The property is beautiful and surrounded by nature, the exclusive-use spa is very comfortable, the staff delightful, courteous, and helpful, and the breakfast is plentiful, with homemade desserts, including gluten-free options. This is my second stay here and I'll definitely be back again!

After a long time, we finally managed to stay in this little gem, a farmhouse not far from the lake shores where relaxation is the name of the game. Our room, the Byron, was delightful (except for the disturbing drape over the bed, which we highly recommend removing :). Comfortable bed, beautiful sheets, gorgeous floors, and a surprise on the ceiling... A few details are showing signs of age, but nothing major. It was wonderful to be able to enjoy the small but pleasant spa in private, along with a beautiful little indoor pool with a waterfall and whirlpool. The other spaces are also truly beautiful, like the room with the fireplace lit in the evenings and the restaurant, which we highly recommend (succulent freshly baked bread, even gluten-free!!!). Excellent breakfast, meticulous service. The outdoor spaces are also beautiful, and will surely be at their best in spring. We would love to return.

We spent four fabulous days there. The staff were incredibly kind, the pool and spa were superb, and the room and restaurant exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be back; I highly recommend it. Claudio

ROOM AND SPA The room and bathroom were good. However, some "shortcomings" in the room and in the Privacy Spa were incredible: The room was missing a coat rack or at least a second chair/armchair! We didn't know where to hang our clothes. In the bathroom, we didn't know where to hang our towels! There were no towel hangers or hooks. The spa lacked a handrail to access the hot tub and the relaxation loungers. There was no visible clock. The option of private access for an hour to the sauna, emotional shower, and hot tub was excellent. Tea and herbal teas were available. Included. RESTAURANT We're exaggerating: We ordered stuffed cabbage, prawns, tagliatelle, veal fillet, and a selection of cheeses. With a local wine (Fiorfiore di Roccafiore), water, and a Caol Ila 12-Year-Old Whisky, €151.00 for two. A touch too high. If they point out a few "gaps," it'll be 5-star.

Excellent refreshments for travelers, a very welcoming spa and rooms. ...We had little time to explore the resort's potential. My only advice to the manager/owner is to put a little more effort into breakfast.

I stayed at this beautiful resort. It offers all the comforts for a truly relaxing stay. Clean and spacious rooms. Extremely friendly staff, always ready to accommodate all your needs. The restaurant offers excellent value for money. The outdoor spaces are surrounded by greenery. The location is excellent, offering great peace and relaxation. I highly recommend staying here.

My partner and I spent one night at the hotel, resting after a road trip through Tuscany. We loved it and would definitely return. The spa was fantastic, the room was very comfortable, and all the staff were incredibly friendly. They have free parking on-site and make delicious lattes. Highly recommended!

We stayed two nights in this wonderful place, taking advantage of the private spa and massages. It was truly a treat. It's a place where you can escape from reality for a few days, with a silence that takes you away from the daily grind of the city. Excellent restaurant, two delicious dinners, and truly unique dishes. The spotless spa overlooking the olive grove was truly relaxing. Highly recommended. Thank you for everything 🫶🏼

29/01/2026: A little place we chose "by chance," based on reviews online, and it didn't disappoint! A small, welcoming place, with attention to detail and quality music specially chosen by Crescenzo. What can I say: you truly feel at home! The dishes are explained in great detail, as are the drinks, all in a friendly, informal atmosphere. Alessandra's touch in the kitchen is truly outstanding... Everything was excellent, with authentic, local, yet refined ingredients. What can I say? We'll definitely be back! The idea of ​​leaving a little poem on each diner's seat is a lovely one. Inside, it offers limited seating, a simple yet welcoming atmosphere, and the owners clearly and truly embrace their work with passion and, above all, love. Floyd is one of those businesses that deserves recognition: for their commitment to selecting locally sourced, top-quality, and seasonal ingredients; for their desire to perpetuate such an authentic vision in an increasingly less tangible world; for the poetry they bring to the table and their culinary preparations; for the music they carefully select to accompany their dishes. Because it's not enough to nourish the body; we must also remember to care for our souls. Dinner at Floyd was surprising. A menu with just a few dishes, but extremely carefully crafted and of the highest quality, a comprehensive choice even for those who choose to be vegetarian or vegan. The key ingredients in the dishes are refined yet simple, some even harking back to a long-forgotten ancient cuisine. These dishes are rarely found in mainstream restaurants, yet they embody so much of the local area and healthy eating. A special mention goes to the chocolate cake, which reminded me of the one my mom used to make, and which made me feel even more pampered and at home.
