, creamy and fragrant. For my second course, I chose cod served on a bed of basil sauce with lemon mousse: a balanced and refined dish. The staff was kind and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to discover tradition revisited with elegance. I will definitely be back.

Delicious food served with the utmost care and kindness. You know those restaurants where you can't even talk!?! Well, here, just soft music in the background and relaxed conversation with your tablemates. I highly recommend it.

Gorgeous place that was recommended to my MIL by the Alatri tourist office. We had some dietary restrictions and a large group of 10 (gluten free and vegan). The staff were wonderful and the food was delicious. I know my MIL had mentioned we had these restrictions and they provided vegan options and gluten free options. They even had gluten free bread and sweets. It’s definitely a hidden gem and it was a highlight of our family reunion trip. Worth a side trip!
