11/07/2025: What a surprise: I hadn't heard of La Scarpetta, but four of us decided to try it for lunch. The menu is Roman-style, so we ordered a gricia, a carbonara, a cacio e pepe, and a spaghettone al pesto. The portions were just right, the ingredients were top-notch (guanciale for the gricia and carbonara), the pasta was perfectly cooked, and the presentation was in keeping with the menu and location. Being close to Bolzano Airport doesn't bother us at all. The owner, Andrea, is a chef and mainly takes care of the first courses, as does his partner, Adriana, who takes care of the second courses. Both are also dedicated to service. They are two enthusiastic and hard-working young people who also try to offer themed evenings, such as Sardinian cuisine or a seafood evening featuring a 1 kg lobster per person. The prices are more than fair, like Andrea and Adriana. I almost forgot: a dessert of chocolate mousse with chili pepper and two affogato to round out the lunch. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

17/06/2025: A real insider tip! The food at the Tschainerhütte was excellent – ​​freshly prepared with high-quality, regional products that you can really taste. The menu is down-to-earth yet creative, offering something for every taste. The attentive and very friendly service is particularly noteworthy – you feel welcome from the very first moment. True South Tyrolean hospitality is truly lived here. We will definitely be back.

15/06/2025: Ottimo ristorante, molto elegante, ambiente intimo e raccolto. Il menù varia spesso. Poche pietanze ma di alta qualità: vengono proposti tre antipasti, tre primi, tre secondi e due dolci. Possibile anche un menù (vincolante per tutto il tavolo) di sei portate ad euro 97 o di quattro portate ad euro 67. Le porzioni sono abbondanti e appagano anche l'occhio per come sono esteticamente servite. Vini locali e non. L'unico neo è dato dall'annotazione in fondo al menù, che richiede di ordinare a cena almeno due portate escluso il dolce, e per chi è abituato a mangiare meno o non vuole riempirsi eccessivamente è un po' poco elegante, soprattutto perché si finisce, con dispiacere, per rinunciare al dolce. Forse questo potrebbe essere rivisto. Prezzi non modici ma adeguati al servizio offerto.

23/06/2025: To relax, feel pampered, enjoy excellent food, professional but friendly service - choose Hotel Armin! The rooms are clean and spacious, renovated and comfortable. The location is excellent and very central in Selva, all the routes are easily accessible. The staff is extremely kind and friendly, as well as very helpful. The cuisine is varied and always offers options for vegetarians and vegans. In short, the only problem is that at a certain point you have to leave again! I highly recommend it and would return for a future stay in Selva.

22/08/2024: An idyllic landscape up there. Very quiet location near the small lake. Prices are reasonable for an alpine hut. It's hosted by a really cool guy!

24/06/2025: We visited the Pizzeria zur Brücke while on vacation, and it completely met, even exceeded, our expectations. Not only was there a great atmosphere with a fantastic view, but the food and service were also more than satisfactory! We had expected a higher price for such good food and were very pleasantly surprised when the bill arrived. We will definitely be back and look forward to our next visit!

19/06/2025: Beautiful structure on Mount Elmo, certainly not classifiable as a refuge, but at most as a restaurant at altitude. The dishes are truly abundant and good, with prices a little above average. The view from the terrace is worth the small extra expense.

30/05/2025: Immer wie nettes Ziel, wenn man den Berg selbst hochläuft und sich als Belohnung etwas gegönnt. Musik, Drinks, Food und nettes Personal. Klar, es ist nicht urig, aber dafür kann man ja auch die nächste Hütte wieder ansteuern, die auch zu empfehlen sind

29/06/2025: A direct hit! The Innerperskoler Hof is one of the best and most beautiful wine taverns I've ever visited. No, it's the best and most beautiful. Everything is just perfect here: the super friendly and attentive young lady serving, the breathtaking view, the ambiance – characterized by the homemade rustic wooden furniture, a great sense of hospitality, friendliness, and local connection – and, of course, the excellent food and sparkling drinks. Absolutely perfect and authentic! My wife enjoyed the homemade tagliatelle with herb pesto from the farm garden, while I was served a dumpling trio that is second to none. It came with a fresh salad and affogato for dessert. The meal was accompanied by an aperitif and the delicious house wine (Pinot Blanc); not to mention the homemade bread. Fabulous. Our dog, Ivy, was also very spoiled and was given a large pot of water without asking. We actually planned to stop at the Innerperskoler Hof again on Thursday evening to round off our vacation. Unfortunately, we overlooked the fact that Thursday is one of the hotel's days off. But if we ever come back to the Schlern area, a second visit is a must. Keep up the good work, and thank you very much.

06/07/2025: The food was very good, but the prices were rather high! The ravioli was more like an appetizer, but very tasty. No reservations were possible, so we got there very early to get a seat in the beer garden. The food was better than it was two years ago.

29/06/2025: I went to Tirolo for a 12-day motorcycle vacation in 2022, and at least 10 of those I ate at "Schlecht'n Seppl." It was a truly wonderful experience, the way I was greeted and served. The food was simply fantastic; we ate the entire menu; there was nothing to complain about. Now I'm on vacation with my wife in the Passeier Valley, and today, despite the distance to Tirolo, I ate there for the second time. Nothing has changed; yesterday, on our first visit, Philip actually recognized me after three years of abstinence, and we immediately felt at home again. Please keep up the good work, Philip, I will always come back to eat at your restaurant. Best regards, Ralf

21/04/2025: The inn is recommended, super clean and great location with various hiking opportunities. There is a bus from Brixen to Tils if someone comes by train. The Hofer family is very helpful. I had a great time in these 3 days, thank you very much.

05/01/2025: We had a lovely 4 days. A few km from the center of Bressanone, bus stop in front of the hotel. Very panoramic comfortable rooms, wonderful breakfast and dinner cooked with passion by the owner. Relaxing and family atmosphere, we can't wait to return.

04/07/2025: Nice and welcoming atmosphere 1 sausage with French fries 1 polenta with venison goulash and mushrooms 1 baked potato with eggs and speck 1 medium beer (no water, there is a fountain to fill the glass) 1 aniseed-flavored bread (the owner brings it without asking but I don't recommend it because you pay) 1 homemade apple pie Total 55 euros I gave the food 4 stars for the bread, especially because if you pay you have to ask in my opinion if you want it. I recommend the place because everything is delicious and the cake is exquisite
