10/08/2024: Wir sind heute zur Hütte zum Mittagessen zugekehrt und freuten uns über ein fröhliches Mittagessen unter Freunden mit einer tollen Aussicht. Die Aussicht auf die Berge war ja prima und das wissen die Betreiber auch, denn dadurch haben sie beschlossen sich um nichts anderes zu kümmern, was Kundenbetreuung, Zufriedenheit oder Qualität anbelangt. Wir bestellen Knödel auf Krautsalat - die Spinatknödel kommen wörtlich nach 3 Minuten nach Bestellung - trocken, kalt und geschmacklos - darauf hin fragen wir die Kellner ob wir etwas Butter darauf haben könnten. 2 Minuten später kommen die Knödel ebenso trocken und traurig wieder zurück. Dessert (Kniakiachlen) waren gut. Kaffee: leider Bestellung falsch. Als wir beim Bezahlen, auf die Frage: “ war alles ok?” Mit: “ naja, diese Knödel wohl wirklich nicht ok.” antworten, entgegnet uns ein sehr junger, offensichtlich noch nicht in Manieren trainierter Kellner sehr arrogant und schnippisch: ”ach, jaja die Köche sagen das kann schon passen so.” An dieser Stelle verstehe ich, dass auf dieser Hütte nicht nur die Knödel, sondern viel mehr das Personal (Besitzer?) geschmacklos sind. Schade, dass man hier nur versucht soviel wie möglich von der Turisten abzuzocken und keinen Wert auf die lokale Kundschaft legt.. wir sind nämlich “do-ige” und unterscheiden sehr wohl einen ordentlichen Knödel von dem Zeug, den man uns heute serviert hat. - für 14 € zwei Spinatknödel. Klar ist, dass wir da nie wieder hin werden aber sehr gerne dafür sorgen werden, dass so viele Einheimische wie möglich diese Turisten-falle vermeiden und auch Turisten drauf aufmerksam machen werden, dass es von solchen Hütten jede Menge gibt.. und auf anderen isst man sogar gut und wird gar nicht veräppelt! Da evitare assolutamente. Personale arrogante ed impreparato e cibo scadente. Noi gente del posto lo evitiamo categoricamente. Che dispiacere questi posti senza cuore.

09/08/2024: Malga Contrin, la seconda malga del nostro viaggio all'Alpe di Siusi, la prima dove ci fermiamo a pranzare, si perché si presenta molto bene già dall esterno, con una bella terrazza panoramica esterna, con zone di sole e zone di ombra, la parte dei lettini dove ci si può riposare, le mucche in alpeggio e le caprette alle quali si dà un ciuffetto d erba. La salita è invitante e quando si arriva alla Malga Contrin il panorama è mozzafiato. Ordinati due primi e due birre, il servizio è gentile e disponibile. I ragazzi sono bravi e svegli. I piatti molto prelibati danno la giusta carica per ripartire. Oltre agli animali ci sono anche i salta salta, i giochi con la sabbia e un altalena, come quasi tutte le Malghe.

31/08/2024: Kampill, a name that is a certainty, contrary to what a person might think of an apparently unconventional structure like many other renowned restaurants in the area, Kampill is certainly a place to go to eat and not be disappointed, excellent cuisine, quick preparation of the dishes, friendly and very fast staff, not to forget the excellent quality pizzas! In summary, A CERTAINTY! If you want to eat well but aren't too attentive to formality, this is certainly a place worth putting on your agenda!!!

29/08/2024: Kampill really is the fastest restaurant in town, as they say. I can confirm that these guys waste no time! Despite the speed, the menu is varied and everything is cooked well. There are no surprises - you know exactly what to expect. There is also ample parking, but during peak times it can be difficult to find a space. The tables are all kind of close together, but if you're looking for a more intimate experience, there's an interesting option: you can book one of the barrels at the entrance, which are literally large barrels with a table inside. They offer a more private environment, but it is essential to book them in advance. For those who opt for a normal table, the pace is quick: you eat well, you pay, and you say goodbye without too many formalities.

17/08/2024: Nice café within spooky distance of the Earth Pyramid viewing platform on path no. 24. We had a cold drink here and then got on bus 165 at the Plattl stop, which goes to the Bozen bus station.

06/08/2024: Very nice pizzeria with friendly staff. Pizza was very good, gladly again!

03/08/2024: Great restaurant in a lovely location in the center of Merano. Pizza and pasta were really delicious. Service friendly, fast and attentive. Two special requests for pizza and desert were taken into account and even implemented in a very visually appealing way. We felt very comfortable and would come back at any time. If possible, you should reserve well in advance.

07/08/2024: Fantastic location in the middle of the meadows. Amazing game tortellini, generous portion. Excellent goulash soup, fantastic cold cuts and cheese platter. All delicious and plentiful. Excellent strudel for dessert. Highly recommended.

01/09/2024: I have been frequenting Val Gardena since my childhood, now very distant, always staying in the same hotels, but this year we changed by choosing the Granbaita. Really good choice! Hotel in a central position in Selva and well connected by shuttle to the main ski lifts, evidently recently renovated structure with excellent warm and welcoming furnishings. The Superior room we chose is large and overlooks the planted terrace overlooking the entrance, very quiet and impeccable in cleaning and evening maintenance. Excellent and varied breakfast and good choice in the evening menus, which in addition to the day's proposals offers various alternative options, praise goes to our maitre Paola, kind, friendly and very attentive to my wife's food intolerances. However, all the staff, from the bellhops to the reception, are really friendly and professional, from arrival to departure. We will definitely return in the future.

In particular, the excellent and efficient management of the catering room led by Marco was excellent; professionalism and kindness of Paola in the dining room, affability and courtesy in reception especially from Veronica and Katia; for the quick and punctual concierge service, particular credit to Fabio and Kostantine. 20/08/2024: We were welcomed into the dedicated outdoor space. Intimate and well-kept environment. Super helpful in explaining the dishes and always kind. Exquisite food. Absolutely worth trying... and two Romans say so 😉

17/07/2024: Very warm, attentive hosts and service. Our meal was, from the first bite to the last, an outstanding delicacy. The dessert looked so beautiful that I had to pause for a few minutes before I was ready to “destroy” it.

25/06/2024: Were there on holiday, nice holiday apartments, nice hosts. Unfortunately, Hofschank is not open at the moment.

28/03/2024: A beautiful place to vacation. Great view, yard very well maintained, as are the holiday apartments. Spacious and bright, good mattresses, equipped with everything you need. You can see in every corner how much love everything is designed with. The same goes for breakfast in the beautiful parlor with the farm's own products. The hosts are extremely warm and always available to answer any questions. And our daughter is happy because of the many animals that she gets to visit and pet every day. Rarely have you felt so well looked after on holiday. Unreserved recommendation for this great farm and its friendly and warm owners!

14/08/2024: A peaceful trek up Mount Lina. And delicious mountain hut food. I come here every year and everything I eat is delicious. It's a nice touch that they serve grappa at the end.

13/08/2024: Stella culinaria della Val Gardena , dagli assaggi di Benvenuto a tutte le pietanze scelte lo chef crea piatti complessi e allo stesso tempo goduriosi spaziando tra carne e pesce , un servizio impeccabile e l’ambiente raffinato completano un’esperienza degna dei migliori ristoranti stellati ; una leggera nota per lo chef , secondo me le porzioni potrebbero essere essere leggermente più abbondanti se si esce dal campo del menu degustazione, per il resto Chapeau !

06/08/2024: Ristorante all’interno di hotel 5s, molto ben curato e intimo (una ventina di coperti al massimo). Abbiamo preso menù Gherdeina da 5 portate, tutte deliziose e super curate. Uno di noi aveva intolleranze a qualche ingrediente e i piatti sono stati sostituiti con altri della carta (da comunicare in fase di prenotazione). Oltre alle portate del menu, la cena comprende anche amouse bouche di benvenuto, pre dessert e piccola pasticceria. Tutto super curato, servizio impeccabili, prezzi in linea con il livello del ristorante.
