Delicious dishes, cooked with love and carefully presented, excellent service, and a stunning location with a breathtaking view of Lake Trasimeno. Congratulations to Massimo, the chef, Maurizio, Lorenzo, and Manuela, who, with their expertise, manage to bring the sea to Umbria!

28/08/2025: My goodness, I enjoyed this place. I'm from the south, it reminds me a lot of my grandmother, who unfortunately is no longer with us. I moved to Tervenano 4 months ago and once a week I eat hamburgers here, they are top-notch, they seem to be in LA (in America).

22/08/2025: Colfiorito as a whole is a place with a lot of potential, but a regrettable air of neglect: I'm not referring to the earthquake damage, of course, but to the widespread disorder and general neglect. It's a real shame, given that there are so many beautiful things to offer. The owners of this hotel are truly very, very kind and helpful, but the place shows several signs of neglect (the scraggly garden, the broken walls, the peeling window frames, bird poop accumulating on the terrace railing...). The cleanliness of the common areas and the room could be improved. Breakfast is a sort of buffet, but the waitress also brings you other items upon request, although the quality and freshness could be improved. I love cats, but anyone who was bothered by them would be very embarrassed, given that they roam everywhere. The hotel has ample parking, tennis courts, and a large, but still untidy-looking, swimming pool. Overall, we had a good time, but we often had to turn a blind eye. I'm very sorry to point out these shortcomings, because the owner is a truly wonderful person, but it's only right that travelers have a clear idea of ​​where they're spending their money. The dinner, however, was truly excellent.

26/07/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A truly pleasant experience! I've been to this restaurant and I must say it was a wonderful discovery. The food was delicious, with exquisite flavors and quality ingredients. The plating was also impeccable; every dish was a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. The setting is spacious, quiet, and well-maintained, with soothing background music and a quiet atmosphere that allows you to fully enjoy the meal. The service was excellent, attentive, and fast, thanks in part to the fact that there weren't many people in the dining room. All in all, an experience I highly recommend!

01/05/2025: Old style room that has seen better times. Dishes that are not very original but overall correct. The wine list is limited and banal, which is a very unpleasant fact, as the structure focuses (unfortunately only in words) a lot on wines, creating high expectations among customers which are decidedly disappointed. I underline that the property has a well-stocked shop/wine shop within walking distance, and therefore it is not clear why they did not choose to improve the restaurant's wine list.

24/08/2025: The absolute best: come here to enjoy delicious, expertly crafted traditional Sicilian sweets. The almond biscuits are exquisite. The arancini are delicious. Thank God for this little corner of Sicily in Foligno and for the talented people who prepare these delicacies. They use the highest quality ingredients and techniques that demonstrate their mastery. We'll keep coming back for more :)

09/09/2025: We discovered this pizzeria/restaurant by chance, and now we go there often. The food is very good, the prices are competitive, and the owners are really nice people. Highly recommended! The pizzas are superb!

21/08/2025: Every year we visit Monte Cucco, Plan delle Macinare. Beyond the hiking, there's a passion for good food, we go to the Rifugio Mainardi. The food is so good, you savor every dish they bring to the table. Enjoy a walk and a meal ☺️.

19/08/2025: We were there on August 15th, so it was a bit chaotic, and for my taste, being in the mountains, there were too many people. We'll definitely be back when it's quieter. Very good food, friendly staff... maybe the prices are a little above average... but it's manageable. Try it if you want to spend a day in touch with nature 😉

02/08/2025: Came to Italy to try real Italian pizza, it was 4th one and finally I can say that I've done jt. Very delicious, one of the best I have ever eaten with perfectly roasted dough Even though the staff did speak english just a bit, they were very friendly and willing to help

07/09/2025: I went to Capricorno on the recommendation of friends, and never was advice so welcome. Besides an excellent appetizer with local cured meats and cheeses and mixed bruschetta (the chickpea one was especially good. The best). I ate grilled lamb with truffles. Peace of mind. The price... Far too fair for the quality and variety of products. If you're in the area... Book a table. It's definitely worth it.

08/10/2025: Personally, I don't understand the negative reviews: I had a truffle pizza: Excellent. I can't remember a better one. My neighbors were also very happy with their pizzas. We got a seat right away in October. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating. The prices were very reasonable. Besides, the restaurant's lovely ambiance. I don't know if it's different in high season, but I can't imagine it being different in every respect.

16/08/2025: A small but quaint place, with a few tables both indoors and outdoors. We ordered an appetizer to share and three first courses: the quality of the dishes was good, but the taste was unimpressive. Unfortunately, the kitchen was poorly organized: despite arriving and ordering before other tables, our dishes arrived very late. Furthermore, my wife was served first, leaving our daughter without a plate and forcing her to wait even longer. The price was fair (€55 for three, including an appetizer and two bottles of water), but the service could be improved.

07/06/2025: Se con 35€ mangio una ottima pasta, un secondo di carne molto gustoso a cui ci aggiungo vino rosso di buona qualità e cordialità del personale, per me merita ! Poi vedete voi….
