03/04/2025: An incredible culinary journey, unimaginable combinations of flavors, highly trained and kind staff. I highly recommend the experience. Ps. The best thing is to leave the restaurant not (only) full, but with the most sincere and spontaneous desire not to eat anything else to maintain the aftertaste of the entire meal. Congratulations again to the chef and all the staff and thanks again for the experience.

08/04/2025: A very nice tavern-restaurant in Testaccio. The first courses are breathtaking: in particular the "mezzi Rigatoni alla Carbonara" and the "Pici alla Gricia with artichokes". “Chicory”, in my opinion, is worth trying at least once in Rome. Even the “Baccalà alla Puttanesca” had a sauce that was truly the death of it. For dessert, the hot "Apple Puff" accompanied by a scoop of cinnamon ice cream, absolutely recommended. Clean and modern bathrooms. Fairly formal atmosphere. Staff nothing special. The place opens at 8pm, not a minute earlier. Overall, I recommend checking it out!

08/04/2025: I went with a group of friends, and there were a lot of us, but they still treated us with great kindness. The food was delicious, and the waiters and chefs were very friendly. The tiramisu was the best I've ever tasted, and the pizzas were exquisite. In short, I highly recommend coming here for lunch or dinner, as everything is so good.

16/02/2025: We chose this restaurant because it offers local dishes. The environment is pleasant and tells the story of the area, the service is impeccable. I chose a wine among the many offered and the waitress introduced me to the history of that wine. The dishes are original and refined, we didn't simply "ate" but lived an experience.

21/03/2025: Small restaurant with an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, with few seats that guarantee an intimate experience with attention to detail. The staff stands out for their courtesy and helpfulness, helping to create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The menu, although essential, offers refined and well-executed dishes, the result of a clever fusion between culinary tradition and an elegant contemporary reinterpretation. The raw materials are of the highest quality and enhanced by careful and balanced cuisine. The open kitchen represents a real added value, allowing you to appreciate the work of the chefs in real time. The only flaw of the evening, the octopus tentacle, which unfortunately was not cooked to perfection. The bill, although not cheap, is justified by the quality of the dishes chosen.

20/04/2025: I returned on Easter day (after many years) to this restaurant in the Borgo Pio area (Vatican) which decades ago was a "competitor" of the famous brewery in via della Croce, Piazza di Spagna-via del Babuino area (i.e. the "Viennese brewery" existing in Rome since the 1930s with typical furnishings and deer heads hanging on the wooden walls and then changed management and ... miserably failed in a few years). From what I know, it remains (along with another restaurant nearby) the only historic "Tyrolean" alternative to Rome. We ate 3 rich appetizers of mixed cold cuts and cheeses, two dishes with sausages of various types with potatoes (unfortunately fried and not boiled and flavoured) and sauerkraut and a pork fillet with red cabbage, 1 beer, 1 Cola 1 Sprite, sparkling water, 3 coffees (without dessert) for around 120 euros for 3 people. Attentive service, typical restaurant. I would SAY that 40 EUROS each is an acceptable amount for what is offered.

12/04/2025: Suggestive and particular place. We took cheese fondue and glutton grill (self-service grilled meat). For a place specializing in fondue, it keeps expectations high with tasty and delicious dishes. The bill was also a surprise although slightly high for the product itself but being in Rome and one of the few to offer this specialty it is more than justified. However we spent less than the total we expected.

31/10/2024: Come ogni anno tappa obbligata di fine estate....il motivo è semplice si mangia benissimo e ci si diverte con il personale.

04/05/2025: This coffee shop feels like a dream. It’s cozy, with a warm atmosphere and an exceptionally friendly staff. It’s my go to spot for a hot Americano and, when it’s quiet, the perfect place to study. You absolutely must stop by for a relaxing coffee break.

03/05/2025: The place is very nice, a different concept than usual. Good products and fair prices. The service needs to be improved: more empathy and above all the tables need to be cleaned before a new customer arrives (it was Sunday morning, there were people, but not a crowd, so time could and should have been found to clean).

17/04/2025: Locale molto carino, ci siamo tornati dopo 15 anni e anche dopo tanto tempo e la ristrutturazione che hanno fatto nel frattempo abbiamo ritrovato lo stesso ambiente accogliente e familiare. Antipasto di salumi di ottima qualità con varietà di formaggi. Primi gustosi e il secondo saporito servito con patate deliziose e ben cotte. Personale gentile e disponibile. Consiglio se si desidera assaggiare il gusto della cucina romana lontano dai luoghi turistici rimanendo comunque nel cuore di Roma spendendo il giusto.

10/04/2025: Ristorante carino ed informale, le persone di servizio molto gentili e disponibili. Hanno molti piatti di cucina romana, ma anche altro. Abbiamo preso mozzarella di bufala con vario accompagnamento ottimi primi, un maialino veramente buono. Discreta la scelta dei vini. Complessivamente ottimo

Durante un sabato sera affollatissimo non hanno perso un colpo, accoglienza, servizio, pizze e dolci a regola d'arte. Torneremo durante la settimana per assaggiare qualcosa della cucina. Bravi. 12/04/2025: Excellent food! We ordered starters, pasta, salad and desserts. They offered two greetings from the house: aperol and limoncello. Serving was very good and kind also.

08/04/2025: We’ve been to that restaurant in October on our last night in Rome and may I say it was a very good last note of our holiday. The service was fantastic and you get special treatment even before you enter the restaurant. The staff is very welcoming and tries to accommodate every single guest. We ordered a few bruschettas, lasagne, pizza quatro formaggi and baba au rhum with some wine and non alcoholic drink. We got served very fast and after the dinner we got a free compliment from the restaurant: limoncello shot for those who drink alcohol and some alcohol free sorbet for those who don’t. I will definitely revisit this place once i go to Rome again because the location is great, the people are sincere and the food is scrumptious. Highly recommend!!
