15/04/2026: I was looking for a special evening and found so much more. This pizzeria and restaurant is a true gem where nothing is left to chance.
You immediately sense an almost obsessive pursuit of quality. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, seasonal, and top-notch: every bite speaks of the region and the passion of those behind the stove. The pizza is extraordinary, with a light dough and ingredients that make all the difference.
Rarely do you encounter such a close-knit team. The wait staff is attentive, quick, and always ready with a smile, creating a convivial yet extremely professional atmosphere.
A special mention goes to the manager. His friendliness and the way he welcomes each guest make you feel "at home" from the first moment. It's clear that hospitality is a sacred value here, not just a job.
Truly an excellent food and wine experience from every perspective. If you're looking for the perfect combination of superior food and an extraordinary human atmosphere, this is the place.

Here, there are real stories to listen to and then tell, each more interesting, entertaining, and incredible than the last. I heard them from Graziano Giorgio Chieregato, a Knight, his daughter Patrizia, and Massimo, Graziano's younger brother. And I'll be back to hear more, as well as to eat slates accompanied by a demijohn of Malbec. 😉

15/06/2026: EXCELLENT FISH RESTAURANT, VERY UNIQUE BECAUSE IT'S PLACED ON A FLOATING PLATFORM ON A RIVER: I CELEBRATED MY BIRTHDAY AND THEY RESERVED AN ENTIRE AREA FOR US. THE EAT WONDERFUL, AND THE SERVICE WAS ALSO GOOD: I AND ALL MY GUESTS WERE EXCITED. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
11/05/2026: I went there with my wife a few nights ago. For us, it was one of those "favorite" places we liked to return to, though not very often, but we did. We really like the location, the friendly staff, everything just as we remembered. But... I'm afraid the scallop appetizer had some issues. Given that I can digest even stones, aside from the "problematic" night, I spent the whole next day with a fever (39°C) and fishy-tasting savoury snacks (so there couldn't have been any other causes). Luckily, nothing more serious, but when you serve fish, you can't afford to compromise on quality. I'm very sorry.

18/05/2026: Passing by yesterday, I stopped by. Convenient parking, and I had lunch outside under the awning—everything was perfect. We had a platter of traditional cured meats, tagliatelle all'anagrafe, spinach-crusted amberjack fillet, and grilled vegetables on the side. We also had water (I still had hours to drive), but the wine list was very inviting. I'll definitely be back.

16/05/2026: I'm a regular at this place and I'm happy with it.
Lately, perhaps due to the change in dining room staff, the quality of service has dropped significantly.
Two of us arrived around 8:00 PM and there was no waiter present. After several seconds, a waitress (the only one taking orders) arrives and half-heartedly seats us. Another couple arrives after us, and for about 10 minutes, the three waiters come and go from the kitchen, not bringing much to the few tables that were there (perhaps it was more of an excuse to chat among themselves).
The waitress went to take the other couple's order, and after another 10 minutes, we had to call over to order.
She arrives, still repeatedly touching her hair and conspicuously chewing gum, with red nails that are noticeably long from this job, and takes our order (even getting the beer wrong, but whatever).
The service is decidedly distracted and needs to be reconsidered.
19/04/2026: Truly disappointing service, especially considering I'm now a regular customer.
I picked up an order placed via the app and had to wait while the waitress chatted with other customers who had already been served, even going so far as to offer various liqueurs, completely ignoring my presence.
When I picked up the order, I was asked for a supplement for a simple bag. I pointed out that a few days earlier, in the same situation, I had been given one without even having to ask, but was told "they must have made a mistake." Even explaining that I was on foot, there was no availability.
The food is good, but customer service makes the difference: for this reason, I won't be returning.

22/07/2025: Vincantiamo was a truly surprising discovery. The pizza is simply amazing, made with the highest-quality ingredients and a care that is evident from the first bite.
The meat is also top-notch, cooked to perfection and presented in excellent cuts: a true house specialty.
The place is beautiful, with attention to detail and a welcoming atmosphere that makes every moment enjoyable.
A special mention goes to the staff: kind, helpful, and very professional. The service is attentive but never intrusive.

30/04/2025: Siamo state consigliate si fermarci a mangiare di ritorno da un Weekend fuori porta. Ho ritrovato una eccellente cucina della nonna con pietanze gustose, veramente da trattoria di gusto, ottimi vini e dolci, tutto accompagnato dalla squisita cortesia e simpatia dell’oste.
Assolutamente consigliatissimo a chi piace pollame, cacciagione 🤩🤩🤩 cucina locale veneta. Da ritornarci
23/04/2025: Trattoria con cucina tipica veneta. Piatti abbondanti e molto buoni. Titolare molto simpatico, alla mano e dalla battuta sempre pronta. Io e mio marito insieme al nostro bovaro Fred, ci siamo fermati per cena e senza dire niente al titolare abbiamo lasciato il nostro cane legato fuori dal ristorante. Ad un certo punto il titolare si accorge del cane e ci invita a portarlo dentro ma noi data la mole del cucciolo (70kg) rifiutiamo. Allora ci chiede se potrebbe dargli due costine e noi pensando stesse scherzando gli diciamo di sì. Dopo 10 minuti arriva con le costine appena cotte e le porta a Fred che naturalmente le divora. Entrando ci dice che gli sono piaciute e gliene avrebbe preparate altre due... e così è stato, il tutto accompagnato da una ciotola d'acqua e un biscottino. Che dire... abbiamo preso 3 secondi (costine per Fred escluse), 2 contorni, 2 bibite e un caffè per un totale di 58 euro. Direi più che onesto. Ci ritorneremo! Ah dimenticavo posto consigliatissimo per gente alla buona e che sta al gioco del titolare che è tutto pazzo! Fighetti e permalosi... non accettati! 🤣🤣🤣

31/01/2025: Ho scelto "Le Tre Rondini" per festeggiare con una cena in famiglia e la scelta si è rivelata più che azzeccata! Il personale si è dimostrato molto disponibile in fase di organizzazione ed anche la sera stessa sono stati molto gentili, disponibili ed attenti. Il cibo ottimo! Salumi e gnocco fritto molto buoni con una giardiniera spaziale, risotto funghi e salsiccia saporito e abbondante, tagliata di qualità ottima con grande varietà di contorni. Nel complesso porzioni molto generose, piatti molto saporiti e genuini, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Lo consiglio!!!

23/02/2025: Si può mettere meno di una stella? (ZERO)
Credo che il locale non sia valutabile, sotto l'aspetto dell'organizzazione (più di 45 min di attesa, col menù chiuso di fronte al cameriere che continua a dire che arriverà! ) 5 ragazzini che guardano e che non fanno niente (fermi immobili), nemmeno lo sbarazzo dei tavoli, +2 pizzaioli anziani/esperti che stanno con le mani in mano senza spiegare ai camerieri come si prende una comanda per risolvere la sala, piena solo per metà. Altri commensali, in altri tavoli, messi uguali, stanchi di aspettare e di chiedere almeno l'acqua.
Alle 20, dovrebbe esserci un servizio attivo e veloce, per poter dare ricambio ai tavoli. Invece erano senza impegno e senza spiegazioni (cmq nessuna risposta in merito al quando e perchè di questo disservizio) ....ci siamo alzati (ho salutato xè sono gentile) e venuti via alle 21 !!!!!
Sconsiglio vivamente.
