18/05/2025: Wow, what a location, and the food is just exquisite! My friends and I came for dinner last night and we all had different dishes so naturally we tried each other's food! The cheese souffle was light and flavourful, the bruschetta with spicy cheese sauce and buffalo mozzarella was absolutely divine. The main course was even better, I could have had seconds of the wild boar ragu, and to eat in the Italian hillside while the sun was setting was just incredible. The service was amazing, the girls and Ely was so welcoming and pleasant. Best meal we have has since visiting Italy and I can't wait to come back! Thankyou so much Ely and the team for the highlight of our trip!

24/04/2025: Great place for english ex-pats who do not like living in Italy. Rude to all others. Food is over-priced and over-rated. Avoid.

23/12/2024: What a nice little bakery cafe. Stopping through Foligno on a Sunday you'd think the town had banned cafes (it said Domenica Chiuso on the door but it was open). Thankfully this place was open and we had a lovely cappuccino and a biscotto. Nice warm lighting, jazz, and friendly service. Will come back next time I stop in foligno

07/05/2025: Typical atmosphere fireplace always lit for the embers waitress available for a small off-menú...We took ragu, truffle and asparagus variation off-menú...truffle gramigna, a spectacular fillet with Sagrantino and a dessert of cream and strawberry pastry. Very honest prices, only the fillet was worth the whole bill... Go with the house wine, it's absolutely superlative, remember that we are in Montefalco, the really kind owner offered us coffee, a person of experience and professionalism like no other there is anymore. If I return to Montefalco I will stay there again. Thank you for this experience!!!!

06/05/2025: Typical Umbrian restaurant Good food, very good starters, even the lamb, according to my parents, was cooked very well and was cooked well... good quality for the price!! If you want to eat well without too many pretensions I highly recommend this place....

24/05/2025: Shocking experience, booked for 8:45pm. At 9:25pm the tables were still occupied and not even a reason to apologize for the delay. Found another place and said goodbye. Annoyed because we left. No problem, they'll never see me again. The pizzas are good, but if the service is like this it's better to move on.

08/06/2025: We chose this castle to celebrate my husband's birthday and the eve of our anniversary, and we couldn't have wished for a more magical experience. The Tower Suite is simply enchanting: every detail is elegantly designed, the cleanliness impeccable and the view dreamy. You can breathe in an atmosphere of times gone by, without sacrificing modern comfort. The staff was always attentive and professional, but a special thanks goes to Oscar, who accompanied us with discretion and courtesy during every lunch and dinner. His service was truly impeccable and made every moment even more special. The castle is immersed in nature: absolute peace, clean air and lots of greenery all around. It is the perfect place to unplug and regenerate. Of all the experiences we had, the best was undoubtedly archery. We had never tried it before, but thanks to the instructor Enrico, very good and passionate, a true passion was born that we will take with us even after the holiday. The food is excellent, with carefully prepared dishes and high-quality ingredients, but a special mention goes to the tiramisu: the best I have ever tasted! Everything from the welcome, to the cleanliness, to the facilities, to the beauty of the surroundings, contributed to making this an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back.

05/06/2025: Standard double room not up to the standard of the structure. Good services, very good international buffet breakfast, professional service but a bit cold. Isolated location surrounded by nature.

11/06/2025: Everything was excellent, the guys were great, obviously if you go during the peak season you might have to wait but... after all you are on holiday or on a relaxing day, don't stress them, they will bend over backwards to serve you, a little patience.... Anyway, EVERYTHING IS REALLY EXCELLENT, VERY GOOD
