25/07/2025: One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten! It's a shame about the location, because from the outside, it doesn't reflect the potential I saw in the quality of the pizza and the kindness of the staff!

20/05/2025: It is not only the best pizza by the slice you can find (the cold fillings are unrivaled, as are the eggplant meatballs) but it is one of the very few solidly and proudly frozen in time. Rustic quality pizza, kindness, fair price and no useless fancy frills. Applause.

18/07/2025: In times like these, when eating out is becoming increasingly difficult, this place gives us hope! A traditional osteria that perfectly reflects the spirit of Centocelle, welcoming and popular. Special mention goes to the staff: professional, extremely kind, fast, and very friendly, all people who know their job well! The food is good, simple and made up of traditional Roman recipes, as is the house wine. Despite the abundance of olive oil, no digestive issues. 🙂 Prices are in line. I agree with Borghese. 🙂 Excellent for evenings with friends, I will definitely be back. Congratulations, keep up the good work!

07/08/2025: I went on Sunday, July 13th and Sunday, July 20th, and I have to say I was disappointed the second time. The ravioli went from 5 to 4, the grated truffle disappeared, the porchetta was less, and the cheeses from the appetizer were forgotten. I'll give it another chance...

22/07/2025: I ate at this restaurant on Sunday, July 20, 2025. Everything was good: the gnocchi with ragù were delicious, the meatballs with sauce, and the chicken in beer sauce were equally delicious. The price was fair. A word of advice to the lady taking orders: be less anxious. Telling a newly arrived customer that it will take a while to eat, when in reality it wasn't, makes a bad impression. Otherwise, everything was fine. I'll definitely be back.

22/07/2025: Ottima pinseria in location suggestiva e storica. Cibo molto buono, fritto in olio NON consumato e porzioni abbondanti. Personale disponibile e molto gentile. Prezzi onestissimi. Straconsigliato

19/07/2025: Bellissima serata trascorsa in famiglia comodamente seduti ai tavoli della PINSERIA 06! Sul corso principale di Vetralla, ci accomodiamo all’esterno pregustando la nostra cena in occasione di un festeggiamento. La serata è perfetta. Come il clima fresco. Le luci in strada. L’illuminazione della Pinseria che crea la giusta atmosfera. Pinsarelli con pomodorini, mozzarella e origano per cominciare. Poi altra porzione alla gricia. Squisiti! Arrivano le birre alla spina. Fresche e in perfetta armonia con le successive pinse, servite su tagliere di legno. L’impasto é soffice, la cottura giusta. Ma apprezziamo soprattutto la qualità eccellente della materia prima. Concludiamo con ulteriori pinsarelli alla nutella. E con un brindisi. Alla nostra festeggiata, certo. Ma anche al giovane proprietario e al suo personale garbato. Ottima inaspettata serata per chi, come me, abita nella città dove la pizza é una pietanza “sacra”. Ma la pinsa di stasera non mi ha fatto rimpiangere Napoli. A presto Pinseria 06. Con le nostre congratulazioni.

20/07/2025: Pranzo domenicale in un'afosa domenica di Luglio. Dall'antipasto al dolce è stato un susseguirsi di sapori... dall'antipasto di montagna ai secondi piatti di mare passando per i primi piatti....tutte pietanze di assoluto livello e veramente no apprezzati dai commensali. Eravamo 9 adulti e siamo stati benissimo...anche a livello di temperatura con aria condizionata fresca ma non "invadente". Veramente consigliato ed un grazie speciale al titolare Teodoro ed alla Sua Signora....siete una garanzia! PS. Pappardelle al ragù di cinghiale superlative... così come anche lo spezzatino di bufalina servito con gli antipasti!

13/07/2025: The perfect setting to celebrate my birthday. A beautiful and private location, an elegant atmosphere. The service was impeccable, always discreetly present. The waiters were very attentive to the needs of all my guests, especially those with intolerances and allergies. The table setting was very elegant, with cutlery changed after each course. I and everyone at the table loved the food. After each course, the waiters stopped by to ask who wanted more. I highly recommend it.

04/08/2025: This restaurant made my experience in Bolsena even more special. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, with friendly service that makes you feel right at home. The dishes are authentic, and you can clearly taste the passion and care that goes into their preparation. The owner is present, kind, and willing to share the story behind each dish, showcasing local specialties. I chose those, and I couldn't have made a better choice. The dessert "Come viene, viene," a house specialty, was the icing on the cake. It turned out really well, a true delight. Highly recommended!

03/08/2025: A little gem in Bolsena. Excellent lake fish dishes, good house wine, excellent and fast service. Absolutely average prices. It's a shame we had the only morning with bad weather, otherwise they would have let us sit on the beautiful veranda! Compliments to all the staff, we'll definitely be back.

22/07/2025: Here, the chef cooks for you. Very good selection and quality. Friendly service. Also for Rome, very good prices. A visit is highly recommended. I've been coming to this restaurant for years, and the food is still highly recommended. My first stop in Rome and hope it stays that way. It's still wonderful after all these years. But the service isn't even worth a star at the moment. You have to ask if he has time to take your order while he's smoking. I find that sad, unfortunately.

30/06/2025: A perfect escape from the city! Just a stone's throw from the lake, it's exactly what we were looking for. Summer breeze, calm wind and exceptional owners! Helpful, friendly and family-like from the first minute! We are still here and will be back very soon. Needless to say, exceptional food (fried sage, lake fish and desserts made entirely by them)! Highly recommended!

25/07/2025: I went with a friend without a reservation (Thursday). We were greeted with a smile and found a seat right away. The place is nice, clean, and, most importantly, quiet—you can sit and chat without hearing anyone else's conversations. We received our menus right away, and after making our selections, the dishes began arriving within about ten minutes. We had both Chinese and Japanese dishes, all very good. The staff was friendly and quick. We spent €22 per person for six courses (two Japanese and four Chinese), a liter of water, and a grappa.

23/07/2025: Renovated, clean, and with fast, efficient service. Excellent new Asian and Japanese menu. Pleasantly air-conditioned. Highly recommended!
