28/06/2025: Ristorante con cucina locale di gestione familiare da ben 65 anni. Personale molto cordiale e attento. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il trattamento e servizio dato dalla padrona del locale, una persona squisita e gentile. Se desiderate assaporare degli ottimi tortellini, pasta fatta in casa, o dei piatti fuori carta, con prodotti freschi e di qualità, dovete assolutamente prenotare in questo ristorante storico. Locale con arredamento classico e curato nelle pulizia.

22/06/2025: Very nice location but, for the rest it is better not to comment. Unprofessional and sometimes rude service. Waiting for the first course really exaggerated, over 1 hour. Embarrassing quality of the gnocchi, hard and infested. Exaggerated price for what I ate and for the quality

18/06/2025: Walk with the dog and, rightly, lunch break at the restaurant, it was very hot we ate an excellent salad with bruschetta, spent the right amount, the guys were very kind

06/07/2025: We had lunch at this place a week ago, a few steps from the Verona Arena, the menu offers a wide choice of appetizers, first and second courses and in addition to this there are other dishes that are not marked that were very interesting. We opted for the spaghetti with garlic, oil and calamari, a platter of cold cuts and polenta and two desserts. You must try the semifreddo with amaretto and the sbrisolona with grappa. Excellent quality-price ratio. It is the ideal place if you want to get away from tourist life for a few hours.

19/07/2025: The climb is definitely worth it. The atmosphere is fantastic and the food is truly delicious. Good value for money. Afterwards, you can enjoy the view of Lake Garda from the church.

15/07/2025: The restaurant was full when we arrived, but we waited a very short time for a table. All the guests who arrived after us were seated within 10 minutes. The service was very nice, smiling and attentive, the pizza, gluten-free pasta and desserts were excellent. Pleasant and undisturbed evening atmosphere on the small square.

29/06/2025: We were told that it is a historic place in Verona, in fact they serve the typical boiled meat (even in summer). Inside there are many foreigners and very few Italians, Versace-branded dishes and a “chic” atmosphere…..very very “chic”. Starters: 1 Grilled octopus tentacle on a cream of cannellini beans with chives and olive oil: soft octopus and little flavor from the cannellini beans. 2 fried baby squid: good taste even if the breading came off the fish completely. First courses: 1 Fettuccine with white veal ragù and smoked ricotta: I asked if the ricotta was salty and they said no. Unfortunately, as I imagined, the dish was salty (not tasty)… really salty. The result was a night stuck to the bottle of water. 1 spaghetti (or linguine I don't remember) with lobster: unfortunately the dish had an aftertaste of butter. Not much lobster, very 80s to serve it with half of its shell on the plate. In conclusion: we had a good time, treated very well by the staff even if, in my opinion, they need to be a little more prepared on the dishes. Last thing: they told us after dinner that the owner of Torcolo posts a lot on social media, we had gotten a feeling from the photos with various V.I.P.s at the entrance to the place. We recognized who he was only from the fact that he was in the room with us, with a cell phone and smartwatch, sitting on a chair for the entire duration of our dinner. We believe that a chef should stay in the kitchen, leave at the end of the service but I realize that the turnover of tables and people is so high that it is not feasible. We were sorry that we were not asked, during the payment phase, how the evening had gone. Average bill with what was eaten. Place for tourists.

29/06/2025: I can't give more. Perfect family lunch thanks not only to the food, but also to the quality service. We recommend the octopus and especially the pappardelle with black truffle. Fantastic! Extensive wine list.

02/07/2025: I came primarily for the highly rated tiramisu, and I wasn't disappointed. Even the espresso was very good and the price was reasonable for Lake Garda. The staff was super friendly, making you feel at home. Sure, the location next to the road with cars passing by isn't great, but I've found that the best and most authentic Italian restaurants usually don't have photogenic locations. If you appreciate Italian cuisine and prices, you'll definitely find a restaurant next to the road!

28/06/2025: We had a fabulous meal at Corten on Friday 27 June 2025. The food was excellent quality and the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend it, and we will be going back soon.

30/06/2025: I often come to Ristorante Amici Miei and every time it is a real pleasure. They always have excellent proposals for those who, like me, prefer vegetarian dishes: fresh, tasty and never banal. The menu manages to satisfy all palates with great variety and quality. A special thanks to all the staff who make the experience even more pleasant, but especially to the super Betty, always kind, smiling and courteous. She is truly a person who makes the difference and who knows how to make you feel at home. Highly recommended to those looking for a welcoming place to eat well in Peschiera del Garda!

07/06/2025: Estábamos visitando Verona por el día y buscando un lugar para comer. Las mesas de afuera, a la sombra, se veían bien así que decidimos probarlo. Estamos muy contentos. La pasta (la mía fue la especial con champiñones y jamón) fue la mejor que hemos probado! Encantador vino y el servicio era bueno, pero no apresurado. Un almuerzo perfecto.

03/06/2025: EXCEPTIONAL! One of the best restaurants in Verona's tourist area. Fantastic food! Attentive and fast service, the amarone risotto is a true delight, and the recommended wine is more than good. The desserts are unparalleled. The chef is very friendly. The place is very clean. This place is a MUST TRY in Verona.

27/06/2025: In one word fantastic. Everything is right. From the tile with your name on it to the dessert. The customer is pampered with excellent food, perfect service and an atmospheric ambiance. We eat here several times a year and it is always great.

30/06/2025: Avevo buone aspettative viste le recensioni sul sito. Prenotato con largo anticipo e segnalato la celiachia. Arrivato mi viene assegnato un buon tavolo nella spianata terrazzo; tavoli disposti in modo da allocarne il maggior numero ma con la conseguenza che un lato gode il panorama ma l'altro gira le spalle. I primi sono di pasta fatta in casa ma i ragù appena passabili. Preferisco sorvolare su secondi e dolci. Dato che il menù non descrive la presenza di allergeni o glutine, fatto presente che avevamo segnalato la celiachia, ci si risponde che andava segnalata in anticipo perché la cucina deve usare un' altra pentola.... Credo di aver incappato nella serata sbagliata perché il servizio non era proporzionato al numero dei clienti ed era ovvio lo stress delle povere ragazze che servivano ma 2 a volte 3 non possono gestire un centinaio di persone. Mi spiace scrivere note negative e voglio sperare che la serata fosse semplicemente la sera sbagliata ma noi festeggiavamo 2 compleanni e doveva essere almeno all' altezza di quanto poi abbiamo pagato anche se il costo non era per noi un problema.

25/06/2025: Bella terrazza con vista sulle colline e i vigneti Personale gentilissimo e accoglienza calorosa Piatti della tradizione ottimamente cucinati, tutto fatto in casa e porzioni abbondanti. Al primo.posto metterei i cari tipi di pasta fatta in casa con vasta scelta di sughi da abbinare. Memorabili le tagliatelle al sugo. Davvero la trattoria di una volta!
