26/12/2025: Good bread considering you're in the north (sorry, but southern bakeries are the real masters). I had the Colomba last Easter and I think it was the best I've ever eaten in my entire life; it was truly spectacular. So I decided to get the panettone for Christmas with high hopes, but I must say, sadly, it's not quite there. I've had better low-cost ones from the supermarket. It was well-leavened but decidedly dry, and there weren't many candied fruit/raisins. It just lacked that classic panettone aroma that I can't even begin to explain. Truly disappointed.

27/04/2026: We clearly stated from the very beginning that we do not eat pork and explicitly asked for our meals to be prepared without it. The waitress acknowledged this without any hesitation. Yet somehow, we were still served food containing pork. This is not a MINOR mistake, this is a complete disregard for a clearly communicated dietary restriction. It shows either a serious lack of attention or a failure in basic communication within your staff. We have traveled across many countries and never experienced something like this. This is the first time our request has been ignored so blatantly. Is understanding a simple request in English really that difficult, or is customer care just not taken seriously here? We expect Roadhouse to review this incident seriously and take proper measures to ensure this does not happen again to anyone else.
