24/08/2025: The absolute best: come here to enjoy delicious, expertly crafted traditional Sicilian sweets. The almond biscuits are exquisite. The arancini are delicious. Thank God for this little corner of Sicily in Foligno and for the talented people who prepare these delicacies. They use the highest quality ingredients and techniques that demonstrate their mastery. We'll keep coming back for more :)

05/01/2026: We booked this restaurant for a quick lunch and were particularly impressed by the fact that both a welcome entrée and a dessert were brought to our table, even though we'd only ordered two first courses (no appetizer, wine, dessert, or coffee). We thank the chef and staff for this unexpected treat. Good food, lovely place right in the center of Assisi.

28/02/2026: Recommended by the Aurora farmhouse, we dined at this restaurant and pizzeria. We ate like a restaurant, not pizza—everything was exceptional. We chose typical Umbrian dishes, generous portions, modest prices, attentive service, and the very kind owner even gave us two packs of traditional Umbrian bread. Thank you and congratulations.

16/09/2025: It's always nice to return to Castelluccio, especially if you eat at places like this. Everything was perfect. Exceptional dishes. We had various appetizers, and the choice was perfect. The first course was excellent. I recommend calling to eat.

20/02/2026: The first time I managed to eat the whole pizza... without any effort. Then that high crust, which had the pizza, was the best part I tasted. Really good... good 🍕👍🍕

15/02/2026: My husband, a football fan, made a reservation for Valentine's Day at this place. We'd never been there before, and when he called well in advance, they assured him they'd be showing the game. When we got there, we found all the televisions turned off, and you might think that given the evening and the atmosphere, it wouldn't be nice, but beyond a few small decorations here and there, there was no real atmosphere at all. The place is large, disorganized, and not very welcoming in my opinion. Neither the seafood entree nor the pizza were to our liking. We definitely won't be returning!

08/03/2026: A fantastic experience for Women's Day! My husband and daughter and I had lunch there, and the new management was a delightful surprise. We ate wonderfully: every course exuded the authentic flavors of Umbria. The new managers and waitresses were extremely friendly and attentive to our every need. Special praise to Massimo: watching him at work while cooking the meat was a true pleasure, a spectacle that previewed the deliciousness of the dish. A final touch of class? The owner gave each woman a yellow primrose: a truly sweet gift, unexpected and much appreciated. We'll definitely be back!

01/03/2026: We went for lunch and had a very pleasant and positive experience. The location is unique and surrounded by greenery. The dishes were authentic, with generous and delicious appetizers, well-prepared and flavorful first courses, and the cuts of meat were incredibly tender and perfectly cooked. The professional staff were very friendly and available to answer any questions. Definitely recommended and worth returning to.

02/12/2025: We had our wedding at this incredible venue over the weekend of October 16–18, and it was absolutely perfect! We had over 100 guests, and the space was ideal, spacious, elegant, and perfectly arranged for everyone. Initially, we were a bit worried about the weather, but everything turned out beautifully. Even when it got chilly in the evenings, the venue had a lovely indoor space for the party actually, two fantastic spaces, one for Friday night and another for Saturday. A huge thank you to Giorgia, our amazing wedding planner, and her brothers who manage the venue. Giorgia not only helped bring all my visions to life from making adjustments on a specific wedding cake flavor to finding the best vendors for every detail but she also kept me calm throughout the entire planning process, always there when I needed her and answering every question. On Friday evening, we had the pleasure of a special DJ set that had all our guests dancing all night long! The food was absolutely AMAZING 100 out of 10! The location was breathtaking, and even though we had events throughout the weekend, the venue provided a new space or area for each one. Our guests loved discovering a new part of the venue each time it made the weekend feel so special and dynamic. We couldn’t have asked for a better team or a more beautiful venue for our wedding weekend

21/10/2025: What a magical place. We were there for a wedding and the organization is just on point, professional yet somehow you almost feel like they are part of the family. All events were well orchestrated and the food was devine, something to please everyone. The Castello is beautiful with vines growing all over the walls, flowers and trees of all sorts naturally groomed, many different spaces and activities including pool table tennis and a pool. The only down side is the stink bugs, harmless but annoying but part of being in nature. HIGHLY recommend ❣️

29/08/2025: Excellent restaurant. Very good value for money. Regional cuisine at very reasonable prices. Simple and natural food. It's not a fast food restaurant. Hence, a bit of a wait. The place is pleasant. The staff is also pleasant. The "caccio e pepe" pasta is great, even if the quantity could have been a little larger. A place to remember 😊

14/12/2025: We went to this restaurant for dinner. I recommend making a reservation because it's small and doesn't have many tables. What can I say? The food was delicious! We ordered starters and then shared a tagliata. The pasta is homemade, as are the desserts! Delicious! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was very quick. The quality/price ratio was more than fair. Highly recommended!

The price is fair for the portions and quality. If I could make a comment, I would recommend, even though I know the work is hard, a few more smiles from the waiters. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

16/11/2025: The friendliness and kindness of the owners... the precision and punctuality of the service... the excellent, high-quality food... the more than reasonable price... for me, one of the best restaurants in Perugia and the surrounding area for enjoying Umbrian specialties... and more... not to mention the pizza. 08/02/2026: Seven of us went for lunch, and the outcome exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was comfortable and well-heated: we were offered welcome appetizers of a cheesecake and potato flans. The dishes (including desserts) were authentic and well-prepared. The final price was excellent (coffee and cover charge included). The owner was helpful and extremely kind.
