We chose this hotel for its convenient location for accessing the city center. We left our car in the Spoleto Sfera parking lot, taking advantage of a discount coupon given to us at check-in. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a very large, clean shower and a beauty kit. The breakfast, with excellent sweet and savory options, was worthy of a 4-star hotel. We were accompanied by our dog, but they still gave us a nice room, which unfortunately isn't always a given... We'll definitely be back.

A short escape from the city, a great location, great hospitality, and a spacious, but above all, very clean room. We dined in the hotel restaurant, which served simple but beautifully prepared traditional local dishes, served by discreet and professional staff. The breakfast deserves special mention for its variety, fresh products, generous portions, and attention to dietary needs (including celiac disease). I highly recommend it.

A pleasantly and carefully traditional hotel in a strategic location, close to parking and the city center, with very attentive service. A special mention goes to the breakfast: it offers the full selection you'd normally find in this type of hotel, but the quality is truly excellent! The cleanliness and fragrance of the rooms are appreciated, as is the opportunity to spend some time in the lobby among the many lounges, enjoying an aperitif or an after-dinner drink with friends. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Spoleto, a short walk from the historic center and its most famous monuments. It has limited outdoor parking, so reservations are recommended. The rooms are spacious and functional, ranging in price. There's also a good restaurant serving traditional dishes. The hotel is quiet, with a glass-enclosed dining room offering a beautiful view. Breakfast is good. It's an ideal place to relax. I personally love Umbria and its towns. I've also stayed at this hotel during the post-COVID period. They're always organized, and the staff is friendly.

Everything was very pleasant, except for the unprofessional and somewhat arrogant response of the lady at reception after a polite observation I made, a sour note at the end of my stay... what a shame.
