We spontaneously came across the restaurant through Google and managed to get a table on the terrace for three people and a small dog for the same day. The menu was extensive and everything sounded delicious, making it difficult to choose. We opted for the four-course set menu: octopus, risotto, sea bass, and a choice of dessert. All the dishes were beautifully presented and tasted absolutely fantastic! We will definitely be back on our next vacation! We also enjoyed the tank with the shellfish, which are freshly caught and prepared to order. We had hoped to share a lobster in addition to the set menu, but unfortunately, this wasn't possible. This is reason enough to return! The wine list focused on Italian wines, and we received excellent recommendations. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening!

I’d quite happily take a five hour ferry from the other end of the lake to eat here. Honestly, if you’re in Peschiera and looking for a restaurant a cut above the many pizza and spritz factories, look no further than InChiostro - it’s heads, shoulders, knees and toes above. Beautiful ingredients, excellent wine list, charming service. Tanto di cappello!

The fish soup (for at least two people) is amazing!

A must for anyone who enjoys seafood and high-quality food. You can also feel Giancarlo's enthusiasm for all the dishes and wines he offers. The price-performance ratio is reasonable.

I chose to have lunch at InChiostro Restaurant because I wanted to treat my mother to a special treat, and the experience was simply excellent, exceeding expectations. The refined yet welcoming atmosphere, attentive yet never intrusive service, and highly professional and knowledgeable staff ensure that guests truly feel at the center of the experience. The seafood dishes are meticulously crafted, both in their presentation and pairings, using top-quality ingredients showcased with balance and elegance. The wine list is also very interesting, designed to perfectly complement the gastronomic experience. I also thank Chef Giancarlo Cammisa for his elegant and unexpected attention to detail in offering my mother, a teetotaler, a non-alcoholic Prosecco so we could toast together. The entrée and desserts offered at the end of the meal were also highly appreciated, two treats that further captivate diners. Prices are in keeping with the quality of the restaurant and the experience offered. A restaurant that stands out for its style, quality, and genuine customer service, leaving you wanting to return.

I had dinner here last night with my boyfriend and my cousin, and I give it a more than deserved 5 stars. The quality of the food is exceptional; the raw fish is heavenly, and the dishes are thoughtful, well-executed, and never banal. The service is extremely attentive, with many unexpected touches and thoughtful gestures, completely unnecessary but extremely appreciated. We need more restaurants like this! We absolutely recommend trying the raw fish, the black truffle and shrimp risotto, and the strudel. The prices are very fair for the exceptional quality served. Thank you for everything; we hope to return soon or that a new restaurant opens near us!
