04/12/2025: Neat and clean room, excellent location just steps from the historic center and the Christmas markets, conveniently located near public transportation, covered parking nearby, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

25/10/2025: The cleanliness of the rooms (especially the bathrooms) is questionable. Otherwise, a solid hotel close to the center.

The warm and welcoming atmosphere is palpable from the moment you arrive – you feel instantly at ease. The hosts are incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuine. At reception, every request was met with a smile, and they were always helpful and professional. The food is a real highlight: high-quality, regional, organic, and prepared with great care. The taste is simply superb! The service in the restaurant is attentive, friendly, and very courteous without being intrusive. The rooms are clean, comfortable, modern, and tastefully furnished – a perfect oasis of well-being with meticulous attention to detail. The entire hotel complex is also very well-maintained and exudes tranquility and quality. The overall concept is particularly impressive: sustainability, warmth, and first-class service are consistently reflected throughout the entire hotel. In short: Top-notch from start to finish! We will definitely come back and can wholeheartedly recommend the Bio Hotel Panorama. ❤️

02/01/2026: We had a wonderful dinner at 1/1 new year. We ordered one stater and one main course each, to our surprise, they offered a few pretty and tasty pre-starters, and two new year’s desserts, plus a box of chocolate as gift. It has the Michelin star restaurant feeling, but reasonable price.

08/09/2025: The new location also exudes the typical "Enzo spirit." A bit larger and airier, yet still tastefully cozy, you'll feel right at home. Excellent dishes and first-class wines, casual and relaxed in the morning, elegant and full of flair in the evening. Even without the arcades, this is a must-visit in the region. 01/03/2026: The hotel is located in a quiet location, is very clean and it is obvious that it cares about ecology, which is a big plus. The staff is extremely friendly, especially the reception staff who are always ready to help and provide information. The only complaint is the breakfast. The offer is the same every day and could be more varied. A small piece of advice to the hotel management is to work on enriching the breakfast, as this would further improve the overall impression of the stay. In any case, the stay was pleasant.😉

01/11/2025: Extremely attentive service. The ossobuco was amazing. They also have a very tasty gluten-free pizza. It's much nicer to sit in the back of the restaurant…

04/01/2026: While looking for pizza, we came across this restaurant and thought it was fantastic. The pizza was some of the most delicious we've ever had, and at a price I never would have expected in a ski resort. I haven't seen pizzas for between €8 and €12 in a long time. You should probably make a reservation, though; at least there was a sign on all the tables indicating that reservations were required. We'll definitely go there again.

26/07/2025: There were three of us at the restaurant, and we were all thoroughly impressed. I had the pickled trout as a starter – wonderfully tender and perfectly balanced in flavor. The main course was the kid goat, which was cooked to perfection and tasted excellent. The recommended red wine was also a perfect complement. The service was attentive, the atmosphere pleasant – there really was nothing to complain about. We were all very satisfied and would gladly return.

20/07/2025: We stopped for an event. The food served was regional and very good. The view directly below these mountains is magnificent. We'll definitely stop by again on our next trip to South Tyrol.

05/09/2025: A lovely little ice cream parlor in a beautiful location. The flavor variations are highly recommended for chocolate lovers, as chocolate is mixed into all flavors. They offer a few unusual varieties. However, you'll have to dig a bit deeper into your pockets than you get back. Pay €1.90 for a scoop and you get a very small cup. In summary, you could say you're paying for the place with the ice cream, which is a bit of a shame.
