03/06/2025: An isolated farmhouse in the mountains, in a very quiet area and with a wonderful view. The room was very welcoming and comfortable, with everything you need. The breakfast was divine, with nine types of homemade cakes and pies. It was wonderful and I would gladly return. I recommend it.

18/11/2024: The owner is lovely, genuine and kind. I respect that attending tables alone is challenging, but the service is severely affected. Quadrotti with chickpeas were AMAZING. The other soups also good, the pasta guanciale and fave was ok but honestly I expected more. I wish him the best, but it's hard to survive at this pace. Hopefully some young hands are going to give new energy to the experience of the current management.

30/03/2025: Beautiful historic hotel with room for improvement in service The Hotel Bramante impresses with its special atmosphere and friendly staff - a stylishly renovated monastery with a fantastic view and a quiet location below Todi. The rooms are charming and clean, and the free shuttle into town is a real plus. The service was less convincing for us in some areas. In the lobby we were not actively asked if we would like something to drink - there is a lack of attention here. Unfortunately, the breakfast was rather simple and not at the level that you would expect for this category. Even dinner in the in-house restaurant didn't satisfy us culinary-wise, which is why we spent the remaining evenings in Todi - there are many great alternatives there. Overall, a nice hotel with a lot of potential that would be even more convincing with a little more attention to detail in the service.

29/04/2025: Sono stata in questo bar per un aperitivo, nulla da dire al servizio, entrambi i ragazzi che ci hanno serviti molto educati e professionali. Da ridire un po’ sul resto…spritz senza infamia e senza lode, il prosecco servito in un bicchiere da vinello da bar di paese probabile aperto da un bel po’, insieme arriva un piattino di verdure cotte in qualsiasi modo, purtroppo, il mio compagno, non amante delle verdure non ha toccato praticamente nulla. L’idea è buona peccato però che i non amanti delle verdure stanno li a guardare e non è stato chiesto se gradissimo altro. La posizione è ottima ma per lo stesso prezzo (18€ per uno spirtz un prosecco e un piattino) si può trovare di meglio. Onestamente non so se ci ritornerei. Forse per la colazione, che ricordo essere buona, ma sicuramente non per l’aperitivo.

07/04/2025: Ringrazio vivamente il titolare ed il personale del locale intervenuti prontamente a soccorrere mia moglie che, inciampando sulla piazza, è caduta rovinosamente con frattura del polso dx. Il titolare ha provveduto gentilmente ad attivare l'ambulanza per il trasporto al P.S. Grazie

23/05/2025: Chance sometimes makes you discover little corners of paradise I was lulled and guided on a path of delights by background music from another era, a jazz that accompanied each course, going from one delicacy to another with raw materials of the highest quality prepared with wisdom and art with the presence and delicacy of a lady who made us feel at home as if we were part of the family. Absolutely to try and if possible repeat several times.

19/04/2025: Cena fantastica. Il ristorante è molto carino e i proprietari gentilissimi e simpatici. Ottimo il tagliere di formaggi con molta varietà. Prodotti freschi, molti di produzione famigliare. Il cuoco ci ha anche gentilmente dato molte informazioni sui tartufi locali, davvero utili per sapere quando tornare per trovarli di stagione. Tutto davvero buono e complimenti per la gestione e la qualità. Prezzo giusto. Torneremo!
