Amazing experience at Hard Rock Cafe! The service was excellent, and our waiter, Analisa, was incredibly pleasant and welcoming. She explained everything in detail and helped us choose from the menu, which we really appreciated. The food arrived very quickly and was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, I couldn’t leave her a tip because the restaurant only accepts cash tips, but she truly deserved one!

This is NOT what we expected, i have been many times at hard rock cafes on other cities.The philosophy about hard rock cafe is eating and drinking at adults place with darkness and loud rock music. This place at rome have too much lights, a lot of children, and the most shocking is that the music was very low volume.I was there about 1 hour+, never played any rock song, only pop music

The burgers and drinks are excellent, the atmosphere is a true rock pub, and the prices are absolutely average, considering the area. The waitress who served me, Federica, is a mix of Roman-ness, kindness, and friendliness: hold on to her! The only drawback: we're in Rome, so when will we put a guitar, jacket, or cane in memory of the great Richard Benson? A small posthumous recognition would be a wonderful tribute. I highly recommend it!

An outstanding example of the classic Hard Rock venue. Brilliant service and the most amazing 'Legendary Smash Burger' to date! Incredible ceiling art and music to set the vibe. Staff (front of house, bar, table and Rock Shop) were so friendly and attentive. One minus point for not having a printed Gluten Free menu, but great care and advice given throughout the evening to ensure that coeliacs enjoyed the night to it's fullest. I always enjoy coming to Hard Rock Cafe to spend quality time with my friends. The atmosphere is always outstanding — truly a 10/10 experience every time. The quality of the food is consistently excellent, which is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. This time, I was served by Afroza, and she was incredibly professional, attentive, and welcoming throughout the entire experience. Her service was beyond exceptional — honestly 11/10. We reserved a table for two, but were asked to leave after an hour because it was very busy. While I understand this to some extent, we had made a reservation and shouldn't have been given a time limit. The bar offered fantastic cocktails, and the bartenders were incredibly friendly and skilled. The service in general was excellent. While we were sitting at our table, a young man behind us felt unwell and, well, vomited on the floor. The staff immediately rushed over and helped clean it up without any complaints – I have to give them credit for that. Despite this, we were still hungry, and the food was delicious. The prices are high; you're paying for the name, after all, but it's absolutely worth it for an evening out. The shop is right next door and, like the restaurant, is open until midnight. This offers a great opportunity to shop. There were some good deals available, which we immediately took advantage of.

What you can expect from a Hard Rock Cafe. The girl who served us was very friendly. They have an enclosed outdoor area that's quieter in terms of music.

We were there on Easter Sunday around lunchtime. It was very crowded. We hadn't made a reservation and were given a seat at the bar, where we were also allowed to eat. The food and drinks arrived quickly. The atmosphere was great and the vibe was very good. As always, a great experience... Prices: Burger €20, Caesar salad with chicken breast also around €18.
