08/06/2026: We stayed at the Valle Rosa farmhouse in Spoleto this weekend (June 6-7, 2026) and had a truly excellent experience. The property is simply beautiful, surrounded by greenery and tranquility, ideal for a complete escape from the daily grind. The room was very spacious, well-maintained, and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing stay. The pool is a real highlight: large, well-maintained, and nestled in a truly pleasant natural setting. The restaurant also deserves a special mention: we ate wonderfully, with quality dishes and authentic flavors. Special thanks go to the impeccable welcome. Even though we only booked one night (Saturday to Sunday), we were given the option of keeping our room in the afternoon, allowing us to relax after lunch and enjoy the pool. A much-appreciated gesture that demonstrates great customer service. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, quality stay: my compliments to the entire staff!

07/06/2026: We had a great time at the property, which was always clean and welcoming. I didn't see any agricultural activities connected to the property, so I wouldn't consider it an agriturismo. The location is excellent, and the restaurant's cuisine exceeds all expectations, both in terms of the quality of the products and the deliciousness of the dishes, which are always original and delicious. The staff is also courteous and attentive.
