We had dinner here this evening. We arrived without a reservation, but they welcomed us without a problem even though the place was quite busy. Everyone was friendly, especially the owner Ugo, who accommodated my off-menu request with ease. The food was VERY high-quality, and the service was excellent. This will be a regular stop in Gaeta for us.

Fantastic, very fresh.
We had both raw and cooked dishes as appetizers, followed by paccheri allo scoglio with house Falanghina wine (delicious).
Whoever gave it one star doesn't understand anything about good food.

Finally, a proper, well-made fish soup with top-quality ingredients. I was truly surprised, considering it's so easy to get ripped off these days. Discovering a restaurant like La Salute was truly a revelation, not to mention the super-friendly staff, always attentive to every request. I wholeheartedly recommend that if you're a couple and order the soup, don't order anything else because it's truly SUPER LARGE.

A homely, family atmosphere reigns in this old-fashioned establishment, located near the town square and just steps from the sea. The owner and the entire staff (especially Sofien) are friendly and attentive to the needs of the many tables. I recommend visiting on weekdays for a more peaceful experience.

Excellent food, the waiters are very efficient and very helpful, while we were there, a lady came in, she seemed lost, she asked if anyone spoke English, a waiter answered, helping, it was a very kind gesture, the atmosphere is very refined, a veranda with a very beautiful sea view
