27/04/2025: Tutte le volte che io e la mia famiglia torniamo a Spoleto andiamo a mangiare in questo locale delizioso, immerso nel verde. Gli antipasti sono strepitosi, le pizze fantastiche...ieri abbiamo scelto una "Paolo e Francesca", una "Ciaccio", una "Alì" e una "Maometto"...erano tutte buonissime. Personale gentile e veloce; nonostante il locale pienissimo (era sabato) siamo stati serviti con grandissima cortesia in pochissimo minuti.

02/04/2025: Ogni volta, non una esclusa, ogni volta che torno alla Ginestra e sono uno da almeno 2-3 volte al mese, rimango "inebetito" dalla bontà della loro pizza. Vengo proiettato, come in un viaggio nel tempo, alle pizze di una volta, di quando ero bambino, quando non esistevano "gommoni", "contemporanee", gourmet. È come piace a me e si sa che la pizza è un gusto totalmente soggettivo: fina, carica di condimento, croccante ai bordi rigorosamente bassissimi. Ne puoi mangiare, se non prendi antipasti, anche due e comunque non ti rimarrà sullo stomaco la notte. Il "mestiere", qui alla Ginestra, lo conoscono mooooolto bene e lo praticano con professionalità e passione. Provate un sabato, uno qualunque: il locale esplode di gente e questo è il segno tangibile di quanto è buona ed apprezzata la loro pizza. Un locale semplice, senza arzigogoli arfhitettonici, ma con un tesoro di bontà al suo intento.

11/05/2025: Mi sono recato in questo locale assieme alla mia fidanzata durante il nostro soggiorno a Bevagna. Il ristorante sorge nel centro del paese e offre, oltre ai tavoli al chiuso, anche dei tavoli nel fantastico giardino interno. Consiglio a tutti di iniziare con un ottimo Antipasto Il Grottino, ricco di salumi, formaggi e crostini vari. Tra i primi imperdibile gli ottimi Ravioli con arancia e pistacchi o in alternativa gli eccezionali Strangozzi Funghi e Salsiccia. Tra i secondi davvero molto buono e tenero il Filetto di Maiale alle Noci. Innaffiate il tutto con un' ottima bottiglia di Rosso di Montefalco e passerete senza dubbio una fantastica serata. Prezzi medi e qualita' della cucina eccellente: assolutamente consigliato !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

03/05/2025: Sono stato qua con moglie e figlia, visitando Bevagna.Abbiamo preso Una tagliatella al ragu, uno strangozzo ai funghi e salsiccia ed una tagliatella con asparagi e carciofi. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti di tutti e tre i piatti, di ottima qualita’ e di giusta quantita’. Prezzo giusto per quello che abbiamo mangiato. Molto consigliato.

25/04/2025: Dinner for 5 with 2 mixed platters as a starter, delicious cold cuts, the raw ham deserves particular praise, tasty, hot and crunchy focaccias and tasty and soft omelettes. A grilled beef steak, so tender and tasty that it didn't need seasoning, with a side of really good fried potatoes (large and in their skins) that didn't even seem frozen. A flaky and crunchy pizza, 3 portions of wild boar hunter so good that today I want to eat it again! Tender, citrusy at the right point and not at all difficult to digest (even for those like me who have some reflux problems) with a side of wild chicory seasoned perfectly!!! Water, a quarter of wine and coffee and all served by the kind and smiling waitress Irina. Once at the checkout, a more than honest bill of 23 euros per person puts the icing on the cake!! I would say more than recommended!!!

20/04/2025: I had the pleasure of having an aperitif in your bar and what can I say... I've never had a better aperitif than this! Space food, especially the tomato meatballs, not to mention the cold cuts; equally welcoming staff, the girls are fantastic, they welcomed us with open arms, I really felt at home. Fantastic value for money, I will definitely return. Super recommended

13/05/2025: A magical, clean and lively place! Sara and Stefano always welcome you with a smile, all the staff is alert and attentive to the needs of the customer. The food is excellent, the pizza highly digestible, the desserts delicious, then there is the beer, the spring water, the fireplace.. the fireplace!! What more could you want?! There is a wonderful energy in the air that invites you to come back and come back again!! ♥️

30/03/2025: Siamo stati per 2 sabati consecutivi, ambiente ampio , pieno di gente ma mai confusionario, pizza 🍕 buona , veloci e simpatici

25/05/2025: We accepted the invitation of the staff, convincing (they know how to deal with tourists) but polite and never excessive. Good menu also with pizzas. The place inside is not very large, the space is used well, but the tables are very close to each other. Outside there are many tables on the pleasant Piazza della Repubblica. Dynamic and friendly staff. We had a good time, the meatballs were good, we had an adequate lunch, prices in line (see menu).

05/03/2025: Finally a restaurant where you eat like you used to, real dishes full of food and not sculptures of all colours. Dishes with truffles are eaten cooked and presented "as they once were"

23/01/2025: Ieri sera volevamo mangiare del Tartufo e abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante. L’ambiente è elegante nel senso più alto, stile anni Venti non invasivo e perfettamente conservato. Abbiamo mangiato degli strangozzi fatti in casa con tartufo di stagione… una vera esperienza. Anche gli antipasti erano ottimi. Vino in abbinamento perfetto. Come dolce abbiamo scelto una crescionda spoletina che generalmente non amo molto perchè troppo bagnata o dolce e che invece in questo caso era buonissima ! Servizio discreto e competente. Grazie davvero.

24/04/2025: Ogni volta che vengo è sempre una certezza, ottimo cibo , personale gentilissimo, locale tipico Eugubino con cucina casalinga e di qualità, tutto fatto a mano, con ricette della tradizione, consiglio vivamente!!!!

02/01/2025: Bel locale, tranquillo. Estrema cordialità del cameriere e ottimo servizio. Ho preso una buona pasta e fagioli e una grigliata mista. Molto buono anche il friccó di pollo. Pane e olio squisiti. Rapporto qualità/prezzo top!

30/11/2024: Sono stata a cena con colleghi in questo posto. Il cibo può dirsi nella media non c’è stato nulla che abbia esaltato il gusto di nessuno di noi. Al di là degli antipasti che sono tipici ma non unici fette di prosciutto crudo locale, uova strapazzate con tartufo (?) e paté di fegatini, il secondo che è stato spacciato come un filetto alla brace era veramente duro quasi da non riuscire a tagliarlo con il coltello da bistecca. Ma la cosa più deludente è stata che una cena in cui abbiamo mangiato sostanzialmente un antipasto e un secondo con quattro bottiglie di vino in 12 persone è costata 55 € a testa. Ritengo il prezzo veramente eccessivo per la qualità del cibo che è stato proposto.
