13/06/2025: Travel guide - Tipo, a real hit! Located in a beautiful residential area, on the inviting summer terrace, lovingly prepared, delicious dishes are served in a friendly and unpretentious manner. We visited twice in one week and were thrilled. Reservations recommended.

We especially liked the fact that the campsite allows two cats to live there. They are very friendly and are cared for and tolerated by the operators. We'll definitely be back next year.

16/07/2025: The food was very good and the portions were generous. There's a wide selection of dishes, including some unusual ones. We really enjoyed everything. If it's crowded, you should take your time. It's located approximately in the middle of the waterfall. About 2 minutes to the viewpoint.

Our order was taken quickly, but we had to wait a little longer for the food because it was very busy. The food was delicious 😋 and everything was handmade and super fresh 👍🏻.

04/07/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant on Saturday night. Delicious dishes, just the right time for the dishes to arrive and excellent service. Very knowledgeable and professional staff who recommended the right dishes to enjoy the excellent Ladin cuisine. I asked for a salad to start the dinner and they brought me a large one but above all very fresh, produced from their garden. I really appreciated it. Thank you!

21/06/2025: I chose a pizza from the extensive menu. It was very tasty and the prices were very reasonable (Margherita under €8, Calzone under €12). A bit of an unusual spot, but worth a visit.

24/06/2025: Pachers Boutique hotel is simply amazing. Set in the hillside above Brixen with views in all directions. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful at all times. The food is absolutely amazing, from breakfast to dinner there's something for everyone. The Spa with it's Sauna, Ice Bath and Swimming pool are a welcome rest after a long day. There are bike and walking trails off in all directions. I really hope I get to return to Pachers again soon. Thanks for an amazing stay.

28/06/2025: Abbiamo cenato al Panholzer lunedì sera e siamo rimaste davvero colpite ! Un locale curato, elegante e accogliente, perfetto per una serata speciale. La cucina è stata una vera rivelazione: abbiamo ordinato la tartare di manzo, i ravioli fatti in casa e uno straordinario caprino caramellato. Tutto era semplicemente perfetto, ma il caprino merita una menzione speciale: così buono che sembrava finto da quanto era cremoso e ben equilibrato. Un’esplosione di sapori indimenticabile! Anche la tartare era eccellente, con carne tenerissima e condimenti sapientemente dosati. I ravioli, delicati e pieni di gusto, ci hanno conquistati dal primo assaggio. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: cordiale, professionale e attento in ogni momento. Si percepisce passione e cura in tutto quello che fanno. Una serata perfetta, da ripetere non appena tornerò in Alto Adige .Complimenti sinceri a tutto lo staff del Panholzer! 👏✨

23/06/2025: Delicious food, beautiful surroundings, view of the vineyards. I had a starter with goat heart - a wonderfully balanced composition, it hit my palate. Scallops - sensational, the sauce delicious. Dessert based on ice cream with sesame - not too sweet, broken with the taste of orange, crumble - many a Michelin star restaurant could go to your chef for training. Great service.
