28/06/2025: Pub with a young crowd and a good atmosphere

21/05/2025: Place in the center, nothing exceptional as a bar. The waiter who takes the orders is a disaster. We ask if we can sit down and they say yes. After a while other people arrive and are served but we are not taken into consideration even when we make a sign that we are waiting. After the third couple served arrived after us we leave. We probably do not speak German and it is a shortcoming. They are lucky to be in the center because with that way of doing things they would deserve to close

24/08/2025: Unfortunately, we can't rate the food or service, as neither of these things happened. After we had to ask for a seat because we were completely ignored, tables were hastily cleaned but none were assigned. Since it had already taken more than 10 minutes, we sat ourselves. The staff's ignorance continued, however. After three more tables were occupied by guests, who received their drinks before us, we decided to leave. Good service looks different. They should take a leaf out of the book at the Römerkeller Giardino around the corner. We switched to this restaurant and were served promptly and courteously.

22/08/2025: The food was delicious and came fairly quickly. However, the service was very unfriendly, and we felt ignored. That was a real shame…

07/04/2025: I can't rate food. Since nothing was ordered to eat😉 But…. Campari/Aperol Spritz, very, very tasty. There is nothing to complain about in terms of price. Enjoy the last rays of sunshine. Nice people around you. What more could you want 😎

21/06/2025: Obscene. Booked for about 15 people, pizza only menu which in my opinion was also very poor. First served three pizzas then two to another table then three to another table again then finally two to ours again and so on. In short, an endless wait and children at the limit. In short.... Pizza is better than the frozen one, terrible service and cold and insignificant environment. But I recommend you dress well or you can't get in.

06/07/2025: We had a wonderful evening at the Zum Hirschen restaurant! From the super friendly, professional, and humorous service to the fantastic food! Best gourmet pizza ever!!! The delicious appetizers were also impressive! We absolutely recommend them! A heartfelt "Grazie" from our dog too!

24/06/2025: We've been regularly visiting this inn for three years now—a truly relaxing place! The food is always excellent, the rooms are very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. You just feel completely at home. We'll definitely be back! Daniel and Kerstin ❤️

08/07/2025: We stayed here for one night during our mountain bike alpine crossing. Modern rooms, very friendly staff/owner. We booked half board and would recommend it: 4 courses with a salad buffet, soup, half board (schnitzel and omelet were delicious!), and dessert. We paid €50 for two people, including water and a half liter of house wine. Great value for money, and it tasted good, and we were satisfied. Truly top-notch – thanks to the team and the Sonne family!!! Centrally located in St. Lorenzen, bikes can be safely stored in the ski room. We would stay here again 👍👍👍

07/08/2025: We ordered a takeaway pizza on a long Thursday in Kaltern and had a few drinks while we ate. The service was excellent, and both the drinks and pizza were ready super quickly. The pizza was delicious. We'd love to come back!

06/08/2025: We ordered two Margherita pizzas: average, nothing particularly memorable. Unfortunately, the wait was really long—about an hour and twenty minutes—perhaps we just happened to be on an unlucky night, but the service was decidedly slow.

19/07/2025: The setting is beautiful, despite being surrounded by the farm and stables, with a lovely view of the horses that some might appreciate. I enjoyed an excellent goulash with dumplings.

02/07/2025: A nice restaurant right next to a riding arena with an outdoor terrace. Friendly service. We had spaghetti Bolognese, aglio e olio, dumpling trio, and a burger. Everything was delicious and good value for money.

19/07/2025: Even though we arrived around 3:30 PM, they made us some very good sandwiches. We were welcomed warmly, even with our dogs. Very beautiful location.

20/08/2025: What a great (and affordable) lunch! We had to wait until we could order, but once we did everything went fast and smooth. Great place also for kids with a big slide outside. Great toilets. Price was good. I recommend this to all my friends if they go to val gardena

20/08/2025: This hut is not recommended. It's more of a Michelin-starred restaurant in the middle of the Dolomites, or rather a posh après-ski bar. The prices are very inflated, even considering that it's located in the mountains and the corresponding transportation costs are included in the price calculation. Unfortunately, we were only served at the beginning. After that, no one served us again, not even when two more people arrived. The staff started packing up two hours before closing time, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere and felt like being kicked out. After waiting for over an hour, we paid and left. The restroom is worth seeing, though. I hope that the Emilio Comici Hut will focus more on customers who don't want to spend €300 on a single visit. It's better to seek out other dining options.
