A legendary restaurant for tortellini. All the other dishes are also excellent: siamo fritti, branzino alla griglia, mille folie di Manzo, and the semifreddo. The service was outstanding and attentive.

Ristorante Alla Borsa is an institution in Valeggio and throughout the province of Verona for its homemade pasta. The interiors have an elegant and classic style, a bit old-fashioned, yet perfectly in keeping with the menu. Here, it's impossible not to try Valeggio's typical tortellini, the famous "Nodi d'Amore." Besides the incredible meat filling, what makes them truly special is the thinly rolled pasta, which makes them melt in your mouth with every bite. The menu offers the option of a "bis" (€24 per person) or "tris" (€29 per person), ideal for sampling multiple traditional dishes. We also tried the pumpkin tortelli and the ricotta and spinach tortelli, both truly excellent. That day, a puff pastry with béchamel and asparagus was also available, which looked very inviting, but we decided to focus on the tortelli. The bis or tris menu must be chosen equally by at least two people at the table. Finally, we moved on to dessert: the dessert of the day was a truly excellent zuppa inglese, as was the tart.

We ate very well, and ordered a second helping of tortelli, which were truly special. We've never tasted so good. However, the portions could have been a little more generous. The price of a mixed salad was too high. The desserts were very good. This restaurant celebrates the tradition of tortellini. The service was a bit rushed. Recommended.

Best tortellini I've ever eaten!!!!!

We ordered the tortellini, which were truly amazing. We didn't order the trio of first courses because we thought the price of €29.00 per person was too high. The second courses were also good. A very positive experience, but the prices were a bit high.

What can I say? I'm sailing the land of tortellino in every sauce: the thinnest pastry with the most delicious fillings.

Always up to the mark of tradition and quality

At the Borsa restaurant, in the heart of the charming village of Valeggio sul Mincio, the entrance to the restaurant is warm and intimate, with the delicious aroma of cooking (and that's not a given). You then enter a large, bright and cosy room where you will be welcomed with kindness, professionalism, and courtesy. The signature dish is, of course, the renowned Valeggio tortellino, or rather the renowned Nodo d'Amore (Love Node), a triumph of flavor in the various selections, from traditional meat to pumpkin tortelli, and others that follow the seasons.
