18/03/2025: Very intimate restaurant in the heart of Tivoli, we were convinced by the very positive reviews and it actually went very well. Lots of customer care, refined and well presented dishes. If I were to end up in these parts again I would gladly try their tasting proposal. I don't give 5 stars only because the fillet was perhaps slightly ahead of cooking (still good), the rest was excellent.

28/02/2025: Avec 55 in my opinion is the best restaurant in Tivoli. Seasonal raw materials of the highest quality, perfect cooking combined with chef Raoul's creations give the palate unique culinary experiences. Soft environment, courtesy and customer care complete the work. Highly recommended!!!

09/03/2025: We went to this very nice place this evening, a nice discovery regarding the unusual and well-cooked dishes, but I have three things to say, don't call me gnocchi those who are goodies, because they are two very distinct things..... and if I order gnocchi I don't want the goodies. As for the menus you can hardly read anything, a person who doesn't have glasses with them won't be able to read anything since in the middle of the menu there is a drawing that is very annoying. And then don't get lost in a glass of water if I ask for parmesan I would like parmesan and not a thimble with the smell of parmesan inside.... put it there damn The desserts are very, very good but please these three things just don't work. Friendly staff.... we will definitely be back, perhaps bringing parmesan from home😂

07/03/2025: Pleasant aperitif, with a small assortment of snacks, all good and original, including vegetarian ones. Very good wine. For those interested, there are also non-alcoholic drinks. The atmosphere is nice and the sommelier very kind

Il menù è fisso già prestabilito, ma davvero con 22 euro mangi in abbondanza cibo casereccio di ottima qualità. Personale disponibile e attento. Ottima location con un bel panorama. Consigliatisaimo

09/03/2025: We tried various pizzas with different doughs, all very light and digestible. I highly recommend the corsara sensation, with its soft dough and seasoned with raw ham and burrata, while the yellow Amatriciana, with its thick and crunchy dough, was good but too sweet for my tastes. I prefer the cacio e pepe potato chips to the normal ones, the supplì with mushrooms and Gorgonzola is crunchy and very tasty.

07/04/2025: Il posto è molto carino e la proposta è davvero interessante, pochi piatti ma ben fatti (secondo me avere pochi piatti sul menù è sinonimo di maggior qualità) che seguono la stagionalità, il che è sempre ottimo. Una volta accomodati, i camerieri sono pronti a rispondere a tutte le domande e dalla cucina arriva un assaggio nell'attesa degli ordini che, a mio avviso, non è nemmeno stata troppo lunga considerando che il posto era strapieno. L'antipasto di fegato di maiale era strepitoso, le porzioni mi sono sembrate giuste e in generale quel che ho mangiato aveva un ottimo sapore. Unica pecca: i vini e i liquori hanno un prezzo troppo alto che portano su di un bel po' il conto. In generale, è un posto che consiglierei e sicuramente tornerò.

20/03/2025: Cool place. Apparently they are in great demand for the place of the population. Friendly. The pizza is cooked in an oven with a thin, thin crust. It seems that everything is delicious, but I would highlight the one with porcini mushrooms and also the pizza with potatoes. Bombshell with porcini mushrooms. The only thing missing is at least a machine that can sell a glass of coffee or tea. This is of course a big minus.

19/04/2025: I went there for dinner with my wife and a couple of friends on Friday during the evening in which they offer a fish menu. Excellent experience and attention to the customer, meeting the needs of those with allergies and intolerances by proposing alternatives and following the requests step by step. Kind and proactive waiting staff. Abundant menu and all of high quality presented impeccably. Appetizers: 1 bruschetta salmon and rocket; 1 bruschetta puntarelle, anchovies and burrata; fried anchovies, seafood salad and mussel sauté First course: spaghetti with clams cooked excellently and well seasoned Second course: abundant fried fish, not greasy and crunchy and as an alternative grilled prawns Dessert: panna cotta Water all at a price of € 28 per person which with the addition of half a liter of house pecorino wine comes to less than € 30 Highly recommended and worth trying again also for the meat given the presence of a pretty good brazier Thanks to the staff for the excellent evening

16/04/2025: Perhaps at first glance the diner might be disappointed by the simple furnishings and the not very refined setting but already the burning fire of the pizza oven and the bright wood embers of the grill will convince you to sit down and be served by efficient and polite waiters. The supplì are excellent, the carbonara is very tasty and the cacio e pepe richly stuffed with pecorino cheese is exceptional. The Roman artichoke served on bruschetta is fantastic. All accompanied by artisan bread that is very pleasant on the palate. Leave the super-tourist center of Rome and head to the outskirts in search of the real taste of Roman cuisine.
