21/07/2025: I was only here for dinner. The terrace is beautifully situated with a wonderful view of the valley. Even though I was alone and hadn't reserved a table, the lady gave me a wonderful table with a view of the valley. This is rather unusual for a single person, who is usually seated in the far corner. So, once again, a huge compliment to the service team. The food was good, so it was a successful evening for me.

16/07/2025: Restaurant und Pizzeria mit mehreren Sälen, trotzdem entspannt und schneller Service. Wintergarten, Terrasse, Garten. Außergewöhnlich freundliche Mitarbeiter. Wir hatten nur kurz Zeit vor einem Konzert, aber wir kommen gerne wieder.

21/05/2025: Ich habe bei herrlichem Sonnenschein einen Ausflug mit dem Linienbus gemacht. Die gemütliche Berghütte ist innen und außen sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Service ist sehr freundlich, die Baita Cir Makkaroni haben hervorragend geschmeckt, gute gepflegte Getränke. Preise sind im normalen Bereich für diese Gegend. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und hoffe auf ein Wiedersehen.

06/07/2025: Truly don’t understand how people give 4 or 5 stars to this. Maybe they got the room that are on the Google profile. Our room was small, dirty (walls were dirty - linens were dirty) - the door of the bathroom was not locking / closing. Room temperature is very very high with an AC that shoots almost directly at the bed (then again with the size of the room there is no choice). Bathroom really not up to standard. Breakfast lacks options and quality. Very low quality products (the juices are artificial industrial nectar - I doubt there is real fruit in there) - service was not good (hotel employee laughing when we asked if there was scrambled eggs - spoiler alert - no there is no scrambled eggs) Anyway, the reception area is renovated and looks modern - I wish the rooms were too. Not a good price/quality value

18/05/2025: They are always them, now mythical and legendary in the city. One of the last real trattorias in Bolzano. Strictly Italian cuisine. Friendly service. Always delicious food. Very honest prices.

25/04/2025: Ho provato per la seconda volta.. Peggio della prima. Asparagi mandati indietro due volte. Crudi. Sbucciato male. Agnello crudo e duro. Non di mangia più come una volta lo dice ormai tanta gente.

21/07/2025: A very nice and welcoming place, clean and well-kept, located on Viale Carducci near the Ferris wheel and where there are many shops open until almost midnight. The young man who served us was very kind and helpful, and we spent some time peacefully listening to music in the background. We had taken refuge there because it was a very hot and muggy evening, and we had been told the place had air conditioning, which indeed it did, unlike other places. Then, when we finally got up to pay and head back to the hotel, we heard him say goodbye with "See you guys," and we, being older, were delighted with such a generous farewell.

08/06/2025: for a quick breakfast, great service, good croissants and not least the possibility of having an excellent cappuccino with oat milk. Definitely pleasant for aperitifs and musical evenings. Beautiful terrace with sea view...

27/05/2025: We ate there three times and tried everything on the menu, and everything was excellent. Pizza, pasta, fish, and dessert were all very good. The staff was quick and friendly. Everything was clean. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately we were not satisfied Abundant portions, but unfortunately the meat was not very well cooked, tough and not very tasty Perhaps the cooking done at a low temperature was wrong Instead, at the sight I was very impressed by the pizzas that were served at the nearby table, but we did not eat them Honest prices, lower than the average of the places in the area Good service, attentive, kind and friendly....

12/06/2025: Enjoyed a meal out, my side didnt appear for ages, and the food was a bit bland, but that may have been a poor choice by me. Staff were freindly and the place was busy, over all would reccomend.

08/07/2025: We stayed at the Cristallo Hotel for one night and everything was perfect. The room is beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean with a superb view of the mountains. We ate at the hotel restaurant the evening of our arrival and it was excellent, top-notch service. The breakfast was very good too. I wish we could have stayed longer to try the wellness access which was unfortunately only accessible between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. on the day of our departure. I highly recommend this hotel which deserves its 3 stars ✨
