30/07/2024: Fantastic location close to Città di Castello in the high Tiber Valley region of Umbria. A luxurious XVIII century Villa hotel with a brand new swimming pool and outdoor restaurant with amazing food. Try the homemade fresh pasta and their own Grechetto wine. Ps. They have the own church so it’s a perfect place for weddings. Highly recommended!

26/07/2024: Historic location, renovated, surrounded by greenery with swimming pool. Excellent dinner and breakfast. The layout of the rooms and the mattresses which are now too dated certainly need to be reviewed. I stayed in this villa during a motorcycle tour.

13/08/2024: Dinner with friends, little choice of snail dishes despite the name of the restaurant, the service was inefficient and chaotic. The rooms, although dated, show a lot of potential but there is much to improve. Prices high compared to the general context.

25/08/2024: We sat as a couple and a 9-year-old girl, we ordered 2 pizzas, a salad, a half liter of wine, a bottle of drink and dessert and it only cost 50 euros. The atmosphere is family and the food is delicious, the waitress was really nice and changed a dish for us because we got confused, even though it's not customary. Highly recommended

10/08/2024: Hotel without air conditioning, superior type rooms.....very hot equipped (not all) with a small fan. Not recommended in hot periods!!!!

07/08/2024: So, I give this rating 4/5 because despite the comfort, the location etc. I find the ad a little misleading given the photos that the hotel offers. We expect a small, intimate, cute hotel and in fact not at all! It's a HUGE hotel with around 160 rooms, with different aisles, different buildings, endless corridors, elevators that go to certain floors but then you have to take something else to go to another wing of the hotel etc. I've never seen such a big hotel, especially in such a sparsely populated area, with such complexity to find your way around haha ​​(really a very strange layout lol). Finding your room is quite a challenge! It really feels a bit like a factory hotel. We took 2 standard triple rooms (for the family) and we weren't even together or close, we were on different floors, in different wings of the hotel, not very convenient. They were also not as modern as the photos showed, so a little disappointed nonetheless (there was no air conditioning either, but we were already aware of that from the various comments). Apart from that, the bedding is comfortable, clean and it was quiet. The location is nice, especially near the hotel entrance, with the basilica right next to it as well as very cute alleys. The breakfast is also very nice, in a large room (like the hotel haha).

14/08/2024: The menu is listed by the owner depending on the availability of the dishes. The bill is an unknown!!! Like the seats... You have to book in advance otherwise you'll send customers away without any problems. Very theatrical bohemian mixed place.

03/06/2024: Accoglienza gentile e puntuale, stanza molto bella con tutte le comodità, ampio bagno con doccia e vasca separata. Pulizia accurata, colazione completa dolce/salato. Situato nel centro storico. Peccato non esserci fermati a cena, sarà per la prossima volta.

23/07/2024: Today for the first TIME, influenced by the various POSITIVE reviews, I went to eat at this place. It was a disappointment, they didn't have some dishes available on the menu. Furthermore, my daughter had requested vitello tonnato and the waitress told us that they no longer had any. After an hour, as I approached the cashier to pay the bill, I saw that they actually had three dishes, of what I requested and which my daughter was instead denied, ready for customers who arrived after us. This is not a correct way to behave towards customers. I will never go again.

15/07/2024: Ottimo posticino, ho pranzato con mia sorella che è intollerante al glutine ed è stata molto contenta di aver potuto ordinare un ottimo antipasto, primo e persino pane senza glutine! Personale gentile e accogliente, consigliato!

17/12/2023: Ancient environment and traditional cuisine in the Perugian countryside, among collections of ancient and traditional objects, barrels, and very suggestive interiors. If the quality of the food is unquestionable, eating in front of a lit fireplace among objects from other eras is priceless. Absolutely worth trying to appreciate the best of local cuisine.

25/06/2024: I found the meat not exactly of the highest quality. For the rest very kind waiters, of course if you offer the bitters it should be offered to everyone regardless of whether I have taken the wine and you assume that I will also take the bitters for a fee 😅 (which obviously I took) but I didn't see it a very correct thing, I would have taken my amaro anyway and would have appreciated the gesture! At the end of the dinner they brought the bottles offered by them to the other tables!

29/06/2024: I really like their pizza! Dough and seasonings. Especially the caprese because they make it just the way I like it. Red base, mayonnaise and sliced ​​tomato. It's unlikely that they do it like this elsewhere. Unfortunately this evening I won't leave 5 * because we ordered 3 takeaway pizzas, and when taking them to the car a mixture of oil/water began to fall from the boxes; I also got my clothes and shoes dirty. In fact, when we got home the pizzas were too wet! Maybe pay more attention and remove the ingredients WELL first, to avoid eating baby food!
