Non poteva mancare di far più visite al nostro punto di riferimento ❤️
Come sempre siamo stati accolti da Nadia con affetto e professionalità ma soprattutto abbiamo potuto gustare piatti della tradizione valdostana e non solo veramente ottimi ben presenti e abbondanti preparati da Chiara
Eccezionale è stato il pranzo con i mie nipotini che hanno veramente apprezzato
Un grazie di cuore e al più presto possibile 💖👏👏👏💖

22/08/2023: We're not there at all, it seems like every time you come back it's the first they see you, little friendliness, little attention to the customer.
Sometimes you wait at the counter behind it to finish the chat with your friend from the village who comes by to drink coffee, basically they are only friendly with those they know.
I saw scenes like waiters who didn't remember their commands and barmaids who shouted and asked whose order it was.
It wouldn't take much for a better service, but being a tourist perhaps they don't give a damn

17/03/2024: Cambio di gestione infelice. Siamo ritornati dopo il periodo di chiusura per il cambio di gestione e si è trattato di una spiacevole sorpresa. Nonostante la lavagna riportasse, per un pranzo veloce, la possibilità di taglieri, panini, toast, piadine, niente di tutto questo. Alla nostra richiesta ci è stato risposto che avremmo potuto avere toast/panino prosciutto formaggio. Non certo XL, anzi. Ci siamo accontentati ma a veramente caro prezzo. Quindi rapporto tra ciò che abbiamo consumato e prezzo pessimo. Rimpiango il precedente gestore.

20/01/2024: I gestori del locale si occupano anche (almeno in teoria) di battere e mantenere la pista di fondo. Oggi la pista era in condizioni indecorose: a tratti completamente disfatta (a malapena si intravedeva il solco per il fondo alternato), sulla maggior parte del tracciato ricoperta da ciottoli di neve giacchiata e non schiacciata, piena di crepe. Non hanno neanche battuto la variante sulla pista del rientro. Al ritorno sono ripassato dal locale per far notare la cosa, perché mi sono sentito veramente preso in giro. La signora che lo gestisce mi ha letteralmente riso in faccia, poi davanti alla mia insistenza mi ha sbattuto fuori dal locale.
Consiglio alla gentilissima operatrice turistica un atteggiamento diverso. Forse ha bisogno di prendere qualche lezione sulla ricezione turistica dagli impeccabili altoatesini. Davvero un peccato.
