29/03/2025: Lunch with the Gourmet Travelers Club and I can say that we discovered this family-run place with a wonderful view of Lake Garda! The chef, part of the family at only 22 years old, prepared 5-star dishes for us! Traditional local dishes, a little revisited but spectacular! Also the sommelier was very knowledgeable, a pleasure to listen to! Thanks to everyone and we can't wait to come back! 🙂

13/03/2025: We went for a birthday on Sunday! What can I say, the view is breathtaking, you would have to go just for that! I absolutely recommend the place if you want to organize something very intimate and refined! The cuisine was to my liking, the menus offered can even be changed on the spot in the case of intolerances or allergies!

Oggi Soppressa con polenta ai ferri calda, Ravioli con la zucca conditi al tartufo, Capriolo con polentina e una bella Weissbier. Tutto ok. Alla prossima. Arrigo Paolo e Ombretta.

27/01/2025: Posizionato in collina e col parcheggio molto comodo proprio davanti al ristorante, offre un menù ricco e vario tra carne e pesce, eccellente la pasta fatta in casa. Prezzi molto interessanti e servizio cordiale. Siamo stati molto contenti e torneremo.

02/03/2025: Terrible food, risotto with pumpkin and taste of salt, abominable to say the least, polenta (it cannot be defined as such), a yellow slop, veal with artichokes that cannot be classified, the sole of the shoe would have been more tender. Wine paired with recycled and degassed prosecco and recioto cake. Black soul and lemon!!!! They were originally, now it is alcohol with a lemon and licorice aftertaste. In order to have a decent wine we ordered a bottle of sweet wine and after having warned us of all the problems they even made us pay €30 for it. There were 20 of us and no one was satisfied. Also because the owner's behavior should have been less careless. I strongly advise against it. Unfortunately I had to give a star to be able to publish the review

Da wir schon sehr früh am Abend ankamen waren wir die ersten Gäste und hatten eine top Betreuung durch die Besitzerin. Das Menü ist einfach und enthält viele kalte Vorspeisen. Wir haben uns für das tagesgericht entschieden, eine spezielle pasta in amarone Soße. Das Essen war solide, der Wein war gut. Wir würden wiederkommen...

20/03/2025: The trattoria is very nicely decorated, has its own parking space and a covered outdoor area for the summer. In March I sat in the restaurant because it was still too cold to be outside. The atmosphere is cozy. There is a good selection of food and drinks. Unfortunately, I personally lacked some love when preparing the dishes. I had a Tartare di Manzo, which visually only consisted of finely sliced ​​good beef and a small piece of cucumber and a slice of lemon. No egg yolks, no capers, no onions. When I criticized it, it was explained to me that everything had already been incorporated, but unfortunately I couldn't find anything about it. Both the waiter and the boss came to the table and explained themselves, but I would have just liked more side dishes on the plate.

18/03/2025: We had dinner at "Contropiada", a nice place, simple but very welcoming, with a great variety of choice. I particularly appreciated the fact that the piadine was divided by slice to make it easier to identify which one suited your tastes. Average prices, quality and fresh products, fast service, after a few minutes we already had the piadinas. A place that I recommend if you want to eat a good piadina.

A point of reference for those who want to eat fish in the lower Verona area: excellent dishes at an excellent quality-price ratio. Cozy atmosphere, staff always polite and friendly. The desserts are also excellent, I was pleasantly surprised by the pumpkin cream tart. Very recommended.
