16/01/2026: We had an exceptional time, a truly incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome from Roberta at the foot of the slopes before boarding the snow groomer! Andrea provided us with excellent advice throughout the evening, demonstrating both professionalism and passion. The dishes prepared by Federico were simply delicious, far exceeding our expectations. The entire team went out of their way to ensure we had the best possible experience. A huge thank you to the whole team; we will definitely be back in a few weeks!

15/01/2026: I'm only reviewing the place and the restaurant; I didn't stay at the hotel, but I've got a good idea. I went there twice in three days for lunch during the Christmas holidays. The hotel-restaurant is located in Vetan, a small but beautiful mountain town in the Aosta Valley. It's little-known, but it boasts a couple of unique qualities: southern exposure (sun and warmth all day, even in the freezing winter months), tranquility and distance from the chaos of mass tourism, and a breathtaking view (I've attached a photo taken from the restaurant's balcony). Why did I return to this place for lunch after two days? Simple: I can't remember anywhere in recent years having been to such a nice place where you eat well, are treated kindly, and children are taken care of, and you're paid fairly, without trying to make up for it with other items. Excellent, plentiful, typical local dishes at a fair price, a children's menu with first and second courses for €6 (!!), and they don't charge for cover charge or water (microfiltered mountain water)! Below the hotel is a beautiful, snowy and sunny valley where guests and their children can use bobsleighs and rafts free of charge (though adults have a blast!) for safe, fun rides! They've stopped paying for online advertising, and they've left Booking to avoid paying exorbitant commissions. They're focusing entirely on customer satisfaction and word of mouth. The result: happier guests and a full house! Keep up the good work!

30/12/2025: A traditional stone and wood restaurant overlooking the valley. We dined there during the Christmas holidays; the snow-covered landscape is like a fairytale. Excellent food, a very welcoming location. Impeccable yet no-frills service, typical of mountain restaurants. Excellent value.

14/01/2026: This hotel in a historic villa is truly delightful. The rooms are furnished with a romantic touch, and the amenities are certainly worthy of a four-star hotel. I noticed great attention to cleanliness in the rooms and common areas: the room and bathroom are cleaned daily, and the stairs are cleaned continuously. The spa is small but well-maintained, pleasant, and welcoming. The shuttle service is excellent, a must-have for skiers. The breakfast is superb: quality, variety, and local products. The hotel restaurant, also open to non-residents, is very elegant, with silver cutlery and mirrored placemats, and excellent and well-presented food. Finally, the staff is very friendly and kind. Overall, I would definitely return.

17/09/2025: Four nights with my family, spent admiring the view from the excellent breakfast, continuing upon our return in the late afternoon to relax in the spotless and welcoming room overlooking the meticulously maintained garden. We finished with dinners at the hotel restaurant, sampling traditional and non-traditional dishes that left us speechless and with a smile on our faces. In short, we thoroughly enjoyed four days with the very friendly, helpful, and professional staff and management, and the cuisine was top-notch. Definitely a place to stay in the upper Aosta Valley, highly recommended and definitely worth returning to.

11/01/2026: Fantastic place, excellent food! Excellent first and second courses, but especially the meats. The venison was sublime, then the bison...reindeer... We ordered a second course. Even though the portions were already generous, it was worth it. Chef Gianni (take a moment to say hello) is truly amazing! Must try.

09/01/2026: We went for lunch on December 30th, without a reservation. It's our second time here and we're always happy. The ground-floor dining room is very nice. The food was good quality and excellent value, especially considering the area. The food was good, especially considering the presentation. The free meatball tasting before lunch and the mandarin parfait were appreciated. We tried the mocceta and tartare appetizers (excellent). The gnocchetti, ravioli, and taglierini were all very good. The wine was also good. Compliments, recommended, we'll be back.
