30/03/2025: Feines Essen, exzellente Weine und die Gastfreundschaft der Familie Trafoier lassen uns jedesmal, wenn wir in Südtirol sind, hier einkehren. Sehr schön sind auch die Gästezimmer und so kann man hier die feinen und leckeren Gerichte, begleitet von den tollen Weinen, genießen.

15/05/2025: Arrivati al parcheggio "col raiser" abbiamo preso la funivia (circa 6-8 € a testa; non ricordo con esattezza) che ci ha portati in questa spendida vallata. Dopo 2 ore di camminata in salita, siamo giunti a questa baita. Ottimo pranzo, abbiamo speso circa 30,00 € in due persone. (ottimi i salumi; bravi!) Spesi veramente molto bene perchè lo spettacolo da qui in alto è veramente mozzafiato. Vi consiglio scarpe di ginnastica, acqua e tanta voglia di scoprire questa natura fanstastica che ci è stata donata. Uno dei miei posti preferiti della Valgardena. Ci tornerò certamente, per poter ammirare il Seceda da vicino.

01/04/2025: A perfect spot for a ski break! Troier Hütte offers stunning views, a cozy alpine atmosphere, and excellent food—just what you need after a morning on the slopes. The location is unbeatable, and the service is warm and welcoming. A must-visit for anyone skiing in the area!

18/05/2025: We arrived spontaneously and were allowed to stay. The service was excellent, very polite, and provided extensive information about the menu. The food and drinks are regional, and much of it organic. Everything was delicious and highly recommended. The atmosphere is rustic, and everything is made with love. Thank you so much 🙏

08/05/2025: Very great and nice family-run hotel. The family and the team are super friendly and very nice. The food was delicious and the selection at the breakfast buffet was varied. We recovered really well. Excellent value for money. The rooms are beautifully designed and the view is great. The peace and quiet was very good. We can only recommend the hotel and would be happy to come back :)

22/05/2025: It's a delicious place. We chose it for the positive reviews. We ate very well: trio of gnocchi, canederli with goulash, sauerkraut salad with crispy speck, apple strudel and excellent beer. Good quality/price ratio. Definitely worth a try!

06/03/2025: Beautifully located hut. Unfortunately the beef soup with noodles and beef was not good. Beef broth was tasteless (more like instant). Cut the meat into cubes and then add it to the noodles. Too bad. Coffee was tasty.

06/03/2025: The hut is on the mountain pasture at over 1,800 meters above sea level. From the last parking lot you can easily reach it in less than half an hour. Don't forget to wear sturdy shoes in winter, as you'll be walking on snow-covered paths. It was a beautiful winter day and the place was well attended. Despite the huge crowds, everything was under control. The food is down-to-earth and good, I'll be back again :-)

10/05/2025: The restaurant offers typical Tyrolean dishes. Low prices and really generous portions. All very good. Very easy going but charming and unique place with a view of the valley below. Excellent place to live in good company. Very friendly staff and despite everything being full, fast service. We will gladly return.

10/05/2025: As expected, it was full to the brim. Service took a while - but that's something you should accept in a hut. Ambience worth seeing.

06/04/2025: Seit 3 Jahren sind wir im Winter regelmäßig Gäste dieser wunderschönen Hütte. Das Essen ist hervorragend, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Auch diverse Extrawünsche werden umgehend erfüllt. Vielen Dank euch, wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

27/03/2025: had a nice meal. apparently something went wrong with the payment. we had paid double. I hadn't noticed this though. suddenly the double payment was back on my account. What honest people. Top.

16/05/2025: Disappointing Service Despite a Beautiful Terrace This morning we went to the Seehotel Sparer on Lake Montiggler to have coffee on the beautiful terrace. Although only about 4-5 tables were occupied at 9:45 a.m., we had a hard time finding a clean spot – most of the tables had been cleared but were still visibly dirty. We sat down anyway and waited – but no one came. After about 15 minutes, I went to the bar to order directly. A lady told me she would be right there. Another 10 minutes passed without anything happening. When I went back to the bar, the same lady (with a foreign accent) told me I could serve myself. When I asked why she hadn't mentioned it right away, she said she had to bring egg dishes to other guests and was busy. I fully understand that hot dishes like egg dishes need to be served quickly – but a quick reminder would have been enough, and we would have just moved on. Instead, she said we could go to the neighboring café, where we could also get a coffee. I politely replied that that was a good idea – but they could have told us that half an hour ago. We actually went to the neighboring café and were greeted very warmly – our latte macchiato was served quickly and with a smile. Conclusion: The place is beautiful, but the service at the Seehotel Sparer unfortunately disappointed us.
