12/11/2024: We had a very pleasant lunch at this restaurant! Food was great and the elevated location allowed to catch some late october sun with a glimpse of Lago di Garda in the otherwise very narrow town of Malcesine. We will be back!

08/04/2025: I celebrated my graduation here and I had a really good time. The environment is unique and welcoming and the same goes for the staff. Not being from Verona, I can say that I felt like "at home": excellent, quality food. I can't wait to come back to try other dishes😄

13/04/2025: Discovered by chance when returning from Milan, it has now become a fixed destination during business trips. Picturesque place that links with the city of Soave. Rustic, genuine atmosphere. Clean. Friendliness and professionalism at the top. Fresh and tastefully prepared food. Intense flavors from appetizers to desserts. What can I say... too bad it's far from where I live. Keep it up. You are winners.

22/03/2025: Great discovery in the center of Soave. Perfect location and enchanting atmosphere. Fresh and excellent quality fish. Both for raw and cooked dishes. Staff available, prepared and that makes you feel at ease. Everything perfect.

Every bite was a true delight. The service was top-notch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. They knew exactly how to make our dining experience perfect. The restaurant's setting was breathtaking. Surrounded by the beautiful Italian countryside, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. It felt like eating in a piece of paradise. If you want an amazing authentic Italian meal in a beautiful setting, this agriturismo is the place to go. Highly recommended!

26/03/2025: An excellent location, from October to April from Thursday to Sunday it is possible to stay, the prices of the apartments are very in line, green building structure, good reception, you can always order for dinner and lunch, the way to get there is a bit on a narrow road, near the exit of the ring road that goes to Affi, this nn El video is a very nice Gelso apartment

13/04/2025: We didn't make a reservation and had to wait 20 minutes for a table, but it was worth it. There was a divine aroma of wine wafting through the room, so we decided to order the meat with amarone sauce (a typical Verona wine) and polenta. It was perfect! Well worth it! The owner said it was their "flagship" and it lived up to its title. The dessert we ordered, named after the owner, Elena, was also very good. Plus, we were served in English, which was great. One detail is that there is no toilet in the bathroom, just a Turkish septic tank. I think this is incompatible with a restaurant like this. I recommend not using the bathroom.

25/03/2025: The food was amazing, the staff very very kind and prepared, the atmosphere sophisticated. Peculiar the box with cards showing many many kinds of cheese to choose from. A lovely experience.

01/03/2025: Wonderful! A place to experience the typical Italian experience. They didn't speak English, so communication was done in Portuguese and mime, which worked out really well. The waitress reads the menu at the table, and she's very friendly, by the way. The atmosphere is very family-friendly, with great prices. We had such a delicious gnocchi that my mother wanted to have it again. It's worth it.

22/03/2025: Incredible experience at Trattoria al Pompiere! We arrived without a reservation, more lost than a gringo ordering paella in Norway, and they greeted us with a giant smile. We wanted to try several dishes, and without even asking, they divided them into two separate plates. What a thoughtful touch. They seemed to know us and knew that if we tried to share just one dish, we'd end up shoveling forks. The food was very good. If you come to Verona and don't stop here, you're missing out... The waitress was very, very friendly.
