05/03/2026: If you ask for the chicken half-and-half spicy, they'll go crazy. It's so delicious, and it's better than any other dish I've had since coming to Italy. The staff are all friendly and attentive, and I'm so satisfied. If I were in Korea, I'd go here every week. After finishing my meal and ordering coffee, they gave me a coconut-based ginger dessert, which was also delicious. If I'd known in advance, I would have come here more often. It's a shame. The butter chicken, chicken half-and-half, garlic naan, and plain rice (white rice) were all fantastic, not just average.

02/03/2026: The place is very small and basic, but that's where the flaws end. Excellent traditional Lazio food, very well cooked and made with quality ingredients. The appetizers are varied, including cold cuts, cheeses, tripe, liver, and chickpeas. The half-portion is generous. They also bring two tastings with the half-portion. I had ricotta and spinach ravioli with tomato sauce. To finish, homemade baked goods. Everything was excellent, and I'll definitely return. Kudos to Rosy, but also to the village of Capranica, which is worth a visit.

09/11/2025: A fantastic experience. This small but cozy restaurant offers excellent traditional Roman dishes. The owner is exceptional, and the service is impeccable, with polite and professional waiters. The dishes are generous and reasonably priced. We ate a bit of everything, including the fantastic carbonara and rigatoni alla pajata, a specialty. Homemade desserts, and a truly excellent tiramisu! I highly recommend it.

They have regular pizzas but also some called "pinsas" that are longer fermented and made with rice flour, and they were delicious! We tried the daily special, which was fettuccine with duck, and it was also wonderful. The quality-price ratio is very, very good, the waiters were very friendly (even though we don't speak Italian, they spoke to us in English), and the place is very clean and nice. Highly recommended!

I hope this comment can be helpful to new mothers, helping them understand the poor management and, above all, the lack of willingness to resolve the issue. I spoke with Cinzia, who I don't know if she's a manager or the owner. Either way, she's the point of contact or a front. I'll go into detail. The choice to attend only once a week on Saturdays, with the option of a one-on-one class, gave me the idea of ​​continuity and the possibility of continuing, because during pregnancy, it's essential to stay connected. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Between long weekends, the midwife's absence without a replacement, the children's sports competitions, and the Christmas holidays, we missed a lot of meetings, and since December 13th, we've only seen each other again on January 10th. Is that possible for a pregnant woman? I'd say NO. Poor communication. I learned about a Christmas competition, with no rescheduling, from a girl in the class whose number I luckily have. No one at the gym bothered to notify me or all the other pregnant women by email, phone, or text, nor did they bother to make up the class (due to THEIR own event). They didn't even bother to make us skip all the other days that followed, without even asking if we'd been there. The center was open for other classes on non-holiday days. And what about us? Are we transparent? Ask? Have a class schedule? I feel mocked to hear them say we fully understand the inconvenience, and then not take action, but disappear for days and days without a response from the manager, who is always away on vacation, leaving me/us hanging. We've already paid. There are holidays, after all. To hear Cinzia, the manager, tell me, after the fact, that this isn't a course or lessons, but that I paid for a package + membership to the center. So what do we call it? Hearing me say, "You'll make them up with your son/daughter later..." So, thank you so much, but after you've caused me such a huge problem, do you think I'll sign up again with my son? What was missing? Communication, organization, consideration for a group of people at a fragile time, excuses and fake attentions covered in kindness with no resolution. Because many of us couldn't and won't be able to take advantage of them because we're at the end of our pregnancy. Because I, like the others, have suffered physical damage from the lack of movement. Because for me, this was a gift to get better, and coming twice and then not twice, and coming three times and not a month makes no sense. I'd like to take this opportunity to tell you that the water is cold when we get in and the app you use is very basic and not very functional.
