10/05/2025: I had dinner last night with 4 friends, few times have I eaten so well and, above all, I was treated so well. Very nice and helpful owner, not at all intrusive and always with a smile. When we went to pay the bill, in addition to a significant discount, he was super available for a chat, all accompanied with some truly fine rum and cocoa beans that I had never tasted before, and to make matters worse he decided to offer us a second tasting of the same rum, which very few people, especially if they were owners, would have done. As an appetizer we took a platter for 4, excellent cheeses and exceptional cured meats, especially the smoked meats. My friends and I opted to take all 4 of the different first courses, avoiding the usual carbonara or amatriciana and opting for something more sophisticated, and none of us were disappointed, everything was delicious and the portions, as well as being generous, are very full of their seasoning so that we can enjoy it with bread. Very good desserts. No flaws, the prices are more than fair for the quality of the food and the portions of the dishes, a restaurant that is not having the success it actually deserves. I will definitely return and as soon as possible. Thanks again to Andrea for the welcome and the nice chat he gave us: a young boy, with so much passion and love for his work, despite all the difficulties that this entails, always with a smile👍.

20/04/2025: Family atmosphere, but at the same time elegant and refined. Andrea, the owner of the restaurant, manages with kindness and professionalism to amaze you with original recipes, genuine, fresh and highly refined ingredients and unpredictable and sublime flavours. Each course is a real sensorial experience: here you don't eat to satisfy your hunger, here you eat to experience new emotions. Try it to believe it.

26/05/2025: This restaurant was reccommended to us by our Airbnb host and we were so glad we came here. Colline Emillane certainly earns its reputation as the best restaurant in Rome and we felt so lucky to get a reservation at this coveted Michellin-rated spot. I cannot say enough about just how high quality the food is. It is cooked to perfection with only the freshest ingredients. The pumpkin ravioli might be one of the most delicious dishes I have ever eaten in my life and the pasta's texture was mouth watering. I loved how manageable the portion sizes were; you get plenty of food, but not so much that you feel gross after and it tastes so clean. This restaurant was exactly what I pictured when I was planning an authentic and memorable Italian meal. I hope to return one day and experience this incredible food again. It was a welcome addition to our Italy trip and made our time there special! It was a privilege to eat at my first Michellin restaurant and it was well worth it!

17/05/2025: Angelica was the most lovely server We had two appetizers the onion rings and the bruschetta trio. They were both delicious. We also had a pizza and a Smashburger which was so fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend coming here. The Ambiance is also adorable.

14/05/2025: Don’t go here. Was enjoying a nice meal on the patio and was rudely interrupted by an aggressive salesman selling African jewelry and wouldn’t leave. Couldn’t believe the owner and staff allowed him to harass all the diners freely for over an hour. He would grab your arm and not let go of you. Also had to ask for the check 3 times and wait about 30 minutes for the check to come.

23/05/2025: Locale sito in via gallia, con una veranda molto suggestiva. Piatti ricercati con un mix di innovazione e tradizione. I cubotti fritti con la trippa sono sublimi, così come l’ovetto. Locale di ragazzi che portano una ventata di freschezza nella normale e noiosa vita della ristorazione romana. Ottimo anche il cocktail bar che offre cocktails classici o elaborati. Bravi

28/05/2025: After many years I went to eat at this farm that I had heard about. The approach was good, at the entrance you are welcomed by a large shed set up with an infinite number of cheeses, all buffet style. This was the negative aspect, the quality of the cheeses, which was excellent, is ruined by poor conservation. The farm is immersed in the countryside with various animal farms, which attracts flying insects, which can seriously contaminate the food exposed for several hours. To make a long story short, many of us were sick, with various symptoms in the stomach and intestines. I suggest the owners review the organization of the distribution of cheeses.

26/05/2025: A unique, genuine and unforgettable sensory experience. We were literally enchanted by Tenuta Il Radichino. The place is immersed in nature, cared for in the smallest details, with an atmosphere that smells of home, tradition and true passion. As soon as you enter, you are welcomed by a warm and sincere air that only authentic places can convey. The appetizer buffet is something indescribable: an incredible selection of artisanal cheeses and cured meats, produced directly on the estate, so varied and refined that it seems almost impossible to find a similar one elsewhere. Each bite is a journey into taste, with ancient, true, unfiltered flavors. From the freshest ricotta to the aged pecorino cheeses, from the fragrant lard to the rustic sausages... everything is cared for and abundant, a feast for the palate. The dedication of the Pira brothers is clearly perceived, which exudes from every detail: from the animals cared for with love to the extraordinary raw materials, up to the rustic but elegant setting of the restaurant. Also perfect for families: children can visit the stable with the goats, play outdoors and learn where the food they eat comes from. A true lesson in life and taste. In short? A jewel of the area that should be visited at least once in a lifetime. We can't wait to go back!

06/04/2025: Locale veramente caratteristico, cibo ottimo, Oste e personale gentilissimo , qualche attesa più lunga per esserci trovati "nel momento culminante della scena travolgente" (cit. Dove sta' Zazza'), ma le pietanze hanno compensato. Per dire qualcosa...dolce (tra quelli assaggiati) migliorabili.

18/03/2025: Siamo riusciti ad assaporare i piatti di questo locale dopo diversi tentativi di prenotazione vista l'enorme richiesta durante i weekend! Veramente una cucina delicata con materie prime di altissima qualità che vanno a comporre dei piatti stagionali davvero squisiti, l'oste nonche proprietario il signor Tony davvero disponibile a spiegare al meglio il menù e le sue pietanze più richieste! Consiglio l'antipasto del pastore davvero completo e delizioso! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e mi raccomando prenotate in largo anticipo!

02/05/2025: Mia moglie ed io siamo stati in questa bellissima terra dove abbiamo incontrato questo locale caldo, accogliente, vero. Abbiamo assaggiato prodotti squisitamente locali preparati con grande cura e sapienza. Pici, coratella d’agnello, cotolette d’agnello, fagioli e cicoria. Semplicemente buonissimi. I ragazzi in sala praticamente perfetti. Vini locali buoni. Non siamo di zona ma torneremo sicuramente. Da non perdere.

21/04/2025: Hice una reserva basada en otras críticas, parecía estar casi reservado, solo tuvimos una franja horaria tardía. Pero para nuestra sorpresa solo estaba medio lleno cuando llegamos. Los entrantes, especialmente la pasta eran muy buenos. Como plato principal teníamos saltimbocca que parecía ser recalentado y ahogado en salsa. El pulpo era bueno, pero me perdí el sabor típico de la comida a la parrilla. Por último el tiramisú fue decepcionante, presentado en un vaso, era un poco de galleta rellena de una especie de natilla, no estoy seguro de que hubiera ningún Mascarpone en absoluto.

28/04/2025: After a strong tourist disappointment in Rieti lacking reception for visitors, my wife and I were rewarded by L'al'Altravista in Rieti. A restaurant with a more than excellent rating for polite staff, available to requests and who know how to communicate with the customer, putting them at ease. The cuisine is excellent both in flavors and in the preparation of the various dishes. We will certainly return if we are in the area one day. We strongly recommend trying this establishment.

01/05/2025: Very nice staff. Lovely pastries, but I needed more of a meal to sustain me through the day. After some translation assistance, they generously made me some avocado toast with smoked salmon..the interior was very pretty and modern.
