Excellent Italian restaurant with excellent cuisine. The ravioli are homemade and extremely delicious. We recommend the house wine to go with it.

… practically the “Tortellino di Valeggio” was born here. It was born good.. it continued to be good.. and it became very good.. an apotheosis of suggestions.. for me it is true love... eternal gratitude to the wisdom of the owners for their ability to always be excellent..

We went here to eat tortellini.
They tasted very, very tasty!
For dessert, panna cotta, which was beautifully prepared with strawberries, tasted excellent!! There is no comparison in Germany, you should definitely try it!
The waiter was extremely attentive and very quick… which is a good thing, but also a bit bad, as the plates etc were cleared away very quickly so there were few breaks in between.
After 1 hour we left the restaurant again.

I think it's the best stuffed pasta I've ever eaten outside of Emilia Romagna...
A place that has existed for 300 years and has been run by the same family for 50 years, still serves tagliatelle with the recipe from the 1960s and "love knots" with very thin pastry.
Courteous service, quick times, not exactly cheap bill (€97 for two trios of first courses, a vegetarian second course, two glasses of wine and two coffees) but I won't hesitate to return if I pass by here again.

The best tortellini in the region can only be found at Ristorante Alla Borsa. But it's not just the tortellini that are excellent, but everything that is offered and served by Nadia and her team. Top quality, unbeatably delicious and seasonally changing pasta and other dishes. I especially love the pana cotta. The recipe for this comes from Isacco's mother, who works there. In general, Isacco is a pearl, friendly, competent and always available. But this also applies to the entire team at Borsa.
A restaurant away from the lively Lake Garda in a tranquil place and close to Borghetto sul Mincio. Definitely visit.
We have been coming to Borsa for more than 25 years and are as excited as the first time we visited.

Abbiamo pranzato pochi giorni fa in questo storico ambiente della tradizione a Valeggio, dove i tortellini sono sempre molto buoni come in alcuni altri locali del borgo, la mia critica è riferita ai prezzi dei piatti i quali sono tutti sopra la media partendo dai tortellini ma anche altro come le due porzioni di olive ascolane al prezzo di 14,00 euro l’una. Tutto buono ma bisogna confrontarsi con altri ristoranti del posto, ho provato dei piatti altrettanto buoni a prezzi inferiori, era solo una critica costruttiva.
