04/10/2025: Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated since our last visit. We were so looking forward to it. The service was a bit overwhelmed. The food was nothing like it was back then. A shame considering the lovely ambiance. What a lovely evening. A wonderful atmosphere with delicious food and good wines to go with it. We felt like guests who come every day; they were super nice and friendly, and they took plenty of time to answer questions about the food. The only minor negative was that the wine we ordered didn't arrive twice. But everything else made us forget about it, because it was an evening we'd love to have more often. We'll be back next year on vacation and are looking forward to it.

Wait times are short, and the staff are very friendly and helpful, making you feel at ease. The atmosphere is young and family-friendly. I highly recommend it. The price for pizza and a small beer is under €17. Well done!

11/11/2025: We went there three times that year. Each time it was wonderful. The view is fantastic. The food was delicious, especially the chestnut tiramisu at the end. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. We'd love to come back again.

05/11/2025: We've been going to the Haidenhof in Tscherms regularly for many years – and every time it's a truly special experience. The location alone is breathtaking: perched high above the valley, with a stunning view of Merano, the surrounding vineyards, and the mountains. This view alone is worth the trip! The drive there is always a bit of an adventure – narrow, winding, and exciting – and we're always relieved when we finally reach the top or back down again. But one thing is for sure: it's absolutely worth it! The food is outstanding – fresh, regional, and prepared with great care. Every dish impresses with its quality and flavor, and you can tell that the chefs are passionate about what goes into it. The service is also friendly, warm, and attentive. You immediately feel welcome and in good hands. For us, the Haidenhof is a place to relax and enjoy ourselves – breathtaking views, superb food, and a wonderful atmosphere. We look forward to our next visit every time!

30/09/2025: Either the hike or the drive (narrow road) is worthwhile. The view from north to south is impressive. And the Kaiserschmarrn with half a red wine makes the stay perfect. It's also worth mentioning that the host is kind and attentive.

25/10/2025: We came here on the recommendation of our vacation apartment landlady and were not disappointed. The food was truly excellent and the service incredibly friendly. We had our dog with us, and he was also warmly welcomed. If you order the cheaper menu, the portions are a bit smaller, so you might want to eat everything. In the evening, we parked directly below the restaurant, which, according to the landlady, is fine in the evening. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

27/10/2025: Yesterday, we stopped by Gutshof Lana directly after a hike and were dressed appropriately casually—in jeans and a sporty sweater—but were still greeted warmly. We ordered pizza. When the pizza arrived, the waitress apologized for the unattractive shape of my boyfriend's pizza. But that wasn't the problem for us. It wasn't the shape that bothered us; the pizza was unfortunately a bit charred and at least a quarter smaller than my pizza. You can't serve that kind of pizza in a restaurant. We pointed this out, and the pizza was taken back. After 15 minutes, my boyfriend received a new pizza. At good restaurants, we're used to at least a free drink as an apology or a dessert afterward. This wasn't the case at our table. When the waitress asked if everything was delicious, we confirmed it, but pointed out that it was a shame we couldn't eat together. She then replied, "Yes, that's always a shame!" We wonder if this happens often in this restaurant? The pizza tasted decent, but not exceptional. At the parallel table, almost at the same time, a completely different approach was taken. Here, the waiter took more time from the beginning, and the incorrect pizza was brought back from the kitchen "as a gift." The person who had to wait longer for their pizza also received a small gift upfront so they could eat with their friends. We wonder why there was apparently a double standard here. Was it because our attire was inappropriate for the restaurant? The head waiter, who acted so friendly at the neighboring table, also served us and noticed the faux pas. Why didn't he intervene? Perhaps we should have pointed out to the waitress that the situation was handled more elegantly at the neighboring table. So, although we were full, we returned to our hotel somewhat disappointed as "second-class citizens." We hope that other guests will be spared such an experience in the future.

24/10/2025: Excellent service, very friendly and accommodating! The ambiance is stylish and cozy, and the location is top-notch. We had pizzas, both of which were really delicious. Especially recommended if you still have room in your stomach: the lemon sorbet and the chocolate mousse. First-class and, for us, a perfect end to dinner.

05/10/2025: This is our fifth visit to this wonderful restaurant. The food is phenomenal. Great flavor combinations, yet not too complex, allowing you to recognize the ingredients and let each one unfold its full potential. The service is fantastic, very friendly, attentive, and everything runs at a pleasantly relaxed pace. Added to that is the exceptional wine, which is served to match the dishes. With a wealth of in-depth knowledge and great passion for each wine and its history! And to top it all off, the daughter made some addictive chocolates! Thank you Sonja, Jörg, and your children for the wonderful evening! ... and thank you for the shuttle service to the bus! We're already looking forward to our next visit 🤩

17/09/2025: Excellent food. Great lunch menu. Changes daily. Everything was perfect. Selected wines and the food was lovingly prepared and delicious. The chocolates are highly recommended. All handmade.
