05/04/2026: Kindness, professionalism, and truly exquisite dishes: delicious lamb, delicious appetizer, and a chocolate meringue finish. Anyone who visits Val Ferret must eat here at least once.

30/03/2026: An intimate restaurant with meticulous attention to detail in a truly remarkable location. I would have liked to try more dishes, but the prices (though still reasonable for the location) didn't allow for it. The lard in the antipasto con moccetta was remarkable; it truly melted in the mouth. The pappardelle with wild boar ragù was very good, but would have looked better on a ceramic plate than in a pan, where it seemed sparse in quantity. The house mint-based digestif was excellent. There was nothing to complain about the quality of the service or the kindness of the waiters, absolutely worthy of the place.

07/03/2026: A must when you come to Champoluc!! The food, fresh and local, the service and the friendly atmosphere make it a fantastic restaurant. Try the foie gras, the steak with spec, the lard, the trout tartar, everything is delicious!!

20/03/2026: What can I say, an institution! If you're coming here thinking "I don't know what to eat," you've come to the wrong place. For 50 years, Marina has only been making polenta concia with stew and Valdostan soup with mixed grill, and there's no better place in the entire valley to eat soup! No frills, no frills, just authentic Valdostan food and excellent food! A must-visit if you're in the Ayas Valley.

25/04/2026: We stumbled upon this small and intimate restaurant almost by chance. The atmosphere is very clean, elegant, and well-kept. We ate a traditional appetizer, Tomino cheese, walnuts, radicchio subletot, asparagus with egg (fabulous), and homemade crepes. The food was simply delicious, but the even more beautiful element was the welcome. It's a family-run restaurant, but it pays attention to its customers, even if they're not regulars; it was our first time here. The chef, who asks how we like our dishes and makes sure everything is to our liking, is, I must say, an immense pleasure. The service is simple, attentive, and with a warm, discreet, friendly smile that makes you feel at home. Thank you so much for this wonderful welcome, which I recommend to anyone who enjoys simplicity but with attention to detail in the dishes and the unique balance of flavors. I didn't get to try the desserts; I was too full, but I would have eaten them all because they're my favorites (panna cotta, Catalan tart, and bonnet).

08/03/2026: Beautiful restaurant with quite high prices and medium quality food. We literally paid 18€ for a dish of 2 raw carrots with mustard, wow. This place is just about the fancy of it.

We ordered a menu that included a smash burger, a soft drink or water and coffee, and we were very satisfied. I was full but couldn't help but finish it. Highly recommended! The price was more than fair.

28/12/2025: We found this place by chance, and it was truly a wonderful discovery. The waiters were attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming and typical of the mountains. Everything was excellent, especially the gnocchi with fondue. The owner was super friendly!

03/03/2026: A truly charming place, perfectly in keeping with the surrounding atmosphere. We immediately felt welcomed by the super kind and attentive waitress, who recommended we start with the tasting menu (we chose the traditional one) and then add more if desired. It was the best choice: every dish, from first to last, was a wonderful discovery of authentic, well-presented local flavors. You can sense the care taken in the preparation and the attention to the quality of the ingredients. If you're passing through, a stop here for lunch is highly recommended!

23/03/2026: It's very rare for me to give a place 5 stars, but I have to say that based on my experience, this one deserves it. A modern and clean two-story venue located in a truly privileged urban setting: right in the historic center, yet tucked away in a small square hidden away from the tourist hubbub, with beautifully restored and well-maintained Roman ruins opposite. I've only been there a few times, I admit, but each time I've found the young staff to be very courteous. Food: Well, considering the menu, which is almost exclusively limited to burgers, I'd say excellent. Beer: This is their forte. Many excellent craft beers, with knowledgeable staff to explain and advise. Prices: Well, it's not cheap, but it's acceptable. Definitely worth returning to.
