27/02/2024: I'll start by saying that I had no doubts about the food and the service, let's say that in certain restaurants you're on the safe side. What surprised me the most and what made this experience literally stellar was the chef, but not as a chef, that is "obvious", but as a person. A welcoming and kind host welcomes you at the entrance, shows you his structure, tells you about it, gives it life, lets you sit in his kitchen, cooks for you, serves your meal, entertains you and makes you feel completely at ease, and also say goodbye when unfortunately the time comes to go home. His passion and that of all the staff make you say without a doubt that everything is worth it. The chef's table is an experience that I recommend for its uniqueness. The dishes masterfully prepared, served and described. The professional, but also fun, staff really know what they're doing. The location, unique, refined and elegant but sober and not sumptuous. Truly congratulations to everyone, you were fantastic.

07/04/2024: Beautiful winery with large selection of Italian wines on enomatic system (4 enomats - every has 8 bottles). 16 wines were local including ripasso and amarone. There is nice selection of italian food. Great place. Service is friendly and professional.

04/04/2024: By far the best restaurant I’ve ever been too. Marco (the owner) takes the time to explain what goes into the food and how they cook everything. He knows about every wine he sells and can answer any questions you have. You can see the love and care that go into everything at Symposio. If you are in Verona, it is a MUST VISIT. I loved everything on the menu but by far my favourite was the Tiramisu, it is to die for.

25/03/2024: We went to dinner on the terrace and I assure you it is a nice and exclusive place. Extremely courteous and kind staff, with me, my wife and our two year old daughter. Excellent food, refined and refined, chef Salvatore Garofalo, who works in an open kitchen with his staff, is exceptional and signs his dishes with elegance in the combinations. Highly recommended for a refined dinner in the heart of Verona!

16/03/2024: Just brilliant. Quiet, at this time of year. Perfetto! Beautiful place, professional staff, lovely ambience, classy cocktails and bar. So many great restaurants in Verona meant we didn't eat dinner there. Warmly recommended. Not cheap, but worth it for no riff-raff! Unfortunately they must be obliged to allow Germans and Americans in. If I owned and ran a hotel, they, Arabs and Russians, would all be banned. Nasty, rude, mean-spirited untermensch. Which you can detect in their carping, whining, reviews.

04/04/2024: EXCELLENT!! The choices of focaccias are varied, you can request modifications, but above all: the products are fabulous. The mortadella was simply delicious, tasty and fresh, the same for the coppa and the ham. The foccacia breads are delicious, crunchy, soft and airy at the same time, it was a real treat. The staff is charming, the atmosphere is very relaxed and the service is fast. I absolutely recommend!!!

02/04/2024: We have frequented this post for almost 20 years and the quality and cordiality remain intact. It is difficult to resist the temptations to try their selection (tasting) of "primi", although the menu has much more to offer. Leonardo and his family are excellent hosts.

24/03/2024: They saved my lunch! A 10 minute walk from Porta Nuova station, it is the only place to offer vegan dishes... and what dishes! I got a takeaway lasagna while I was waiting for the connection, very good!!!! Excellent value for money! I'll be back to try everything else

13/03/2024: Nella splendida Verona, un ristorante situato a fianco dell'omonimo Teatro. Tavoli distanziati, bella apparecchiatura con comodi portaposate, ambiente di sobria eleganza. Menù non vastissimo ma accattivante, con portate non banali, curate e ben presentate. Ho assaggiato diversi piatti, tutti molto equilibrati e con grande cura delle materie prime. Ottimi il lesso, la guancia (che si scioglieva in bocca) ed il coniglio in tecia. Lista dei vini ampia, unico neo forse ricarichi un tantino alti. Comunque nel complesso rapporto qualità-prezzo buono, del resto la qualità si paga. Servizio attento e discreto. Sono veramente stupito che il locale non fosse pieno, ma egoisticamente meglio così visto che non avevamo prenotato. Se torno a Verona una visita qui sarà d'obbligo

10/03/2024: I ate in this restaurant on a Saturday evening with my girlfriend, given that we were passing through and without a reservation, two very kind and friendly guys welcomed us, they accommodated us immediately and from there we asked for the menu, it presents an excellent choice from starter up to dessert, the dishes I tried were exquisite, the service from the guys was really classy and very professional and the bill was in line with what we ordered, I tasted 2 types of wine, requested on the guy's recommendation and very skilfully was able to advise me despite my difficult taste in wines, I am fully satisfied and I am sure that I will return when I return to this wonderful city, I would also add that the place is very elegant but not pretentious... I highly recommend it, thanks again for the magnificent evening. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended
