05/05/2025: A guarantee! Nice and welcoming place. The quality of the food is excellent and the menu varied. The meat very good. It features a wide selection of wines. Waiting times for courses are minimal despite the turnout. The staff is pleasant and always available. Consistent prices. You feel at home.

The concepts are nice and the blackboard menu is nice too.
The choice of wines is decent.
The dishes offered are not many but well prepared and good. I have already been to this place several times. I enjoyed both the pinsa and the meatballs.
The wines by the glass are suitable for pairings.
The service is good, friendly staff and correct waiting times. Price normal

30/04/2025: I just ate the best sandwich that I have ever had at PaninArt. The freshest tomatoes (if you are an American you have never had a good tomato!), excellent bread, great porchetta. I saw the chef zesting lemon for one of the sandwiches. Who goes to all that detail? Amazing.

10/05/2025: The Race Club is definitely a place to be! We had a few drinks with 2 friends of mine while enjoying the relaxed atmosphere and groovy tunes they were playing. There are lots of exotic drinks to choose from with a great presentation. The prices also felt reasonable for the fun experience. Lastly I have to raise my hat for the great staff of The Race Club! They worked with a proffesional but fun attitude which fit the place well. I’m sure I’ll be back here when I’m returning to Rome!

We had an amazing evening at Cipasso, thanks in large part to Frederico. He was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable—especially when it came to wine. His service truly made our night one of the best we’ve had in Italy.
The food was excellent, especially the beef tartare and truffle pasta, but it was Frederico’s hospitality that made the experience unforgettable.

03/06/2025: Italian food in Rome is overrated (coming from an Italian). This place is a must try. Everything from the design to the food, unique drinks and service was impeccable. Will return when we’re back in Rome.
02/06/2025: The T-BONE dish is overpriced for the quality of the meat, chewie and not tender at all.
Other dishes were good, atmosphere and service were perfect.

04/05/2025: Ristorante immerso nella natura della maremma laziale, nel periodo di aprile/maggio 2025 i campi circostanti sono lo sfondo perfetto per tante fotografie meravigliose con il verde del grano. Poco distanti alcune tombe da poter visitare facendo una passeggiata dopo pranzo. Cucina ottima , tutto molto molto buono! Consigliatissimo!

Vairo, Vanni and Debora are an exceptional team! For lunch they always have unique and ingenious solutions, very tasty! In addition, they have now also introduced some new fantastic and delicious burgers. 100 points to Venere caffe
