23/05/2025: On our way to Germany for work we stopped for lunch at this restaurant a few km from the highway, a very popular restaurant, very touristy menu, nice idea of ​​having lunch inside the barrels. Good food, acceptable service and reasonable prices.

20/05/2025: A fast food place, very well served dishes. We ordered a Milanese filet and salad, coffee and tiramisu $€37

07/03/2025: We loved the moon measures, but we didn't like the polenta at all. Overall, we really liked it, the atmosphere was good and the service was excellent. The waitresses were in Tyrolean costumes, which we thought was very appropriate.

15/03/2025: Locale ben arredato e raffinato. Varietà di piatti basati sul sushi( quindi pesce crudo) ma possibilità di scegliere anche pesce cotto. Piatti gustosi e ben presentati. Ma soprattutto la cameriera che ha servito ai tavoli di una professionalità impeccabile. Ha descritto i piatti, gentile, sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra e pronta ad assecondare eventuali variazioni. Una bella esperienza oltre che una gradevole serata. Da ritornare per gustare altri piatti

01/06/2025: One can only praise it! With the view of the Wine Route and Lake Kaltern, even the food could be bad, and it wouldn't matter... but it's far from it! Fantastic food. Shepherd's macaroni to die for. The Kaiserschmarren (smothered pancakes) from another planet. Perfect. Great service: friendly, fast, and funny. We'd love to go again. It's also possible to do it by bike from Tramin and Kurtasch, but only by electric bike; it's very steep, sometimes up to 26%! It's also possible to drive from Kurtatsch. Definitely worth it: 6 out of 5 stars.

06/05/2025: Wonderful cabin, well maintained. A great stop even in cloudy or rainy weather. We had the soups and the Kaiserschmarren - super tasty and generous. Very nice and courteous service and chef! Absolute recommendation.

27/05/2025: Fantastic experience. Excellent quality food, friendly and extremely welcoming managers, fast service. The Malga is fabulous, well-kept, very clean, one of the best I've ever visited. Lower prices than other refuges. There are deckchairs to enjoy the fantastic view of the Odle and the meadows you see around. Easily reachable in 20 minutes starting from the Passo delle Erbe car park (cost €8), just follow route 8A.

14/02/2025: We stumbled upon this place, but we're glad we did. The dinner was excellent. The service and atmosphere was very nice, more of a fine-dining vibe than many of the other local restaurants. The food was very good too. We especially enjoyed the veal tomahawk. It comes out slightly undercooked on a sizzling hot slab.

21/03/2025: Family-run hotel. We felt absolutely at home and had a great rest. You feel like a welcome guest here. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The food is sensational! Your culinary well-being is taken care of with passion and great attention to detail. The chef deserves a star. The only thing that wasn't ideal for us were the mattresses, which were too soft. But we sleep on futons, so that's not a benchmark. 95% wouldn't be able to cope with our level of firmness. Next time, we'll bring our futon. 😉

25/05/2025: Ein Lokal mit Geschichte, Charme und exzellentem Service am Gast! Der Name Hilberkeller ist hier Programm und als solches in den Berg hinein gebaut, wirklich alte Kellerräume. Speisen und Getränke sind vielfältig und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ausgezeichnet und die Portionen deftig. Ausdrücklich zu empfehlen und dort eine gute Zeit verbringen.

03/06/2025: Beautiful terrace, service okay, taste a bit boring - especially the dumpling duo, porcini mushrooms on carpaccio searched in vain, open wine too expensive, water price for spring water in the carafe also too expensive. A shame really. I'll be back next time. The guests with pizzas around me were very impressed.
