18/08/2025: Beautiful location, excellent food and excellent service, a nice restaurant with a lake view.

16/08/2025: I heard about this restaurant from a resident of Genzano during my vacation and so I went there that same evening. I discovered a magnificent setting with a view of the lake and welcoming and friendly staff. As for the food, it is delicious, as are the desserts where I had frozen fruit with exquisite homemade ice cream. I highly recommend this place to have a good time, both for the decor and for the food and the atmosphere.

08/07/2025: We chose Vecchio Borgo for our wedding and it was the perfect choice. The organization was impeccable: every detail was taken care of with precision. A special thanks goes to Gloria, Sonya, Eleonora and Giorgia, who with their professionalism, patience and availability made everything perfect, accompanying us with kindness, attention and the right irony in every phase of the event. The staff was extraordinary, welcoming and always smiling. A special thanks also to the maître, always present and attentive, capable of coordinating everything with elegance and discretion. The food was simply exceptional, from the aperitif to the dessert: everything prepared with quality ingredients and presented impeccably. Finally, the beauty of the place is truly breathtaking. A dream setting that made our day even more special and unforgettable. Recommended for those who want to experience a fairytale wedding, with the certainty of being in expert and passionate hands.

25/06/2025: Breathtaking place. Perhaps the most beautiful (reception) venue I have ever seen. Exceptional staff, truly. Courtesy and competence at high levels. The aperitif and the appetizer from another planet. Honestly, the lunch (especially the fillet Wellington) was minimally up to par. The only flaw. For the rest, as they say, at the Top. Well done.

28/05/2025: Everything is always perfect! We had dinner last night and I must say that we have been vegetarians for about a year. We had already been there as omnivores and we were always super satisfied with the delicious proposals; this time we were a little afraid of having to, as often happens, settle for the usual only alternative but our doubts vanished after a few minutes when the kitchen made itself available to us to modify what we wanted and also to propose dishes that were not on the menu. From appetizer to dessert a continuous joy. For us it is a guarantee!

25/06/2025: I was with my family last night for dinner. Everything was perfect. We had a table outside where it was great and with a spectacular view. We started with mixed appetizers and then continued with the different types of pasta. The staff is professional and very courteous. We will definitely return and recommend it to everyone!!

15/07/2025: A true osteria from days gone by! After a long journey, we were welcomed by Michele and Salvatore as if we were old local friends. Accustomed to Parma ham, we were amazed by the sweetness of their product and the deliciousness of their other cured meats. The beef rib was fantastic, brought to the table with a griddle to continue cooking and keep every bite warm. The baked red onions and authentic grilled caciocavallo cheese were delicious. We said our goodbyes warmly, and you will remain in our hearts, with the promise of welcoming you again when we return. Carla and Roberto.

17/08/2025: Excellent food, great lakefront location. I came with a friend and we had a caratello seafood appetizer for two, a roasted whitefish with wild fennel, two excellent sautéed chicory, one bottle of water, half a liter of house white wine, two coffees, €55.

16/08/2025: A very good time spent this lunchtime with family (10 people). Super friendly service, the waitresses very kind and efficient. Super good dishes, we enjoyed ourselves. An extraordinary view!!! We recommend 200%!

12/07/2025: Dining at Le Bistrot is always a pleasant surprise. Their ability to reinvent visually appealing and delicious dishes while strictly adhering to vegan guidelines is unsurpassed. The service is prompt and courteous, with attention to detail and a comfortable atmosphere. If you've never been there, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

03/07/2025: Disappointment despite good intentions We went to this place to celebrate a birthday for two, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The environment was not very well-kept and did not give a feeling of cleanliness. The welcome with prosecco and crisps in a bag was not particularly appreciated. We waited a really long time for an appetizer, half a liter of house wine and two dishes: long times, without any explanation being given to us. The lentil meatballs, cooked in the air fryer, were burnt at the base; we pointed it out, we were asked if we wanted more, we said no, but they still appeared on the bill. The tagliatelle with asparagus were extremely salty, so much so that we left them on the plate. Positive note: the place is pet-friendly. We were very sorry to end an evening that should have been special like this.

25/04/2025: I went to the Bistrot in Viterbo and left really satisfied! I ate very well: every dish, from the first course to the dessert, was studied in detail and rich in flavour. The dishes were excellent, both in terms of the quality of the ingredients and the presentation. The service was impeccable: courteous, attentive and professional staff. An experience that I highly recommend to those looking for high-level cuisine in a welcoming environment.

05/07/2025: Serata di pizza di ritorno saldi centro commerciale, il locale è storico nel quartiere ci si può andare ma rimane nella media nn ha spunti, comunque volevo parlare della pizza, io sono di testaccio e un bel pò di anni fa mi trasferisco in questo quartiere e fin dalla prima pizza ho notato che qua nn fanno la vera pizza romana, bassa e poco scrocchiarella, è un pò morbida non come la napoletana ma neanche stile cracker, qua fanno un impasto focaccioso che si sbriciola e quella nn è la pizza che mangi a trastevere o testaccio, il condimento non era male ma il pomodoro era disegnato, e poi un piccolo particolare se nel piatto nn rimangono solo i bordi che tanti nn mangiano ma una piattata di briciole vuol dire che è una focaccia, la pasta nn si può staccare da sotto forse è un impasto surgelato? Nn voglio crederlo.Ma ripeto è proprio un difetto del quartiere, qualcuno la fa bene ma certo nn posso dire chi, poi altro indizio nella vera pizza romana lo spicchio in mano un pò si affloscia nn rimane rigido come appunto una focaccia. Con tutta la simpatia per un locale storico nel quartiere, 50 anni quest'anno, ma questa è la mia opinione. Baci.

16/08/2025: If I could give it a zero, I'd give it a zero. €15.40 for four mini-mignons—I mean, four mini-mignons with cream, not 24k gold—a croissant, a cappuccino, and a small bottle of still water. And loud Latin music blasted from the speakers right before closing time, by the staff as if they were at home. The staff were also rude and unfriendly.
