17/07/2025: I've been coming here for a few years and am always delighted with everything: the efficient and courteous service, the quality of the food, the fair price, and the generous portions. Today, I couldn't help but give it a glowing review. For those of you coming for the first time, don't miss the involtone: a truly magical experience, but it's enough for two. Congratulations, guys.

16/06/2025: The best pasta in Rome, almost only locals inside, very nice service and fair prices.

11/07/2025: Top pinseria! Quality products and original combinations. Prices are a little above average but are fully justified by the quality of the ingredients used. It's difficult to choose what to order, so we'll have to come back to try it. The area isn't the best, but who cares if you're coming here to eat?

27/06/2025: I have been again to this beautiful place in the Portuense area. The cleanliness, the open kitchen and the details in the furnishings make it special and welcoming. We tried the new dishes of the house: the fig in batter which is served with an excellent raw ham (in Rome the fig is a must); we continued with three excellent pinse that the chef Fabrizio makes similar to a low and very digestible Roman pizza. The very good one on a red base with red prawns from Mazara del Vallo and the other white base with raw ham, figs, burrata and balsamic vinegar reduction. We concluded with an excellent Sicilian cannolo stuffed at the moment also excellent. The young and prepared staff complete an evening based on genuine and refined products. Thank you

21/05/2025: Update: It's sad how comfortably you can lie. I didn't bring any drink from outside, that's a lie. But I shouldn't expect integrity from an owner who over-charges, it's my mistake 👍🏼 ==================== They charged me for water, which I didn't order. And their tiramisu was expired and tasted bitter (but they didn't charge for it, so it's good). Overall, medium quality food, dishonest charging, I wouldn't recommend it.

27/07/2025: Quality pizza and carefully selected, balanced ingredients make this pizzeria one of my favorites in the city. The staff is friendly and always available! Must try!

19/07/2025: A wonderful discovery, like all of Boville Ernica. Nestled in the historic center, it offers both outdoor and indoor air-conditioned seating. Typical local cuisine with a fresh twist. The antipasto is the star of the menu. A must-try. Excellent value!

10/08/2025: It was a welcome relief after a culture of pizza and pasta that didn't quite suit my palate. The smack burger, in particular, is legendary. Mark took care of us. Special thanks to him :)

10/08/2025: Lovely vibe and very in keeping with the Rome feel. One issue with my daughter’s meal which was very quickly sorted. The guy in the shop was brilliant and gave us a scratch card which we redeemed against a purchase as he’d clocked that we were about to eat in the restaurant.

29/07/2025: We had a really good time and all the dishes seemed excellent. The one star removed is for the prices, which I think are high, but I've noticed this in the surrounding area as well. Just a good value.

25/07/2025: One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten! It's a shame about the location, because from the outside, it doesn't reflect the potential I saw in the quality of the pizza and the kindness of the staff!

20/05/2025: It is not only the best pizza by the slice you can find (the cold fillings are unrivaled, as are the eggplant meatballs) but it is one of the very few solidly and proudly frozen in time. Rustic quality pizza, kindness, fair price and no useless fancy frills. Applause.

18/07/2025: In times like these, when eating out is becoming increasingly difficult, this place gives us hope! A traditional osteria that perfectly reflects the spirit of Centocelle, welcoming and popular. Special mention goes to the staff: professional, extremely kind, fast, and very friendly, all people who know their job well! The food is good, simple and made up of traditional Roman recipes, as is the house wine. Despite the abundance of olive oil, no digestive issues. 🙂 Prices are in line. I agree with Borghese. 🙂 Excellent for evenings with friends, I will definitely be back. Congratulations, keep up the good work!

22/07/2025: I ate at this restaurant on Sunday, July 20, 2025. Everything was good: the gnocchi with ragù were delicious, the meatballs with sauce, and the chicken in beer sauce were equally delicious. The price was fair. A word of advice to the lady taking orders: be less anxious. Telling a newly arrived customer that it will take a while to eat, when in reality it wasn't, makes a bad impression. Otherwise, everything was fine. I'll definitely be back.

22/07/2025: Ottima pinseria in location suggestiva e storica. Cibo molto buono, fritto in olio NON consumato e porzioni abbondanti. Personale disponibile e molto gentile. Prezzi onestissimi. Straconsigliato

19/07/2025: Bellissima serata trascorsa in famiglia comodamente seduti ai tavoli della PINSERIA 06! Sul corso principale di Vetralla, ci accomodiamo all’esterno pregustando la nostra cena in occasione di un festeggiamento. La serata è perfetta. Come il clima fresco. Le luci in strada. L’illuminazione della Pinseria che crea la giusta atmosfera. Pinsarelli con pomodorini, mozzarella e origano per cominciare. Poi altra porzione alla gricia. Squisiti! Arrivano le birre alla spina. Fresche e in perfetta armonia con le successive pinse, servite su tagliere di legno. L’impasto é soffice, la cottura giusta. Ma apprezziamo soprattutto la qualità eccellente della materia prima. Concludiamo con ulteriori pinsarelli alla nutella. E con un brindisi. Alla nostra festeggiata, certo. Ma anche al giovane proprietario e al suo personale garbato. Ottima inaspettata serata per chi, come me, abita nella città dove la pizza é una pietanza “sacra”. Ma la pinsa di stasera non mi ha fatto rimpiangere Napoli. A presto Pinseria 06. Con le nostre congratulazioni.

20/07/2025: Pranzo domenicale in un'afosa domenica di Luglio. Dall'antipasto al dolce è stato un susseguirsi di sapori... dall'antipasto di montagna ai secondi piatti di mare passando per i primi piatti....tutte pietanze di assoluto livello e veramente no apprezzati dai commensali. Eravamo 9 adulti e siamo stati benissimo...anche a livello di temperatura con aria condizionata fresca ma non "invadente". Veramente consigliato ed un grazie speciale al titolare Teodoro ed alla Sua Signora....siete una garanzia! PS. Pappardelle al ragù di cinghiale superlative... così come anche lo spezzatino di bufalina servito con gli antipasti!

25/06/2025: I have been to this Greek restaurant in the heart of Trastevere twice and it really surprised me. Everything is prepared with care, the quality is very high and every dish I tasted (more than half the menu, there were many of us) was a discovery: authentic, rich, balanced flavors. The restaurant is of Cretan origin, so there are also typical Cretan dishes that are difficult to find elsewhere. The sauces are all homemade, very good, you can taste the difference. Among the dishes I recommend: the mix of sauces to share, perfect if you are with more than one person; the baked feta with honey, truly delicious; the meat moussaka, which I found amazing; and my absolute favorite, the lamb rack, a real house specialty. Attentive and fast service, good wine list with Greek labels. The only note is that the prices are a little above average and the portions are not huge: to leave full it is better to take at least two courses each. A full dinner is about 30 € per person, but it's worth it. For me it was the best Greek restaurant I've ever eaten at. I will definitely go back.
