A magnificent experience.
The restaurant is located in the charming building of The Nun, a complex featuring spa rooms and this restaurant, well-known in the area.
The restaurant offers free indoor parking; if it's full, there's public parking just a few steps away.
The welcome was professional; the young woman greeted us kindly and carefully stowed our hats in the cloakroom.
The selection of dishes was made under the clear and precise guidance of the chef, who explained all the flavors to us.
The evening continued in a calm and subdued atmosphere, with the chef present, who explained the characteristics of the dishes to us.
The food was fantastic; out of the four courses, we chose two off-menu items. I still remember the flavor of the pumpkin and licorice risotto, a splendid combination that I hope will become a permanent feature on the menu. Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about. The portions were just right, not too large, not too small, with balanced ingredients.
The location is elegant; they should keep the terrace open in the summer, however, I think it could improve on some details, the little things, which don't detract from the already wonderful experience.
Prices are average for the first courses; the second courses are perhaps a little above average, but nothing excessive when compared to the restaurant's target market.
Congratulations to the chef and the staff; I highly recommend it.

A light lunch with a special menu featuring a few light dishes, well-executed and tasty. A pleasant Umbrian rosé sparkling wine. A very refined, minimalist atmosphere. Attentive and impeccable service. Breathtaking views of Assisi.

I spent a truly delightful evening with my family at this restaurant. The staff and chef pamper their guests with every need. The dishes are meticulously prepared and truly delicious. A little tip: ask for a table with a view of Assisi.

A beautiful restaurant in the luxurious setting of the Nun resort. The restaurant exudes a sober, elegant atmosphere, perfectly in keeping with the setting. Top-notch service, with a competent, extremely friendly, and very present chef. The appetizers and first courses are of a high standard, very rich and tasty, without being overly elegant, and fully justify the restaurant's "osteria" label. The meat-based main courses are cooked to a rare and masterful standard, worthy of a standing ovation.
A tip: serve the bread warm.

🙂Refined dishes, authentic flavors🙂 An immersive taste experience, exploring flavors through the stories of the chef, a kind and highly knowledgeable person. He guided us through the ingredients, explaining their geo-history and cooking processes, right up to the anticipatory presentation on the plate. Even the choice of wine was not left to chance; the chef guided us in the best pairing of acidity and aftertaste. The impeccable service from the staff completed the "pampering" for us guests, in the soft and elegant atmosphere of the location. Recommended!

After the spa, we stopped here for a light lunch! A beautiful place, simple and elegant, full of windows offering various views of Assisi. Impeccable service; the person who welcomed and served us was super welcoming and kind. The food was exquisite and beautifully presented. The lasagna with caciotta potatoes and vegetables and the guinea fowl were excellent. Very fair prices! If you're in Assisi, I highly recommend it.

A delightful dining experience under the constant guidance of the chef, who, by advising us on his culinary journey, successfully utilized the finest ingredients and locally sourced produce to create an exceptional dinner. The dining room staff were highly knowledgeable, and the atmosphere was in keeping with the hotel's structure. We'll definitely return in different seasons to savor the chef's excellent cuisine.

We had dinner last night to celebrate my birthday, and the experience was simply unforgettable.
Chef Enea demonstrated extraordinary kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness, opening the restaurant especially for us on a closed day and taking care of every detail.
Impeccable, creative, and exquisite dishes made the dinner unforgettable.
A special thanks also to Nicoletta, who created the perfect atmosphere with a stunning and elegant setting. Her kindness also accompanied us throughout the evening, making everything even more perfect.
We will definitely be back!!! Highly recommended.

Where to start? The cheese and meat board was out of this world good! Andre was our waiter every time and was simply amazing. Always super friendly. We met the chef each evening when we went and sad to go but he was sooooo accommodating and kind and really a genius in the kitchen. It was a smaller venue perfect for.dat night. HUGE selection of wines ranging from 30 euros a bottle up to finer French wines for 900 euros so your experience is only dictated by your budget. We felt like we were treated like family. I cant say enough great things about the ambience and food and drink here.
