05/07/2025: Serata di pizza di ritorno saldi centro commerciale, il locale è storico nel quartiere ci si può andare ma rimane nella media nn ha spunti, comunque volevo parlare della pizza, io sono di testaccio e un bel pò di anni fa mi trasferisco in questo quartiere e fin dalla prima pizza ho notato che qua nn fanno la vera pizza romana, bassa e poco scrocchiarella, è un pò morbida non come la napoletana ma neanche stile cracker, qua fanno un impasto focaccioso che si sbriciola e quella nn è la pizza che mangi a trastevere o testaccio, il condimento non era male ma il pomodoro era disegnato, e poi un piccolo particolare se nel piatto nn rimangono solo i bordi che tanti nn mangiano ma una piattata di briciole vuol dire che è una focaccia, la pasta nn si può staccare da sotto forse è un impasto surgelato? Nn voglio crederlo.Ma ripeto è proprio un difetto del quartiere, qualcuno la fa bene ma certo nn posso dire chi, poi altro indizio nella vera pizza romana lo spicchio in mano un pò si affloscia nn rimane rigido come appunto una focaccia. Con tutta la simpatia per un locale storico nel quartiere, 50 anni quest'anno, ma questa è la mia opinione. Baci.

11/07/2025: I went to a concert and wanted a quick pizza. Despite the time (because I arrived very early), they served me wonderful food. I highly recommend the supplì (made by them), and the pizza was really, really good. The prices are fair, unlike restaurants that overcharge just for the brand. The best thing about this restaurant is the staff. Their friendliness isn't intrusive, but it's the kind of friend you'd enjoy and want to return to. I thank you for the pre-concert experience. I'll be back again. Absolutely excellent, as well as enjoyable 💞

24/07/2025: I was pleasantly surprised by the quick service, even though the outdoor terrace was busy. They quickly replaced our bread basket once we ran out. There was good-quality olive oil on the table, and the meat was very good and cooked just right, as requested. A pleasant experience, we'll definitely be back.

16/07/2025: Everything was fantastic! The pizza was delicious and the delivery was super fast (I picked it up). The atmosphere was very rustic and almost rock. 👏🏻

03/05/2025: Frequento questo locale da anni. A mio giudizio una delle pizze gourmet migliori di Roma. Impasto impareggiabile e ingredienti ricercati e di altissima qualità. Alvaro e famiglia gestiscono con grande passione e cortesia questo locale informale da oltre 30 anni puntando tutto sulla qualità e ricercatezza dei loro piatti. In una location più centrale e alla moda sarebbe su qualsiasi guida come un must!!!

19/04/2025: Pizzeria 120 – Sperimentazione senza compromessi. Due pizze, due identità: 1. Giovanna: carciofi croccanti su un letto di impasto fragrante. 2. Fiori di zucca, alici e scorze di limone sapidità equilibrata e acidità brillante. Base comune: impasto con grani antichi monococco, segale e Senatore Cappelli– Álvaro non usa mix casuali, ma studia struttura e digeribilità. Niente fronzoli: ingredienti selezionati (carciofi croccanti al punto giusto, alici che non sovrastano, limone che non aggredisce) e una filosofia chiara: rispetto della materia prima Abbinamento top: War AmenIPA, birra italiana con corpo resinoso e note agrumate che tagliano la grassezza delle alici. Grazie ad Álvaro (non un pizzaiolo, un ricercatore) e a Monia per la scoperta. 06/08/2025: Great restaurant for those seeking the authentic Roma cuisine. Their specialties include carbonara, cacio e pepe and amatriciana. Everything was delicious. The tiramisú is a fantastic way to top the dinner. Service was fast, staff was kind.

14/07/2025: I gave it 3 stars because of the disappointment. I was craving something sweet and wanted to give people the chance to try new products in Rome, otherwise I always wait until the weekend to go to my parents' place. There are three pastry shops where I can find what's missing from your products. Taste and freshness on the palate. The tiramisu cup was bland and dry inside, the three chocolates were so thick that I couldn't taste the difference between them, and it remained thick in my mouth, and the lobster tail cream was dry and lacked flavor. Taste may be personal, but freshness is not. I didn't say I won't be back; I love giving second chances; it's up to you not to disappoint me again.

14/07/2025: A regular stop on my trips to Rome, speed and friendliness are the watchwords that are offered to customers with passion and professionalism. Highly recommended!!!

12/08/2025: I can't say I had a bad meal, but it wasn't memorable either. The food was average, with a good platter of cold cuts and a starter of ricotta ravioli, the pasta a bit too thick, as were the maltagliati with a good white ragù. The house wine was good, as was the dessert. Overall, everything was okay, except for the service, because we weren't even invited to try other dishes. We were left abandoned in the half-empty room. So, all in all, it's a place with great potential, but I wouldn't return.

08/08/2025: We had a wonderful time, the food was divine, and we were pampered from start to finish! This is truly a place worth trying. We hope to return soon, and congratulations to all the staff!

15/06/2025: Visité Roma y quería un poco de música en vivo googleado buscar en algunos lugares y este restaurante apareció. Reservas online . Fue un corto viaje en Uber desde el Hilton donde me alojaba. Una vez levantado el exterior parecía un poco esbozado graffiti en las paredes y las áreas circundantes parecían un poco descuidadas, pero continuamos entrando y el interior estaba bellamente decorado y vibrante! ¡Se sentó inmediatamente! La banda comenzó y era una mezcla perfecta de instrumentos y un vocalista de jazz! Sin duda recomendaría al restaurante revisar el sitio web para calendario de música en vivo!

28/05/2025: Sound system among the best of the Roman jazz clubs, always with excellent musicians. Quality food and remarkable refinement, as is the venue. Impeccable service, undoubtedly become one of my favorite venues in Rome. The price is adequate for the service and location.
