24/12/2025: A very satisfying experience. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was quite nice. 100% recommended.

24/12/2025: Please note: this restaurant does not accept reservations made through The Fork. I don't question the quality of the food or the friendliness of the waiters. However, I find it unacceptable that they don't check reservations made through The Fork, given that it's an online service. Eight of us arrived on the evening of December 23rd with the intention of celebrating our Christmas dinner. We made the reservation a month in advance, and it was confirmed. The staff were kind and tried to find a solution, offering to seat us in place of other people who had made reservations, but we would have to finish dinner within an hour and leave. Since eight of us came specifically for dinner, this was unacceptable, and we left. I'm sorry to have to give a bad review, but it's just not possible, especially considering it happens every week (as I've been told). If you'd like to go, I recommend calling.

05/01/2026: The restaurant's specialty is risotto, but I can assure you I've never eaten such a good Black Angus fillet!

14/03/2026: Some local friends brought us there especially to try the famous "Stocco," which is typical of that town. An entire tasting menu themed around stockfish, in every possible way. Simply SPECTACULAR! The place is huge and always packed, there must be a reason!!! I'd call it a must-see if you're in the area! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

The service is attentive and professional, with a formal style that reflects the caliber of the restaurant, without sacrificing a genuine feeling of warm welcome and hospitality from the entire staff. The food is excellent. High-quality ingredients, prepared with great technique and respect. Each dish was carefully crafted, both in taste and presentation. 01/01/2026: Beautiful evening at Villa Cà Nova, we were there last night for New Year's Eve dinner. Fantastic culinary experience, a fixed menu but everything was carefully designed, everything was delicious, from the appetizers to the first courses, to the meat and dessert; personally, the blueberry, rabbit, and rosemary risotto was fabulous and delicate. I didn't take a picture of the local cotechino and lentils, but it was truly delicious. And Dulcis in Fundus....the caramel parfait sphere...SPACEFUL!!! The waiters were always excellent and very kind. The post-dinner entertainment lasted until late with a super DJ...we were three young couples and had a blast dancing; it was just what we were looking for to celebrate New Year's Eve. The owners were very kind and courteous. What can I say? We will definitely return for other occasions, but it deserves to be said that it is a beautiful location, both intimate for couples and for groups. You deserve a solid 10/10. Keep up the good work!!! Well done and congratulations to all the staff at Villa Cà Nova.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 And Happy 2026!!!

08/03/2026: Historic trattoria in the eastern province of Verona. The menu is not only traditional but truly high quality. Florentine steak at reasonable prices and a respectable wine list for even the most discerning palate. The service is expertly informal without ever falling into banality.

08/01/2026: Great location, delicious pizza, we'll be back... In the summer of 2025, we visited the restaurant again. We were very disappointed. Apparently, the owner had changed, and everything was different. The food wasn't as good, and the service (which had always been excellent) had also deteriorated significantly. Unfortunately, the staff was completely inattentive. What a shame. We'll have to find somewhere else now.

18/12/2025: The best pizza we've ever eaten! Affordable and charming, though unfortunately a bit hidden for tourists. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is wonderful!

07/03/2026: It's rare to find a perfect place. The location is beautiful and well-decorated. The staff is efficient and professional. The courses are served promptly. The wine list is excellent. The meat, from tartare to grilled meats, including some unusual cuts, is very good and well-served. The side dishes are excellent. The bill is reasonable. We'll definitely return.

19/02/2026: A charming location in the Valpolicella hills, the restaurant is meticulously maintained with a slightly rustic yet refined interior that makes the atmosphere even more welcoming. The staff is knowledgeable and hospitable. Excellent food, made with top-quality ingredients, not just the meat, which is excellent. Carefully plated dishes and well-chosen pairings are also included. The wine list is well-stocked with unusual labels, making it the perfect place to enjoy a good wine and spend a special evening.

28/02/2026: We absolutely delighted in the cheese tasting, beautifully presented to boot. Fresh homemade pasta with creamy broccoli and very delicate crispy pancetta. The cheek was amazing, soft and flavorful. Excellent Valpolicella. Last but not least: an amazing bread basket, of high quality and variety, an element that truly makes the difference for a high-end establishment. Definitely worth a try.
