The sushis were delicious with an Umbrian twist. The service was exceptional. Being from California and spoiled with fine sushi dining of course I didn't expect much. However, surprisingly the food was good. It is a bit different than your traditional sushi but good. The girl (I should have asked her name) was really nice and polite. She was genuinely concerned about the customer satisfaction. My five star is mostly for her. She was amazing. I actually liked the sushis too. I will definitely return.

Happened to have chosen this restaurant by chance attracted by the place...characteristic! We sit down and are initially followed by a girl who had a "great desire to work" and explain the dishes that were served and/or about which information was requested. Beyond this, I would say gourmet menu with products that are basically all from the area. Varied wine list. The restaurant is connected to the very nice hotel. Medium-high price range, I didn't eat badly but some combinations were a little out of place. Top dessert not on the menu. I recommend it but I won't go back

We were here for lunch on Sunday and it was a wonderful experience, full of taste, courtesy, smiles and hospitality. The courses were all of the highest level, not to mention the welcome appetizer between a pumpkin delicacy and the exceptional sangria. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS WONDERFUL PLACE TO EVERYONE.. One of the best places I've been to. Stunning dishes, delicious (not to say perfect), normal prices, a well-made place and the best thing of all was the very kind staff, especially with our little girl. I will definitely return as soon as possible.

Consigliato da amici. Proviamo. Abbiamo scoperto un nuovo modo di gustare il sushi: petto d'oca affumicato, prosciutto d'anatra, mortadella di cinghiale, crema di porchetta. Tutti ingredienti umbri sapientemente accostati. Deliziosi. Unico difetto è che si vorrebbe assaggiarli tutti.
