Luckily, they have many workers and spa customers, even if the atmosphere is very different from the luxury of the spa. Congratulations for the opening hours, from 6am to 3am. The coffee and frozen brioche are 2.50 euros. The price and quality are average. They had a small amusement park for children outside the place, but it has been demolished. It was a great idea.

15/08/2026: Unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences we've ever had at a restaurant. I'd already seen that the place had fairly negative reviews, with a rating around 4, but I still wanted to give it a try, because I often think some reviews are unfair and don't take into account the work of those behind a business. After our experience, however, I have to say that unfortunately, many of those reviews were confirmed: several actually spoke of rudeness and derogatory behavior toward customers. A necessary clarification: the staff serving tables were extremely kind, polite, and helpful. Throughout the evening, you could even sense their embarrassment and almost a fear of making a mistake in front of the owners. I truly applaud them: they proved professional despite the situation. The problem was the owners themselves. When ordering, I politely asked for a small substitution in a mixed appetizer and was told, in a rather pedantic tone, that it wasn't possible because the dishes were pre-ordered. No problem, we accepted. Next, I order a Valdostana, precisely because I wanted to try a typical dish from the Aosta Valley. Instead, a Milanese dish arrives, also on the menu. I ask the waitress with a smile if it's a Valdostana, because I didn't think so. She, very kind, explains that it's a Milanese, and after I tell her I'd ordered a Valdostana, she immediately takes my plate to ask for an exchange. And that's where the problem begins. The owner arrives and, in an aggressive tone, says: "Excuse me, but you said a Milanese!" I calmly reply: "No, look, I've been dreaming of a VALDOSTANA all morning." And she asks: "DO YOU KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A MILANESE AND A VALDOSTANA OR NOT?" I'm speechless. Meanwhile, the owner's jokes and comments are constantly coming from the kitchen, with an attitude that almost seems to be trying to provoke an argument. To avoid any argument, I say to the owner, "Ma'am, leave it alone. Don't bring it to me again. It's fine this way." She insists, "No, no, I'll make it for you now." The situation becomes so absurd that other diners at the table chime in, saying, "He said it's fine this way, he doesn't want it anymore." Other jokes and comments follow in front of the entire room, including the owner's statement: "Thank goodness August is over." Finally, we pay the bill. My brother, without arguing, simply says, "Thank you, goodbye." The owner replies, "I hope never again." And, incredibly, he follows us out of the restaurant, continuing to rant. My sister-in-law, exasperated, says we'd left a bad review. The owner then starts yelling, accusing us of "threatening" her, evidently referring to the review, and continues to say that there are cameras. None of us insulted, threatened, or assaulted anyone. We simply reported a wrong dish and tried to avoid an argument. An error in the order can happen and is easily resolved with a "sorry, we'll fix it right away." What's unacceptable is turning it into verbal aggression toward a customer. I especially feel sorry for the kind and competent staff who work there, who seemed genuinely afraid of making a mistake. I came despite the negative reviews precisely to give the place a chance. Unfortunately, in the end, I have to say that our experience confirmed many of the criticisms already expressed. For us: an experience not to be repeated. Never again.

03/05/2026: A very charming hotel on the pedestrian street. The rooms are well-kept and well-appointed with tasteful antique furniture. Reading the other reviews, I suspect we've stayed in different places: my husband and I were treated very well, both in the hotel and in the restaurant. It was very charming and pleasant to watch the meat being cooked in the fireplace in a warm and welcoming setting. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of sweet and savory local options (cheeses and cured meats).

11/03/2026: Had a light dinner. Not welcoming Staff. Overpriced average food. Michelin reccomendation, i guess it was Better quality years ago,but not these days for sure. This charming Town has better options to eat..with and without michelin recomendation.
