04/06/2025: Quality from every point of view. In the words and looks of these young guys, you can perceive the desire to bring that pinch of British that Tivoli needs. Excellent draft and bottled beers. Excellent sandwiches and appetizers, and most important of all: excellent welcome. Well done!!

04/06/2025: Nice place perfect for eating and drinking in company. Friendly service and very knowledgeable about what they are able to offer, especially a "mystical" experience in tasting their many Whiskies. If you want a taste of Scotland this is the right place.

29/07/2025: Insolita pizzeria napoletana al centro nei pressi della via principale del paseggio, do e ci sono bar e ristoranti. Di sabato sera se za prenotare, siamo riusciti ad accomodarsi, fuori all'aperto. Servizio super veloce e veramente simpatico il cameriere che ci ha servito. Pizza con gusti particolari, ma ben farcite e dalla tipologia napoletana con cornicioni alti. Alla cassa ragazza simpatica che ci offre anche l'amaro. Prezzi rispetto alla media un pò più alti, ma ne vale la pena.

29/07/2025: An unusual Neapolitan pizzeria in the city center, near the main pedestrian street, where there are bars and restaurants. On a Saturday evening, without a reservation, we managed to get a table outside. The service was super fast, and the waiter who served us was truly friendly. The pizzas had unique flavors, well-topped, and were Neapolitan in style, with thick crusts. The friendly girl at the counter also offered us a complimentary amaro. Prices are a bit higher than average, but worth it.

09/06/2025: Petit restaurant trouvé au détour d’une rue dans le centre de Rome. Très bel accueil, équipe de jeunes très dynamique, serviable et toujours avec le sourire. Cuisine italienne dans toute sa splendeur, simple et efficace. Rapport qualité prix impeccable. Ce restaurant aura été notre préféré du séjour. 🇮🇹

This family-run restaurant has been around for decades and continues to uphold the same incredibly high standards of quality and care that date back to when the owner’s mother used to cook in the kitchen. When you imagine a true Italian trattoria—where everything is handmade, from the prosciutto and pasta to the sauces and desserts—this is exactly what comes to mind. There’s no cutting corners here. Every bite reflects a legacy of passion and tradition that’s increasingly rare to find. This restaurant also holds a deeply personal meaning for our family. My Nono used to walk over an hour from his house just to eat here, swearing they made the best tripe he’d ever had. This summer, we returned to Torrice for a family reunion and decided to honour his memory by making a reservation for 13 of us—grandparents, siblings, and grandkids included. It turned out to be one of the most memorable meals of our entire trip. The food was off-the-charts spectacular. From the handmade pasta to the generous antipasti, everything was bursting with flavour and clearly made with care. The wine flowed, the service was warm and attentive, and the desserts capped things off perfectly. We ordered so much food and loved it so much that we ended up staying far longer than planned—just so we could enjoy every last bite. The tripe was, of course, a standout. My parents both ordered it in tribute to Nono, and after just one taste, they completely understood why he used to walk so far to get it. They were so impressed, they each ordered seconds—not because they were still hungry, but because it was simply too good to pass up. Trattoria da Sestilio isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a living piece of culinary history, full of warmth, tradition, and soul. Whether you have roots in the area or are just passing through, this is one of those special places that leaves a lasting impression. We can’t wait to return.

20/07/2025: I went today with friends, and we had a great time! The place is a traditional trattoria, with fresh handmade pasta. The Sunday cannelloni were delicious! The sour cherry tart was out of this world. They offer—and be warned, offer—bruschetta as an appetizer and sweet treats at the end. The owner welcomed us into his home (literally, back in the day, it's a great story, ask him!), and the staff were kind and friendly, and the service was fast. The price was fair and reasonable (generous portions!) I had a starter, a main course, red and white wine, dessert, coffee, liqueur, water, and cover charge—all for €30. In Rome, I would have paid €50 and eaten less. We'll gladly return!

17/06/2025: Google recommend this pasticceria 🥐 🍰🧁🍥The place is so beautiful and clean and the lady who works there is so nice to me also she gave two biscuits to me and my brother to try it and that was so delicious 😋.

24/07/2025: Immediately after eating a caprese salad & aperol spritz here, I got sick from stomach. For sure I’ll never come back, ruined my day! And that caprese salad was ridiculously prepared 3 balls of small mozzarelle and 3-4 small tomato. Are you joking? I live in Italy too and never seen this caprese anywhere else so far, in this way.

05/07/2025: We chose this place during our visit to Rome based on the good reviews on Google. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment — we waited 20 minutes for two dry sandwiches that weren’t even properly toasted. The price-to-quality ratio is not worth it, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

07/07/2025: Absolutely fantastic experience. The seabass was one of the best I have had – perfectly cooked, fresh, and full of flavour. Portions were generous and the prices very reasonable for the quality. Friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere made it even better. Highly recommend!

11/07/2025: Four of us, from England, visited on spec on a Thursday evening in July. We were enticed by the sign on the street saying English was spoken, and were greeted like old friends. The food was fantastic, the wine excellent, and the beer good. And a bonus for English folk like us - the proprietor spent many years living and working in London and was happy to reminisce about times past. A very happy evening spent, and would recommend to anyone.

01/06/2025: Restaurant a stone's throw away from the entrance to the historic center of Vitorchiano. Simple and home-made cuisine. Good first courses with truffles and very good the Vitorchianese pentolaccia. Prices are not high, but still higher than the dishes deserved and, in general, the quality of the ingredients.

20/07/2025: I discovered this place for a birthday party and fell in love with it after trying the ribs (truly superb!) and the eggplant parmigiana. The place is very well-kept, with a lovely atmosphere both inside and out, and the owners are truly kind and attentive. I've been back, and it was worth it despite the distance. Highly recommended!

16/07/2025: Fantastic food but service was unfortunately sub par. Waitress was blunt and snatched the menu out of my hand at one point :( She also mistook the order, which would have been fine, but there was no apology or real attempt to rectify beyond “making another dish.” Guy at the till was otherwise lovely, and the dishes were well-priced + very fresh.
