26/07/2026: I would have given five stars, but the extra one euro for a pizza box for the pizza I couldn't finish is outrageous, especially after we already paid a five euro cover charge and two additional charges of €3 each for a gluten-free pizza and mussels, which are gluten-free anyway. The service and food were very good.

16/07/2026: We visited this restaurant based on the reviews. It was our first time there, and I have to say we were very pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was lovely and cozy, the service was great, and the food was fantastic. To finish off the meal, we had tiramisu for dessert, and it was absolutely perfect. If we ever visit Verona again in the future, we’ll definitely be happy to return to this restaurant. We’re looking forward to it and wish you much success.

30/06/2026: The prior reviews highlighting the delicious, plentiful food, backyard setting, and gracious hospitality were totally accurate. Stepping into this place felt like being invited into someone’s home. The menu is set but you are in good hands. We enjoyed three wonderful first courses, all of which were perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor: risotto, gnocchi, and lasagna. The secondi included falling-off-the-bone, savory pork ribs and carpaccio, accompanied by generous side dishes. The dessert was also delicious and the paired drinks plentiful. The food here would compete with any highly rated restaurant in a major city but for a fraction of the price. The chef came out and chatted with us and the server couldn’t have been more accommodating. Worth the trip. We loved our experience and will definitely be back!

03/01/2026: A warm welcome despite the cold outside! The owners, though very busy, are smiling and kind to their numerous customers. Illy coffee is always a guarantee, and the gelato is excellent. Highly recommended!

11/11/2025: Four of us went to this gelateria, and it was a truly enjoyable experience! We loved the pardula gelato—simply delicious—and the coffee was excellent, too. The lady at the counter was extremely kind, warm, and welcoming. She makes her gelato by hand, with passion, and offers unique flavors that only she can make. We travel often and have tasted many gelatos in different places, but this is definitely one of the best we've ever had, and without a doubt the best in the Lake Garda area. We'll definitely be back next time!

12/08/2026: The restaurant is in a truly magnificent location, and the food is excellent—the mountain gnocchi and tortelli are delicious, not to mention the platters of cured meats and cheeses. It's a shame there's no air conditioning and it's noisy inside. I'll definitely be back to try the pizza, too.

27/07/2026: We really enjoyed our meal here! And the services were very nice, friendly and helpful. We are a couple and shared one starter and two mains and a dessert, for us this was a perfect amount of food. We ordered a pasta and meat for our main, and it should be noted that you should probably order some sides to the main, as it was only a piece of meat. The tiramisu for dessert was very nice as well. All in all we had a very nice time.

02/07/2026: An experience to try, very professional staff and excellent quality of food

24/07/2026: During our six-day stay in Garda, we visited Caffè Amaro three time. And that says it all. Away from the tourist crowds but still in a great location, this restaurant serves authentic Italian food. The homemade pasta is outstanding and prepared with great care. We especially recommend the Ragù alla Bolognese, and the daily specials are always worth trying. The staff are friendly and attentive. Reservations are recommended, but they kindly found us a table even without one because we arrived early. Excellent value for money, and we even received a complimentary limoncello at the end. A true hidden gem and one of the best places for authentic pasta in Garda!!

21/07/2026: I visited this restaurant at the end of March with my family. I'm a lover of typical local restaurants and trattorias with traditional cuisine. This one perfectly matches my tastes: a family atmosphere, extremely kind and helpful staff, and excellent traditional cuisine. We had a wonderful time, even with two small children. We'll definitely be back.

We chose the tortellini tasting menu, featuring several options, all very tasty and varied, with generous, satisfying portions. The lady who welcomed and served us was truly courteous, kind, and helpful, helping make the evening even more enjoyable. A place we happily recommend for a simple, authentic, and flavorful dinner.

08/08/2026: We had a lovely evening. We started with an appetizer platter of salami, ham, and cheese. For my main course, I had a variety of tortellini: classic, filled with onions, and filled with pumpkin. We'll definitely be back, especially for the tiramisu and the friendly owner.

09/05/2026: Super elegant place from the outside, but inside it's a beautiful rustic kitchen. The service, besides being super nice and helpful, you can see that they really care about their products and customers. Seven of us came from Milan, and I have to say that for what we ate and how much the price was, it was truly excellent. I repeat, SPECTACULAR food. Highly recommended ❤️

08/08/2026: Too bad that only 5 stars is the maximum I can give :) This place is fantastic. When we got there, we had to wait a bit because the place was full, but it was worth the wait. We waited in the entrance when the waiters surprised us with a glass of prosecco each and the kids with a soda. It was very nice in this heat. After 5 minutes our table was free and they were already taking care of us. Before we could order, they brought us appetizers which were very delicious, and they also brought us some crunchies. We didn't have to wait long for the dishes, and they were very delicious. We got everything in huge portions. And before paying, they brought us a gift of homemade Limoncello, which was delicious. I can only recommend this place to everyone, I give it a special score of 10/10!!!
