12/01/2026: We ate in the Ristorante with our HD chapter . So it was a fixed menu , the food was delicious, and the waitress was also beautiful . The restaurant is located in an old farm Umbtian farm house and the atmosphere of the place is absolutely fascinating. We enjoyed our visit and will return to the restaurant to sample more of their cuisine.

29/01/2026: Discovered too late, a very characteristic place that lives up to its name. We went in the winter, but they also have outdoor seating, so it'll certainly be pleasant in the summer too.
I was very satisfied and surprised. It's a shame I didn't discover it sooner. I recommend it to everyone.
07/11/2025: This is a really cute place, and it's sure to be very popular in the summer for its outdoor space and high-altitude location. The climb up is a bit difficult, but a very kind host welcomed us warmly and served us authentic produce and delicious sandwiches, along with a wide selection of draft beers.

26/10/2025: Quiet and private location, rustic but welcoming structure, ideal for a relaxing weekend. The room is very welcoming, the staff are friendly and ready to help you make the most of your stay. From this location, you can easily reach interesting destinations such as Bevagna and Montefalco. The only downside is the shower, which is a bit small and noisy due to a small leak!

10/02/2026: A very quiet and welcoming place, the dinner was exquisite, with four courses plus dessert. We were first served potato balls with salmon, then a veal tonè, followed by a carbonada with long pasta and truffle, and finally a meat cooked for seven hours. Everything was very good. The dessert also surprised us: delicate puff pastry with soup, also delicious.
The service was excellent, very friendly and fast.
17/01/2026: For my birthday, I chose Antica Trattoria San Lorenzo, and it was the perfect choice. The elegant yet welcoming atmosphere and attentive service made the evening special.
The two pasta dishes we tried were simply excellent: impeccably cooked, with distinct and balanced flavors, so good they didn't even leave room for a photo. The fish appetizer was refined and complex: delicately seared fillets on a bed of vegetables, with a perfect balance of flavor and presentation, a sign of great technique and attention to detail.
We paired the dishes with St. Michael Eppan Pinot Bianco, a white wine that's not easy to find, served with care and in perfect harmony with the fish dishes.
The raspberry dessert concluded the dinner with lightness and finesse: fresh, delicate, and delightful.
An evening where cuisine, service, and atmosphere blended perfectly. An experience to be enjoyed for a special occasion!

07/10/2025: We want to thank Beatrice from the bottom of our hearts for welcoming us immediately with such professionalism and passion. From the very first moment, she was able to guide us and instill a sense of calm and security, which is not a given! We knew that with her and her staff, on the most beautiful day of our lives, we wouldn't have to worry about a thing. Everything was perfect, exceeding all expectations, from the abundant and delicious food to the decor and organization! Everyone complimented us! The location is also beautiful and well-kept: the staircase, which I immediately fell in love with, the view that becomes magical at sunset, the very characteristic old tower that we wanted as a backdrop for the cake cutting, and the small village in front...wow!! We couldn't have made a better choice!!
I hope there will be other opportunities to return soon, perhaps at someone else's wedding 😜

Charging 40 cents for a short glass of water (Shortino) for a coffee is unacceptable. A coffee and a drop of water total €1.70 at the counter, definitely excessive.

30/12/2025: Extremely bad experience at the restaurant... Christmas placemats that weren't even available at McDonald's. The wine list was practically nonexistent; after ordering wine twice and it wasn't available, we had them choose. The steak was unspeakable (it smelled like it was freezer-fed and, despite being cooked, it kept leaking—a positive note, we weren't charged for it). Otherwise, it was acceptable, but clearly, I'm not a professional.
16/12/2025: A well-kept and welcoming hotel, with warm and comfortable rooms. The bed was very comfortable and made the stay pleasant.
Breakfast was one of the highlights: very good and carefully prepared by the housekeeper, although I would have liked a wider variety of fruit.
Dinner was good, but in my opinion the price was a bit too high for what was offered. Overall, the hotel seems to be trying to be "daring" with its prices, despite remaining a simple establishment without any particularly luxurious amenities.
Unfortunately, I was unable to use the spa due to a strong musty smell, an aspect that could definitely be improved.
Overall, a pleasant stay, but the value for money could be improved.
