01/01/2026: My friend and I had a wonderful dinner at Jolly! They offer a wide variety of pizzas and some pasta options. Everything looked delicious, and it was honestly hard to choose what to order. In the end, we went with the seafood spaghetti and a classic tuna pizza — both were incredibly fresh and flavorful! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they made us feel right as foreign visitors. Considering the quality and the very reasonable prices, I highly recommend visiting Jolly if you’re near Lake Garda!

19/04/2026: Lovely place, nicely bedded in-between olive trees. Quiet retreat away from the busy lake promenade. Wonderful local dishes, enjoyed a lovely fish menu and main course beef. Very friendly staff made our visit perfect. There is also a Playground for the children.

16/06/2026: We came here because of the many good reviews. Unfortunately, we were somewhat disappointed. You do get a lot of lovely touches (pizza bread, aperitif, limoncello), but the food itself (we had spaghetti carbonara and spaghetti ragù) was rather disappointing. It had nothing to do with authentic Italian cuisine. The carbonara didn't contain pancetta, but rather a different fatty ham, and the sauce was more of a cream sauce; the ragù had hardly any meat. The waiters were very nice and attentive, but the quality of the food needs improvement.

13/06/2026: We arrived without a reservation on a weekday evening in early June. We were able to sit at a table in the "garden" without any waiting. I'm (typically German) a bit skeptical of excessive attention, but this proved to be completely unfounded. With the menu, you immediately receive a glass of sparkling wine. While waiting, instead of breadsticks or rolls, you're offered a pizza bread – very tasty with olive oil. After the meal, with the coffee/dessert menu, you receive a shot glass of sweet treat (passion fruit ice cream). And to finish, a limoncello. The salad, pasta, and lasagna were delicious. We ordered a liter of beer (intended to share) and expected a pitcher, but it arrived in a liter mug 😁. It was then placed in the middle of the table. Note: Some reviews here show outdoor areas that do not belong to this restaurant. It has several tables in the narrow alleyway where it's located, some inside, and two rows in the "garden" behind the building, which is shaded by an awning and partitioned. Sanitary information: The women's restroom is perfectly fine.

20/04/2026: Since you're always getting ripped off because everyone's thinking about running a Michelin-starred restaurant... as a chef, I always look for trattorias... where you can eat typical local dishes... We ate really well, all we needed was dessert and we didn't drink any wine... I've been wanting to eat bigoli for years... it's a shame they didn't have livers 🙃 but the wild boar ragù was excellent.

28/03/2026: When we travel around the world, we always look for places with tripe. Today we went to an Italian restaurant where they serve their own tripe with parmesan. Which was divine. If you go there, don't miss it.

09/06/2026: Fantastic restaurant, we found it 2 days before we came home, ate there 2 nights ,food was first class , the best we had all week , service especially Andrea , who is so knowledgeable regarding the wine , let him pick for you he knows great wine , new owners are really making an effort, try this place when you are in Garda away from the tourist traps .

01/06/2026: A truly charming and well-designed restaurant, right in the city center. The outdoor terrace, where we had a table, was very beautiful, with wooden tables that lend a vintage feel. The six-course seafood menu (note: it includes dessert, coffee, and limoncello) was excellent, and we shared it with our two, along with a superb tomato pasta dish for our toddler, a house white wine (also very good), a bottle of water, and another glass of white wine (kindly offered by the owner). The aforementioned owner (a Southern Italian like my husband and I) is truly knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, sincere, and so much more. We spent €101 in total, but believe me, it was absolutely worth it. We will definitely be back.

28/04/2026: April 2026 - RESTAURANT REVIEW We've been customers at this restaurant many times. Never anything to complain about. The appetizers were good, the first and second courses were good, and the pizza was also good. But this April 25th, we were bitterly surprised by the bill. Three people: 1 tasting menu for two, 1 seafood salad, 2 fried seafood platters, and 1 grilled whitefish. Nothing to complain about the price or the quality of the dishes (in order: €22.80, €17.80, €19.80 for 2, €16.80). I repeat, the ingredients were good, and so was the way they were treated. The surprise came with the side dishes: 2 French fries (small, so to speak) €14, 1 grilled vegetable, 3 slices of zucchini, 3 slices of eggplant, 3 slices of bell pepper, 3 slices of onion €10. Water €0.75, €4.50 for 2. Total €156. Everything was good, but the chips were priced like a barrel of oil, and the grilled vegetables were worth a gram of gold. I did notice, however, that given the beautiful day and the event in the square in Garda, unlike other restaurants, Casa Lady seemed empty. I hope it's not due to the current pricing policy. A regular but dissatisfied customer. lm

08/06/2026: I had lunch at this restaurant and had a very positive experience. The menu is extensive and varied, but the house specialty is undoubtedly the fish, excellent both in the raw and fresh versions and in the cooked versions. The service was fast and very friendly, and the final bill confirmed excellent value for the quality offered. The only real drawback is the high attendance: to eat on the beautiful lakefront veranda, you often have to wait a long time. To avoid the line, I strongly recommend arriving early: no later than 12:00 for lunch and no later than 7:00 for dinner. Overall, a highly recommended place.
