11/02/2026: The "Real Madrid" of Ceremonies We discovered Corte Poli through word of mouth and can't thank enough whoever recommended it to us. The planning of our wedding began a year and a half before the happy event, and Andrea was with us until September 21st. The organization was impeccable, but above all, without any worries, which is a huge plus for those who have to balance menus, people, schedules, and... weather. We were almost certain that the menu would be appreciated; after all, that's what the rehearsal dinner was for. The service was impeccable: seamless, coordinated, professional, and friendly—in short, it was like the "Real Madrid" of ceremonies! If it were up to us, we'd do it again this Saturday! 09/05/2026: A very functional format! Renato has hit the mark with his tasting menus. We've tried several well-known pizzerias, but I have to say we found more balance here than elsewhere. I choose the word "balance" for a reason...here the ingredients are showcased to the fullest, alternating flavor, crispiness, and quality ingredients. The dining room is very charming, the service casual, yet precisely for this reason functional. Because that's what pizza is all about: sharing, minimalism, discovery. Nowhere else does the owner welcome you with a smile and cater to your needs. We asked for a small change to the menu, and it was immediately granted. Truly happy to have tried this small, great Italian delicacy.

The emotion I felt was that of realizing how much effort and hard work go into achieving certain results. Perfect pizza, the dough and balanced, top-quality ingredients fully satisfied every emotion on the palate. Her guidance was fundamental: she instilled serenity in us from day one, taking care of every detail of the organization and reception with rare dedication and class. She managed to make our every wish come true. ​The beating heart of the evening was the kitchen, led by Chef Michele, and not only that, he played a beautiful song. To call him just a chef would be an understatement: his dishes were the highlight of the reception. Top-quality ingredients prepared with flair and technique; every course was a resounding success that left all our guests ecstatic. Finally, a shout-out to the entire staff: kind, prompt, and always smiling, they ensured seamless service, attentive to every need. The dining room is managed by the owner Antonella, who is extremely kind and welcoming. It's impossible to find fault. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!
