Crispy on the edge, well-topped, cooked in a wood-fired oven, delicious. All the classic fried foods are available; if you're in a hurry, order a first course or a delicious cacio e pepe. Remember to book!

12/08/2025: I really enjoyed the food served at this restaurant. The appetizer and carbonara I had were delicious. The atmosphere is very relaxed. I also liked the service; the waiters were always available and attentive to our every need. When I return to Rome in the future, I would definitely eat at this restaurant again.

12/08/2025: Ideal location with parking in the square in front of the building, overlooking the sea and historic Gaeta to the right. The welcome and service exceeded expectations. Special thanks to the person who looked after us, whose name, I discovered, is Carla. The scenic setting, with its impressive and delicious dishes, is also noteworthy. All the dishes were also considered excellent by those at our table.

11/07/2025: We ate badly, a poor starter, a salad, a first course with bread and a cover, 1 beer, a water, 1/4 of red wine, €50, then we had a stomachache, what a shame

Filippo, Flavio and all the staff are wonderful people: helpful, professional and prepared for every request. 02/06/2025: Oggi ho pranzato in questa location, le pietanze sono state tutte eccellenti, incluso il vino produzione propria. Come detto le portate sono state eccellenti ma devo dare un encomio particolare al cameriere, sicuramente uno dei migliori che ho incontrato, professionale, competente, descrizione perfetta dei piatti e del vino. La location si presenta ordinata, pulita, con spazi esterni ben curati, abbiamo degustato caffè, dolce e liquore nel giardino esterno, ammirando un bel panorama in un confort perfetto, aiutato anche dal clima. Sicuramente sarà meta di nuove esperienze culinarie.

03/08/2025: My family and I went to this restaurant while on vacation in Rome, Italy. The host that seated us was eager and friendly. After being seated we waited quite some time for someone to take drink orders. Initially we all asked for water. The server brought one liter of water for 8 people. We waited a bit more for him to return to take any kind of order. He never returned. Another family came in after us. They also had 8 people. Immediately upon sitting they were served water and drinks. (Strike 1) The owner came out and greeted them ro make sure they were comfortable. He made sure the air conditioning was on for them (it was behind our table but not turned on and we were hot. He summoned another host to turn it on. He looked at our table, his smile faded then turned and walked away No greeting, no nothing. (Strike 2) The server then returned and began taking their order. (Strike 3). At strike 1, I was perplexed. Strike 2 ready to leave but stayed because of my family. Strike 3, we ALL walked out. As we were leaving the owner addressed us asking why we were leaving. One member of the group was nice enough to tell him what he and his staff did. I wouldn't have given him the satisfaction. I would have ignored him just as he and his staff ignored us. The restaurant across the alley was the complete opposite, in fact we ayr there 3 times ans have no complaints at all. Good was great! Service was great! Staff was excellent! Either they're not like us or they didn't like us.
