03/06/2025: Avoid when you're not sure the weather will be great. The indoor pool was closed; we took a pass for 1h30 and wasted a good 10 minutes trying to figure out how the lockers work (surprise: you have to pay a €10 deposit to get a wristband and of course, they won't tell you at reception) then another 10 minutes trying to find the outdoor pool because there were no signs. We arrived at the famous one with 20 minutes wasted, and we barely had time to get in the water before we were kicked out because "it's awful outside". Result: €17 and 20 minutes wasted. No refund. And reception hardly speaks any English when it comes to complaints :) I find it very dishonest to sell passes knowing that the pool is going to close.

31/05/2025: The pool is clean, and the facilities are also good. Lifeguards whistle for every little thing. Playing ball in the water is prohibited, sitting at the edge of the pool is also prohibited, jumping from the edge is also prohibited, etc. None of this is a problem at the outdoor pools in the area. The food at the kiosk is not tasty. The fries are too salty, and the chicken nuggets are half-raw.

12/07/2025: Great service, very accommodating, spacious and clean rooms, with daily cleaning and towel changes. Central location near the train station.

09/07/2025: The room was large but dated, and very bright as the curtains weren't blackout. The bathroom was large but with a very small shower. The staff were a bit disorganized and forgetful! Check-in was very complicated as we canceled a room within the specified time frame. The email apparently didn't arrive and we were asked to pay more than we should have. After a lot of back and forth, everything worked out and the bill was corrected. A table for breakfast was supposed to be reserved as there were 6 people in the group, but unfortunately the table was occupied and not reserved! Coffee had to be picked up at the counter. A taxi was supposed to have been called, but it was forgotten! We weren't even offered an underground parking space. Breakfast was very straightforward.

19/07/2025: The setting is beautiful, despite being surrounded by the farm and stables, with a lovely view of the horses that some might appreciate. I enjoyed an excellent goulash with dumplings.

02/07/2025: A nice restaurant right next to a riding arena with an outdoor terrace. Friendly service. We had spaghetti Bolognese, aglio e olio, dumpling trio, and a burger. Everything was delicious and good value for money.

22/04/2025: The pizza is ok, even if it can only be called pizza because of the shape, but all in all you can eat it, the cuisine is a disaster, low quality products put together without sense... pre-cooked pasta and also badly preserved... all the products are treated in an unprofessional way, and it's a shame because they could work so hard... I'm a truck driver and I don't have many expectations, but they insist on making Italian cuisine when that's not what they do, I've trusted them several times because I respect those who work, but only pizza from today on!!! Very kind and polite staff, the manager does his best!!! All it would take is a decent chef who knows what he's doing...

19/07/2025: Siamo stati più volte al caffè e ristorante "Val d'Anna", che si è confermato un'oasi di pace e... golosità, per le proposte culinarie. Ottimamente attrezzato anche per le famiglie con bambini piccoli e piccolissimi con giochi e fasciatoio a portata di mano, questo punto di ristoro mette gratuitamente a disposizione dei clienti chaise-longue, lettini e ombrelloni che sono posizionati in una grande area verde, anche sulla sponda del fiume che scorre lì vicino. Servizio sempre gentile e cortese, il che non guasta certo. È facilmente e piacevolmente raggiungibile a piedi facendo una breve passeggiata lungo un cammino pure attrezzato a dovere, a iniziare dal piacevole percorso Kneipp e comprendente pure una grande area dedicata ai giochi per i bambini. Che dire d'altro? Che lì al "Val d'Anna" si sta proprio bene e pure ci si può rilassare e ristorare con soddisfazione per tutti i sensi.

15/07/2025: Este es un buen lugar para tomar una copa o una comida. Está al final de un sendero que comienza cerca del Teleférico Seceda en Ortisei y corre junto a un río. Es un paseo fácil. También se puede llegar en coche y, en invierno, en esquís. Hay un montón de mesas exteriores y asientos y el servicio fue amable y eficiente.

11/05/2025: Perfect place, it has a spectacular view and you can enjoy it sitting on the sofas or tables outside in the garden, the pizza was delicious, the prices were honest and the staff were super. Furthermore, it also has bowling, table football, table football and darts available for a pleasant pastime in company. Beautiful place, I will definitely go back.👍🏻

24/04/2025: While looking for a pizzeria we came across Spotti. We were skeptical at first but were encouraged to try the food by the good reviews here. Luckily, because the pizza was delicious. All ingredients fresh and plentiful. There was also delicious wine and, of course, olive oil with a note of chili. The food and drink was also very affordable and the service was very quick and friendly. There were parking spaces right in front of the door, although they were limited. So both in terms of number and size. The Spotti is part of a sports center and that was the only downer. The ambience is simple and more in the style of a community center. It then quickly became louder and more restless as more people showed up for an event. But we would love to eat here again at any time.

18/04/2025: If you are tired or stressed and need a quiet and familiar place... where you can eat well and be treated with kindness and courtesy then at Zoller you are in the right place!!!!!

18/02/2025: Il ristorante ha una vista pazzesca sulle montagne, i prezzi sono leggermente alti, ma le porzioni sono abbonamenti e buone, consigliata assolutamente la birra weizen. Sicuramente merita una sosta.

12/10/2024: Un bellissimo pranzo in riva al lago di Anterselva. Locale molto carino e cibo molto buono. Meritano assolutamente le tagliatelle al ragù di selvaggina.

12/07/2025: Most of the food is halal, and the customer is a nice Kosovar Muslim named Al Watan. I ordered a huge, delicious Arabic shawarma sandwich. It's worth a visit.

19/07/2025: Even though we arrived around 3:30 PM, they made us some very good sandwiches. We were welcomed warmly, even with our dogs. Very beautiful location.

17/02/2025: I was on vacation with my family a few weeks ago. We thought we would visit the Kradorfer Alm after a hike. EVERYTHING WAS GOOD AND RIGHT but the only thing that stood out was the beautiful location, the food was really sickening and we all had to leave leftover food behind, as described in the reviews here, I don't think so at all. It's overcrowded with tourists, the staff is infuriating, self-deprecating and unsympathetic. Perhaps they could be used as prison staff and the cook could be used as a prison cook or cafeteria cook. Then don't be embarrassed by these prices😂😂 you lose half your wages if you see these prices and want to eat something. I will never visit this Alm on my vacation again because this is really bottom drawer.......😠

11/02/2025: Malga davvero molto caratteristica, piccola ma accogliente. Cibo squisito, personale gentile e attento alle esigenze di tutti. Facilmente raggiungibile anche per famiglie con bambini, noi eravamo 2 coppie con 3 bambini e hanno raggiunto KradorferAlm senza problemi, divertendosi con la neve lungo il sentiero (la salita è dolce). All'arrivo hanno anche trovato un bel parco giochi di fianco alla malga. Sicuramente ci torneremo, magari per vederla anche d'estate!

30/12/2024: Dopo esser partiti da Falzeben e aver raggiunto il rifugio esclusivamente con i nostri piedi ci siamo accomodati, dopo aver atteso circa 20 minuti (che sono passati velocissimi) in un tavolo in terrazza all'aperto. Il clima era così confortevole e soleggiato che fuori si stava davvero benissimo e non si sentiva freddo. Abbiamo preso il gulash con i canederli e il piatto con uova, patate e speck. Davvero buonissimo e saporiti. Il personale davvero gentile e veloce. Nonostante ci fosse davvero tanta gente, il servizio è stato cordiale, attendo e velocissimo. Consiglio davvero di andarci.

29/08/2024: Trotz vollem Restaurant gings sehr schnell. Personal auch super freundlich. Platz rundherum nett gestaltet u.viele Liegestühle zum Rasten. Preise etwas gesalzen. 😡
