02/03/2025: Excellent location, small but welcoming structure. Few things done quite well, there are certainly mountain huts with better quality food. However friendly managers. The climb is constant but doable in 1 hour and a half. However, it is absurd to have to make the descent with skiers and especially sleds who go down regardless of the ban at the beginning of the climb. With all the slopes there are, it is absurd and serious that no one does anything, disrupting those who want to enjoy the walk. The bravado with which the sledders ask for the track is embarrassing, an attitude that Italians, South Tyroleans and foreigners have.

21/04/2025: Almeno una volta al mese vado a mangiare in questo ristorante, lo adoro! Il posto è molto curato ma soprattutto sono Tutti molto gentili, cordiali e ospitali. La carne… una meraviglia! Ma non solo!! Tutto ottimo, dagli antipasti ai primi ai dolci. Apprezzo il fatto che circa ogni due settimane/ un mese variano il Menù con piatti nuovi, ogni volta è una gradevole scoperta! Per me è una garanzia!

22/03/2025: Good morning, today I went to the restaurant at the La Perła hotel and wanted to book a table in a Michelin-starred restaurant. When I confirmed the reservation date, the receptionist asked for my credit card details in case of cancellation, the advance payment was almost 100%. I was very surprised because I had never encountered this before. Did any of you also have to provide your card details for security purposes?

01/06/2025: A bit expensive as a quality/price ratio, very small room, minimal furnishings, but comfortable bed, friendly staff, excellent buffet breakfast, excellent location very close to the center of Bolzano

27/05/2025: The rooms are significantly more spacious than you might expect from the description – absolutely adequate, clean, and comfortable. The entire hotel makes a very well-maintained and inviting impression. The in-house restaurant deserves special mention: a delicious three-course menu is offered every evening for around €30 – a real highlight and very reasonably priced for Bolzano. The breakfast is also perfectly adequate, with a good selection of dishes. Another highlight is the sun terrace with a whirlpool, perfect for relaxing after an excursion. The view over the apple orchards is stunning and contributes to rest and relaxation. The parking lot is spacious and easily accessible. The quiet location just outside of town ensures relaxation, while at the same time, you can be in the center of Bolzano in just five to ten minutes. The hotel doesn't have too many rooms, which creates a pleasant, family-friendly atmosphere. The value for money is simply 100% right here! I can recommend the hotel without reservation.

07/04/2025: I can't rate food. Since nothing was ordered to eat😉 But…. Campari/Aperol Spritz, very, very tasty. There is nothing to complain about in terms of price. Enjoy the last rays of sunshine. Nice people around you. What more could you want 😎

20/05/2025: We always loved Dolomites in the summer or winter. In 25+ years we usually never had a problem getting to the destination but sometimes, life happens, and you can't get there. It can be last minute thing or 3+ months ahead of time. It's frustrating. In those not so fun times that happened 2 times until now, accommodations were always ready to meet us somewhere "in between", giving away "coupons" to use the full amount of "penalty" money later when you can come or even not charge the penalty at all. I would call this "a very good service" and in touch with your guests. It's nice to know, that they actually want you there even if not at the time. It's also a good business since you spend a lot more in the long run for vacation there. This year, we were really looking forward spending summer holidays in Vigilerhof. We booked way in advance and checked if dogs are welcomed there, because we were in a process of getting one and hoped to walk those mountain trails with him. Well we got it and on our first little holiday in april found out it has major aggressiveness problems towards other dogs. It's bad and stressful and we are working to go through longer training to fix this. We realized there is no way, we can go on summer holidays with him in a hotel with other dogs around. We would love to go for sure but we have to think about being somewhere without many distractions for others or us. So i had to cancel Vigilerhof booking, first explaining the problem and since we were in the first penalty month (3 months before arrival), if anything can be done to not charge us the full amount (40% of whole booking). I've got an answer that nothing can be done and i can put my dog in a kennel for the holidays. Not really a nice answer from a holiday establishment where dogs are welcomed and liked... I had no choice but to cancel the booking, explaining one more time, but half an hour after cancellation i've got a full charge on my credit card (40% of all booking sum, so a lot of money) and no answer. Yes, they have a policy and it is my fault for not cancelling 3 weeks earlier but at the time we thought we can work it through. So i can't really be mad for them to exercise their booking cancelation policy. But Vigilerhof not showing even little understanding towards your guests is underwhelming. There are many better ways to deal with a situation like this, than take the full money and run. For that reason, i don't know how nice it is to stay there and we surely won't try to go the second time.

22/03/2025: We've been going to the Vigilerhof for years. Everything just fits. From the service, the friendly Marmsoler family and the extremely pleasant atmosphere with the delicious food and the beautiful wellness area.

05/04/2025: Fantastic pizza and pasta, great recommendation of wines (we ended up saving the name of the red wine to buy later) and overall amazing service. Cozy cabin-like ambiance and lovely staff. Highly recommend a visit if you're in/near Alta Badia.

23/03/2025: Hmm - maybe I'm a bit sensitive, but that's not what a tomato salad should look like (tomatoes just roughly halved and a few red onions on top, the tomatoes also ripen rather early and are therefore quite hard). The noodles, on the other hand, were great - very nice. Unfortunately the service wasn't attentive, that could be better. If I derive the claim from the ambience of the restaurant, then there should be a little more. All in all, a good rating - and we would come back (but without the tomato salad)

20/04/2025: Unfortunately, we didn't learn anything about the taste of the dishes. No news on Google. It claimed to be open on Easter Sunday, but we found the door wet. What a pity

07/05/2025: Unfortunately, the opening times on Google are not correct. We assumed that it would be open all day because Google says so. After we had already ordered a drink, we were informed that the pizzaria was only open until 2 p.m. and so we couldn't order a pizza, which was a shame. Out of necessity we ordered spaetzle and goulash, both of which were okay. Please update the opening hours for the restaurant online 🙏

Peccato che le pizze siano arrivate rapidamente e i primi per gli altri, quasi quando avevamo ultimato le pizze. Conto commisurato. Per me, al netto di qualche inconveniente, tenendo conto di tutto, è sempre una scelta valida e continuo a consigliare
