29/03/2026: The atmosphere is very nice and the food was okay. Unfortunately, the staff seemed unfriendly and a bit annoyed. The service was also poorly timed: my husband and son received their pizzas first, then after a long wait, our antipasti and my main course were brought together. We arrived when the restaurant was still empty in the evening, which made the experience even more surprising. The bread was also quite hard - this I would not normally have mentioned but it was automatically added to the bill together with the service, at a price of €6.

12/03/2026: Great espresso bar, perfect for breakfast and an after work cocktail. I would definitely recommend to try the bresaola sandwiches and all their croissants! The coffee was also great. The atmosphere is chill and hipsterish and the staff is very nice. It’s located near to the metro station, which is great for a quick breakfast, which leaves you enough time to visit the city, especially if you stay in Pigneto neighborhood.

17/03/2026: Cosy little restaurant, absolutely great value for money!! - their specialty is apparently cacio e pepe, which was supposedly good and spectacularly served in a veil of cheese. I had the gricia which was excellent, and a good large serving. The antipasti was mediocre - nice fried zucchini etc., but the rocket was a little stale. Good wine at a reasonable price…

16/03/2026: We dined at this restaurant during our first trip to Rome. It was such a wonderful experience that we returned during our second trip. Still wonderful!!! Everything was was delicious and the service and atmosphere were perfect. Add this gem to your list of dining. You won't regret it!!!

01/03/2026: For those like me who prefer substance over appearance, this is the best. The fantastic owner speaks to you as if she's known you forever, abundant and homemade dishes at more than fair prices... In my opinion, it is absolutely recommended for kindness and quality/price ratio.

15/02/2026: The Dea restaurant is located in a small square with a magnificent Triton Fountain, offering a splendid view of the lake. The Dea Bar and Restaurant is right there, with its few tables and exceptional hospitality. As soon as you arrive, Viola welcomes you and presents the menu in a simple yet authentic way. She arrives from the kitchen with a wooden table topped with other gozzi and ravioli made by the exceptional hands of Luigi, her life partner. The menu includes three starters, but they are three generous portions, each served with mutton sauce, mushroom sauce, and a simple sauce. The second course is a meat dish, well-cooked on the outside and tender on the inside, and beautifully cooked, accompanied by potatoes and chicory. Excellent. To finish, a tart, a wine donut, and coffee. Everything was delicious. We were happy to stay at their restaurant because we immediately struck up a friendly atmosphere with her and the other guests. A truly pleasant day and a truly delicious lunch. I recommend you stop at this restaurant where you can breathe in the warmth and friendliness as well as the food with truly authentic flavours 👍

14/03/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance after a bad experience with another local restaurant that was closed despite a reservation. We didn't have a reservation and the place was packed, but the staff was incredibly kind and found us a table anyway. The food was truly excellent, the service was attentive, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. It was a wonderful discovery. We'll definitely be back.

11/12/2025: A truly beautiful place with a fresh, contemporary style reminiscent of the seaside. The staff are very professional and courteous, always ready to welcome guests in the most appropriate way. I was very satisfied with the first courses, including risotto with scampi cream and gnocchi with clams, and the second courses confirmed the excellent cooking skills and interpretation of recipes I had already tasted elsewhere, such as the sea bream with potatoes, which was tender and flavorful. I recommend it to anyone who loves an elegant, family-friendly atmosphere!

20/11/2025: We went for lunch today. They have many appetizers to choose from, plus spaghetti with clams and gnocchi with scampi cream, plus coffee and tart. We had the 14 euro menu. In my opinion, everything was very good. The staff was very polite and friendly, they made us feel at home. Congratulations. I'll definitely be back and bring more people.

08/03/2026: My wife and I are both Sri Lankan and live in the United States. On our first day visiting Rome, we were walking around and saw this place. We were not hungry but we don’t have a single Sri Lankan restaurant where we live in the USA so we stopped in for some short eats (fish rolls) and to see what else they had. The food we tried was authentic and tasted great. I really wish we had this place at home, the rest of the food looked so good. The staff are really friendly Sri Lankan people and we don’t have a single complaint about this place. If you want to try some authentic food from Sri Lanka while in Rome, this is a great place to try it.

22/03/2026: The pizza was delicious, with a honeycomb pattern, beautiful to look at and to taste. When we arrived at 4pm, the counter was still full.

21/03/2026: Truly delicious pizza with generous toppings. The staff was very kind, courteous, and smiling. They had run out of the classic supplì; after the necessary cooking time, the girl who served me brought the supplì I requested, apologizing for the wait (which was due to the cooking time, anyway). Recommended.

08/03/2026: We were there today for our grandmother's birthday, we were treated wonderfully, and the food was truly delicious. Appetizers included cured meats, ricotta, and a lovely trio of beans with pork rind, tripe, and giblets. I'll just say that mopping up the bread is a must! 😉 Then moving on to the first courses, my husband finally enjoyed a nice plate of pasta with paiata, as he calls it, done perfectly! My gnocchi with artichokes, crispy bacon, and pecorino were out of this world, and then the other classics, like carbonara and gricia, were also excellent. The tagliata and arrosticini were delicious. And a big thank you also goes to the very friendly staff. We'll definitely be back.
