17/08/2024: Location suggestiva, purtroppo nelle vicinanze ci sono stalle che portano cattivi odori e mosche…le colline, il cielo, meravigliosi…ma meglio andar di notte, così certi orrori svaniscono…camera spaziosa, perfettamente pulita, silenziosa e confortevole ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️…climatizzata in maniera più che adeguata….ma la colazione è da rivedere…c’erano mosche ovunque…per favore, coprite i prodotti freschi con piccoli teli…altrimenti passa l’ appetito e la bella vista di cui si gode dalla terrazza frontale, ne esce offuscata…peccato… Esperienza aperitivo, visto che eravamo ospiti, offrirne uno di benvenuto? Esperienza cena: cibo ottimo, cucina raffinata, citatissima, con ottime soluzioni anche per chi cerca piatti vegetariani 🔝🔝🔝….radicchio memorabile….ottimo il servizio….ma pessima la proporzione fra il prezzo delle bottiglie (onesto) e dei vini al calice…..(non corretto dal mio punto di vista)…. Complessivamente: esperienza cena da ripetere più e più volte, in cucina “c’è una mano” che sa il fatto suo e a cui non sfuggono i dettagli….⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pernottamento, aperitivo, colazione…troppo esoso….non proporzionato con quanto offerto…peccato…da qui il voto complessivo, solo sufficiente…

12/08/2024: Incuriositi dalle recensioni positive e curiosi di vedere un posto nuovo vicino ad un paese, Grezzana, dove molti anni fa abbiamo abitato, abbiamo prenotato a Ca' Del Moro Wine Retreat. Sinceramente pensavamo fosse un bel posto e speravamo in una buona cucina ma dobbiamo dire che ha superato ogni nostra aspettativa. Il posto è bellissimo panoramico e molto molto piacevole. La cucina è stata davvero entusiasmante, curatissima, creativa ma allo stesso tempo semplice con prodotti del territorio e di altissima qualità. Il servizio straordinario, gentilissimi e molto professionali i ragazzi, sempre molto presenti ma senza essere mai invadenti. Che dire? Sicuramente ci rimane la voglia di tornare presto cosa che sicuramente faremo. Se possiamo fare una raccomandazione......continuate sempre così siete bravissimi. Ottimo e giustissimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

10/06/2024: I went to this restaurant for lunch with friends, and I must say that it is a place that I always happily return to. Excellent quality food and well presented dishes. The staff are friendly and attentive to customer needs. Highly recommended

25/08/2024: Very good trattoria, really excellent food, excellent wine, we also bought two bottles which we drank there, the risotto with amarone was spectacular, the lady who served us was very kind and super welcoming, we will definitely return

21/08/2024: Pranzo della domenica tra le colline della Valpolicella. Trattoria trovata per caso su trip. Il locale è molto carino, il personale gentile. Servizio un po’ lento ma giustificato dai tanti tavoli da servire. Prezzi nella media, primi buoni a buon prezzo. Il secondo di agnello poteva essere un po’ più generoso anche per il prezzo che aveva ma comunque esperienza positiva.

06/07/2024: Cozy and well furnished place with very friendly staff. Dinner with tasting of 4 risottos: we started with risotto with basil, taleggio and truly exceptional buffalo mozzarella, followed by aubergine, confit cherry tomatoes and savory ricotta and this was also very pleasant. Then risotto with potatoes, prawns and lime (my favourite) and finally traditional Venetian risotto. Perfect cooking and perfect combinations. An experience that I highly recommend. Good value for money. Compliments to the kitchen staff.

06/07/2024: Venerdì sera proviamo la degustazione dei risotti, ovviamente xon prenotazione consigliata. Locale non grande ma ben curato, ottima accoglienza da personale sorridente. Passiamo ai risotti, 4 assaggi con possibilità di bis e vi garantiamo che non uscite con fame. Primo risotto al basilico, taleggio e mozzarella di bufale, secondo risotto con melanzane pomodorini confit e ricotta salata, terzo risotto gamberi, patate e lime e per ultimo risotto della tradizione veneta. Cottura di tutti perfetta, quello con i gamberi è da stellato. Prezzo più che onesto, attenzione massima a chi soffre di celiachia. Ritorneremo sicuramente, super consigliato.

14/08/2024: Found the place by chance...a wonderful discovery, we have already returned...the food is well looked after and attentive and not taken for granted, excellent raw materials...and the bread made by them is sublime...and finally the staff are very good, welcoming and well prepared. Congratulations to the chef...bold and courageous.

13/08/2024: Carne molto buona e cotta bene. Straconsigliato per chi ha voglia di mangiare dell’ottima carne circondato da una bella atmosfera. Il ristorante dispone anche di un parcheggio.

12/08/2024: We were in Bussolengo and at the suggestion of the hotel where we were staying they suggested this authentic and traditional trattoria where we ate well and tasted typical local dishes. Express food made at the moment of which I can guarantee its goodness given that due to an ailment I am able to say whether the ingredients used are of quality or not, and in this case I can guarantee its goodness! The peara is a very tasty specialty... as is the risotto with cheese and truffle... 10/10

30/08/2024: Excellent experience to try if you like drinking good things and paying the right price for the quality you eat I recommend the truffle steak and the tiramisu was really good On average you pay from 15 to 25 euros per person depending on how many dishes you take

13/07/2024: Wir waren im Hotel auf der selben Straße und waren auf der Suche nach einem italienische Frühstück. Nettes Personal, sauber und lecker Hinter im Hof sind kostenlose Parkplätze Wir können das Café weiterempfehlen

15/08/2024: Confortevole dehors in una veranda coperta fresca ed ombreggiata, ideale per le calde giornate estive, apparecchiatura classica con tovagliato bianco in stoffa. Come antipasto scelto la Tartare: carne di buona qualità ben condita e saporita accompagnata da un'insalatina verde all'aceto balsamico. A seguire Pappardelle al tartufo: ottimo piatto, cottura perfetta, "importante" la quantità sia di burro che di tartufo ma per nulla invadente. Per dessert una generosa porzione di Sbrisolona in abbinamento ad un bicchierino di Recioto. Gestione accogliente e cordiale per un gradevole servizio. Con un calice di Valpolicella Superiore Manara (6 €), una bottiglia di naturale e caffè, totale di circa 43 €; conto equamente rapportato a quanto offerto.

11/08/2024: Sono ritornato in questo ristorante dopo alcuni mesi sebbene lo conosco da anni . La location e’ fantastica immerso nel verde della Valpolicella. Durante l’estate mangiare fuori alla sera con il fresco che scende da Marano e’ un piacere . Il piatto forte il risotto con l’amarone e semplicemente sublime. Questo ristorante e’ uno dei 2-3 posti in tutta Verona dove si mangia il vero risotto con l’amarone. Il resto e’ comunque molto buono e si basa sulla tradizione locale ( fettuccine con il tartufo, costata fiorentina . Bravo e simpatico il titolare

29/08/2024: Very nice service and very well organized. That's worth a lot. Pizza standard quality, tasted good and was what we were looking for in the evening. The ambience is very nice, but the location can easily be expanded a little more on the dishes presented. It is already very much geared towards tourists. Recommended for a pizza evening

02/08/2024: This restaurant is located in the Borgo Trento (residential) area of Verona and was our choice for our last night dinner in Verona - we were not disappointed. Full with locals, the menu was comprehensive and the food was delicious. Recommended.

23/07/2024: Really highly recommended! The journey about 20 minutes outside the city center is absolutely worth it. Very courteous service. Very tasty food, nice location, we'll be back!
