A wonderful experience. I came here with my wife as a wedding gift from some friends. I had a wonderful time, and the service was impeccable. The private spa is a gem, and the indoor and outdoor pools are the icing on the cake. The dinner was very good, especially the meat (one of the best I've ever had). The breakfast was plentiful, delicious, and varied. The entire staff was super welcoming and professional.

The location is easy to reach, nestled in greenery with a wonderful view of the lake. The room is huge, clean, and very quiet. The spa is beautiful. The on-site restaurant offers a vast menu and a well-stocked wine list. We dined there two nights and every dish was delicious. The outdoor pool is set in a large green area, ensuring peace and relaxation. Finally, the parking lot is ample, with shaded spots and electric car charging facilities.

Nothing to say about this wonderful location. Honorable mention goes to the attention the entire staff gives to their guests. The breakfast was simply fabulous. We'll definitely be back!

The grounds are beautiful and dinner in the restaurant was exceptional. The private spa access is a bonus; the sauna is very hot, which is great. Unfortunately the jacuzzi/hot tub is tepid and some of the buttons on the rain shower do not work, so you are unable to manually change the settings. They provide a selection of teas in the spa, which is a nice touch, but really a few bottles of cold water would be perfect. The room was spacious but unfortunately the air conditioning did not work very well and the hot water in the shower was very sporadic. Again, some complimentary water for the room would be nice. Breakfast was fine but I think eggs to order (rather then pre-made) would elevate the offering. Overall, we have a lovely stay. A few tweaks to this resort would make it five stars.

This place is PERFECT! We stayed here for a wedding 3 nights. The property is beautiful the hotel is so charming, clean, the staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was so cute. Breakfast every day was great they had a nice array of food. The restaurant they have is also amazing we had a great dinner. The spa was also a great addition and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

I had the privilege of staying here with my partner for four relaxing, beautiful nights. We came for a wedding at the nearby Villa Baroncino and enjoyed every single minute of our stay. From the moment you arrive, you are treated like royalty, from the gracious front desk staff to the lovely team in the kitchen, and even the charming cats that roam the grounds! The nearby village of Tuoro, just a ten minute walk away, offers breathtaking views, delicious restaurants, and wonderful spots to linger over a drink. There is even a small museum dedicated to the ancient battle fought in this very area over 2,000 years ago between Hannibal and the Romans, a fascinating piece of history right on your doorstep. That said, our favorite meals were not in the village but right here at the hotel, where a menu of local delicacies and regional wines awaits. We ended up dining here twice, even though we had every intention of exploring other restaurants, because the food, the staff, and the ambience were simply too good to resist. The spa is another highlight not to be missed. Included in your stay is one hour of private spa access per day, featuring a jacuzzi, sauna, a wonderful multi-jet shower experience, and serene chairs overlooking the gardens. The heated indoor pool is equally lovely. Strolling the grounds among the grapevines, olive trees, and wildflowers is a beautiful way to start or end any day. Getting around the area is effortlessly handled by a wonderful local family who can take you anywhere with a simple reservation, an invaluable service that made our entire trip stress-free. Tuoro is a small, tight-knit community where nearly everyone knows each other, truly feeling like one big family. And when you stay at I Capricci di Merion, you feel welcomed into that family too. I left completely restored, reminded of how to truly slow down and breathe, before returning to the chaos of Rome. We cannot wait to come back!

The interiors and accommodations benefit from an excellent level of maintenance, comfort, and hygiene, fully reflecting the exclusive and refined nature of the property. The staff and management manage guest needs with a highly professional, methodical, and discreet approach, ensuring continuous and completely flawless assistance. The overall infrastructure, combined with the significant landscape value of the surrounding lake area, represents a hotel solution of undeniable solidity and excellence, capable of satisfying even the most demanding expectations without any problems.

The property is beautiful and surrounded by nature, the exclusive-use spa is very comfortable, the staff delightful, courteous, and helpful, and the breakfast is plentiful, with homemade desserts, including gluten-free options. This is my second stay here and I'll definitely be back again!

After a long time, we finally managed to stay in this little gem, a farmhouse not far from the lake shores where relaxation is the name of the game. Our room, the Byron, was delightful (except for the disturbing drape over the bed, which we highly recommend removing :). Comfortable bed, beautiful sheets, gorgeous floors, and a surprise on the ceiling... A few details are showing signs of age, but nothing major. It was wonderful to be able to enjoy the small but pleasant spa in private, along with a beautiful little indoor pool with a waterfall and whirlpool. The other spaces are also truly beautiful, like the room with the fireplace lit in the evenings and the restaurant, which we highly recommend (succulent freshly baked bread, even gluten-free!!!). Excellent breakfast, meticulous service. The outdoor spaces are also beautiful, and will surely be at their best in spring. We would love to return.
