06/04/2026: We ended up here on the recommendation of our hotel. It was a great tip. The pizzas were very good and not expensive. The salad was also large and beautifully presented. I can wholeheartedly recommend it!

We were also offered a delicious cream of leek soup as a welcome treat, and I must say, it's not something everyone can match. A place that truly makes a difference. 30/05/2026: We arrived at 1:40 PM and were told the kitchen would close at 2:00 PM, so it wasn't clear whether lunch was still available. After some hesitation, we were told yes and could sit wherever we wanted. The place was practically empty, so we sat at a table for four. At that point, it was pointed out to us that they charge more for a table for four than for two, which we honestly found unwelcoming, especially considering there were no other customers and no real need to free up tables. I understand cost management, but making the customer feel the weight of it in an empty place doesn't make a good impression. Ultimately, with this approach, you risk not even making the same profit as if you were happily serving two people. It's a shame, because the experience already starts with an unpleasant feeling.

This restaurant is highly recommended, perfect for a romantic but not overbearing dinner. A special mention goes to the staff, among the friendliest and most pleasant I've ever encountered. I appreciate the fact that they accept dogs and how they treat them!

04/06/2026: We spontaneously came across the restaurant through Google and managed to get a table on the terrace for three people and a small dog for the same day. The menu was extensive and everything sounded delicious, making it difficult to choose. We opted for the four-course set menu: octopus, risotto, sea bass, and a choice of dessert. All the dishes were beautifully presented and tasted absolutely fantastic! We will definitely be back on our next vacation! We also enjoyed the tank with the shellfish, which are freshly caught and prepared to order. We had hoped to share a lobster in addition to the set menu, but unfortunately, this wasn't possible. This is reason enough to return! The wine list focused on Italian wines, and we received excellent recommendations. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening!

03/06/2026: I’d quite happily take a five hour ferry from the other end of the lake to eat here. Honestly, if you’re in Peschiera and looking for a restaurant a cut above the many pizza and spritz factories, look no further than InChiostro - it’s heads, shoulders, knees and toes above. Beautiful ingredients, excellent wine list, charming service. Tanto di cappello!

28/05/2026: We were looking for a restaurant that served dishes with truffles and came across this one. The waiters were friendly, and the atmosphere was nice. We came because of the good reviews and were disappointed; I really wonder how they came about. The truffle pizza was very bad and had nothing to do with truffles. The margarita didn't have any fresh truffles but was edible. The pasta with truffle tasted like store-bought pasta. If anyone is looking for these two dishes, I would definitely say "don't go here."

18/04/2026: We were passing through and found the restaurant on Google Maps. We ordered two appetizers, Combattente and Garda meatballs. Two first courses, tagliolini with tench and bigoli with sardines. A demi-Lugana and a coffee. The price was more than fair for the quality and quantity of the food. Highly recommended.
