A dive into the local aromas and flavors of times gone by. Excellent aged ham, rare aged cheese, perfect carbonara. And I'm sure here, just say "you make it"! Let's hope these guardians of traditional flavors endure for a long time!

Good food and service. The carbonara was very good. The red wine was served using Coravin and was at the proper temperature, which deserves special praise. Thank you!

We highly recommend eating here. We had a great time, the prices are fair, and the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly.

I asked to go to the bathroom but it would have been better if I didn't go but not because the bathrooms are dirty or anything else, on the contrary... anyway I recommend everyone to stop for both lunch and dinner, but above all ask to go to the bathroom and you will be amazed.

A more than pleasant experience.
Even though they were fully booked, the waiter made sure to seat us, warning us in advance of the possible wait times (we really appreciated his honesty).
Simple but quality food accompanied by friendly and attentive service.
The bill was in line with the price.
We will gladly return.

The wines (recommended by the staff) were excellent; it's a shame they forgot to bring us the third glass of wine included in the tasting. The food was good, but the portions were small. The platter was good, but perhaps not worth the €27 price tag (the accompanying jam was very industrial). The location was nice: it was nice to pass through the laboratory and cellar on the way to the bathroom. The staff was friendly, but overall a bit disorganized.
